Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I brought in my computer and got my station set up because I planned on working there all day as a matter fact, and I had been there about 15 minutes. I was using my computer. I was getting some of my work done. I wasn't ready for a coffee I wasn't ready for breakfast cause it's early and the manager came up to me not once but twice and said if I don't order I had to leave. Absolutely ridiculous. This is a great Starbucks location! They play good music at the right volume and the staff are super friendly. They have several indoor and outdoor tables to use for your laptop. These may sound like obvious things for a Starbucks but so many have loud Taylor Swift blaring in every corner. This one is a gem. read more

First off, I should admit: I don't drink coffee. (Whew, I feel better putting that right out there) But, I have a wonky schedule, which means at 6am, I'm looking for supper-or something supper'ish. Starbucks, as I'm finding out, has a great hot menu. Today I learned: the impossible is possible. The impossible sausage, egg and cheese sandwich is really good. Tasty-yes-great texture, not greasy-and the roll it's served on is divine. (Oh, the crunch!) I'd eat my shoe if it were served on this roll! I will definitely have the impossible again. And bonus: it's also filling. I'll be back to this location, too. At 6am on a Saturday, there was no wait at the drive-thru and the service was amazing. (She didn't balk at the Elmo pj pants I was wearing) Yes, it's across SR 60 from Brandon Mall and Target, in the busy Michael's/AMC theater parking lot-but early in the morning, it's a breeze. I drove all the way to this location for my favorite drink the peach tea lemonade which was an available at the location closer to home. It's a long way but I'd rather go there and know that they have exactly what, rather than to drive around locally trying to find a location with it. I love the bacon Gouda sandwiches as well and they had them readily available which made me happy only drawback was it was extremely busy and even going inside and ordering was an extended wait in order to have my order fulfilled.But at least I got what I went therefore and I just hopped back on I 75 S and headed back home. read more

Well, I love me some Starbucks! I love that they have my sugar free options available for my teas, just wish they had more available so that could try other items other than my typical brewed chai tea or unsweetened green tea. I would love for them to make their Peach and Guava in a sugar free option for Keto friendly drinks. Lately, all my nearby locations have been out of the Peach flavoring....not sure why. Anywho....this location wasn't crowded at all when I arrived and staff was welcoming. My first, and hopefully only, 1 star review. I have no idea why I keep coming back to this Starbucks. 80% of the time it's a frustrating experience. Some of the people that work here need customer service training and the ones that are friendly always seen flustered or like they are ready to implode. Everytime I come here another customer waiting next to me comments on how disorganized this place is. So many people behind the counter and popping in and out from the back. Yet it takes forever to get a drink, or get one right, usually you have to just take it and like because it's your Saturday. One person on the register and yes they hsve a drive thru and in app ordering, however, other Starbucks do it well, so it's not how it has to be. Today I tried a new drink, not made correctly and when I stated it was incorrect they offered to remake it. Ok great, if that would have happened. I was about to leave when I thought the barista who poured milk into a cap that dripped down his fingers was for my drink, gross, then I realized mine wasnt even started. I swung in for an early breakfast on a weekday and left happy. I pulled in around 545 am and nobody else was in the drive thru. I ordered and made my way to the window. Went there to get some work done. Paid $7 for an iced tea. WiFi wasn't working. Asked for help from worker and he said that has nothing to do with me. I get that's not really his job but he could've give. Maybe tell the workers a number we can call to get the WiFi functioning since it advertises WiFi for customers. This is my home Starbucks by choice. The staff is always kind and happy. You can see their positive synergy even when ordering in the drive through. Laughing, smiling- they go the extra mile to make sure you have a good morning and get your order need met. The manager is also cool. I'm hard of hearing and misheard an order repeated back to me that was incorrect last week. I got to the front and the manager apologized and got me the right snack. I didn't have my hearing aides in- he could've been rude as it was technically my fault. But he was gracious and kind. I like this location. Despite the fact that it's a popular spot and sometimes the drive thru line is so long it's expanded into the parking lot, I'm never waiting for long and the workers are always moving quickly and keeping the line going. If I have questions about anything, they are usually friendly and more than willing to answer. I never have an issue with quality of food or drinks. If you're a Starbucks fan but don't want to wait forever for your order or get out of the car for it, I'd highly suggest this location. read more

I don't come here often but I had a gift card from last Christmas and happy that I did because I was able to try a delicious drink that I think could become a favorite of mine. During a Sunday drive my husband and I decided to stop at this location for some coffee. Soo the drive through line was super long but to our surprise we got through it really quick. My husband had the Carmel frappe and I had the dragon drink. I honestly didn't know what to expect from the drink but being that I didn't have to actually pay for it I said what the heck !!!! LOL The Dragon drink it light, refreshing and not overwhelming at all. I expected the coconut milk to be a little stronger. The flavors combined really well and Yes, I would order this drink again. My only hesitation would be getting it from a different location because as we all know different locations make the drinks different and they never really taste the same. Came here for drinks today (2/23) and it was probably the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The guy working the drive thru with the tattoos of naked body parts was so blah, rude and like he didn't want to be there. We ordered an iced passion tango tea lemonade and the order came out wrong so upon telling him it wasn't what we ordered he genuinely seemed annoyed at us for his own mistake, no apologies and huffed and puffed away for the correct drink. After the correct drink comes it is literally watered down so much it tastes like water. Our other order was blonde espresso iced with sweet foam and no exaggeration the sweet foam took up 3/4 of the cup with only 1/4 of coffee. It was all gone within five sips. Super disappointing experience from the service to the drinks. Would never return to this location and would definitely not recommend. read more

Of course we all love starbucks! But lately I have found that my caramel mochiato doesn't taste the same as sometimes they don't have all the ingredients. Also, the location that I go to is the one on Town Center. I would order food in advance, go pick it up to find out that they didn't have what I ordered and I had to find some kind of alternative; then wait for them to prepare it which is what I wanted to avoid in the first place. I have been going to this Starbucks store every morning before work since August 2020, and I have seen the store make a turn-around in their service speed and quality. I have seen other reviews about slow service, but this is no longer true - I can now get my order through the drive-thru in generally five minutes or less. More specifically, I want to shout out Jonnie (spelling?), who sometimes works drive-thru. No one is exhilarated about their route to work, but Jonnie always knows how to brighten the customers' morning as they are on their way. He has this way of making a purchase feel less transactional and more human - always greeting the customer with a smile, jubilant attitude, and sometimes -if you're a regular - your name! I've yet to have good luck with this location. Usually, I go through drive thru which is a 20 minute wait minimum. Today, the drive thru was closed so I went in. Between waiting in line and receiving my drink, the wait was also about 20 minutes but wasn't bad considering the volume. The problem is my drink was wrong and I ended up tossing it in the trash. So I basically waited 20 minutes to throw $5 in the trash. Coffee is a rare treat for me but I've come to realize that it usually just sours my mood to come here.
