Good morning Yelpers. So for those of you who follow me you know that coffee is a must for me every single morning. Typically I go to the Starbucks near my home but today I had an early errand so I stopped by the Starbucks near the Brandon mall. This is a very, very nice Starbucks. not only was the area inside clean but there was an area outside, a very big area, that was also well kept and clean. they have a lot of umbrellas outside to keep those who want to sit out in the Sun shaded. I was very impressed that outside there was no trash in a sitting areas and all the tables we're wipe down and clean. As with all Starbucks I was greeted when I first walked in and my coffee was served quickly and it was just the way that I like it. I will definitely be returning to the Starbucks. :-) read more

The line is always 20+ mins long and my order is always wrong . I'm never coming back here again I gave them one too many chances .

Second time visiting was a vast improvement from the first. The first time I waited FOREVER for my coffee...this location was extremely busy during both of my visits where I went inside to order. The line moved quickly and the barista was very polite. We had a bit of a longer than anticipated wait for our coffees but I think that is do to them focusing on the drive thru line. I feel they could be a bit more organized and the place could be a bit tidier but my coffee was delicious and the patio outside relaxing. I hope they keep up the improvements as I'd like to keep coming back. read more

This Starbucks is the worst Starbucks in the Tampa Bay Area! They close whenever they want... I've tried coming multiple times, and it's been closed during their "business hours". Also they are the SLOWEST ever. I waited in line 30 min for our order. When I got my order - they handed me my drinks in a drink carrier. In the carrier were to VERY HOT americanos... neither of them had stoppers in them. Sooo the HOT americanos were leaking naturally- and extremely hot water spilt all over my legs burning me. The girl in the window told me it was her third day. Makes sense. Because there was 0 customer service... and clearly she had no idea what she was doing Absolutely ridiculous. read more

I went through the drivethru and was service by Ross! So I can only speak on my drivethru experience. I was promptly greeted by the server on the other end. He was polite, well spoken and greeted me with energy and a genuine friendliness. He repeated my order back to me. Upon pulling up to the window he greeted me again with a smile in person. My food was ready and I was given napkins without asking. After my transaction was complete, he wished me well and hoped I had a pleasant day. You don't find great genuine customer service very often, so I want to give kudos where it's deserved! Especially since I'm a former Starbucks employee ...I'm a little more critical. read more

This Starbucks is always busy and yet happens to be extremely understaffed each visit I've been. Wait times easily reach 15 minutes and that's on a good day. The staff here has always been fairly unfriendly, which is unlike most of the stores I've been to. I do enjoy the Causeway store more, but this location's Drive-Thru is convenient. read more

The absolute best Starbucks in Brandon. I have noticed they receive major slack for the time it takes to receive your order but what do you expect as it is in a central area of Branson. Other locations are tucked away or away from major traffic but this one is busy ALL the time. I've walked in tons of times and they welcome me by name. The managers are always available to speak to and the staff have no problem in correcting your order. I can tell you depending on the day I may request extra pumps of flavoring and they quickly respond. I have become very patient due to the personalities of the staff within the location. When I am super busy, I order pick up but the experience becomes different. The staff always ask me about my day or compliment something about me. They exude exemplary customer service that I can't help but to return over and over. My favorite person is Johnny. Sometimes I come order something just to see him not because the coffee is well as you know amazing. He simply makes my day. His smile brightens the room and he always checks to make sure my order is correct. I truly appreciate the time he as well as others take in making my coffee. Terrible, worst Starbucks experience I have had. So I waited in line for 10 minutes, there was one person in front of me and it wasn't busy. There were literally three barista's working on this one persons complicated order. The "customer" was disrespectful and obnoxious and obviously had no self-awareness or regard for anyone else. After I finally was able to place my order, and iced coffee, I was very irritated but knew I would get my drink immediately, because it's an iced coffee. If you don't know, and iced coffee takes no preparation, it's from the pitcher into the cup. NOTE: The customer in front of me had the three baristas make *three* of her drinks over. smh Now commence level two of terrible Starbucks experience. Now I am waiting for my drink for the next 15 minutes. It's a drink that takes ZERO preparation and NO TIME to make. As I receive my drink, the "customer" in front of me gathers her drinks and walks out the door. I ask how in the world this debacle happened, and if the store manager is around. The barista snidely informed me that "customer" in front of me WAS the store manager and that she is now gone. At this point there are 16 people in line and now about 12 people waiting for drinks. At NO point did the manager see/perceive this is a problem. Now there are multiple customers, "real customers", complaining about the terrible service. I can understand if the store was busy, I can understand if new baristas are being trained, but I can't understand the store manager allowing this kind of bottleneck and they way she carried herself. This is a case of terrible leadership, speaks a lot to the general performance of the store I am sure. I really hope that some regional manager is paying attention. There is health, money, and local reputation on the line. One extra note, the store manager spoke very harshly and lacked any respect or professional presence. Even if she wasn't "on the clock", this is tragic to the health and culture of this local cafe. read more

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Took 20 min to get an iced coffee and a cold brew in the store. Then, half and half was empty so I asked for a refill and it took another 20 minutes for that. In the mean time, I asked for some half and half and they wouldn't even give it to me from the counter; "we have someone on it"... uh ok so I have to wait a total of 40 min for an iced coffee with half and half? So I've come here on several occasions and they always seem to be "out" of something. So this time I'm here and I go to order a cloud macchiato and the girl ringing me up says they're out of the cloud powder that they make the drink with. So I said to her, "it seems like you guys are always out of something." So then she proceeds to tell me that all the Starbucks in Brandon are out. I knew that was absolute BS the minute she said it bc how would she know that? Did you call all the stores to find that out? Needed a quick pick me up for an event, and was thrilled to come across this Bux location. Quite a bit of a parking lot to navigate (I'm an out of towner, so maybe I just turned in the wrong entrance) but the drive thru was quick, order was correct, and the customer service was great. This Starbucks is located in Regency Center, and most of the time, entry and exit is smooth. There is ample parking, but if you just wanted to hit the drive through, this location is pretty quick. Other than that, it is your average expensive high calorie coffee joint. So far, it's kept pretty clean, and the service is friendly. My favorite is the Java Chip. I get it every time I go to Starbucks, morning, noon, or night. Yeah, it's a milkshake. Don't judge me. read more

Baristas have major attitudes as are super condescending. Slower than any Starbucks I've been too so far. Least favorite Starbucks, but the paintings outside by the drive through are awesome. I've come back to this Starbucks on 3 different occasions since my last review because I'm always in the area and each time my drink order has been wrong. I feel like I need to write this because this is a recurring problem at this location that is absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. This morning I placed a mobile order for a Venti iced tea at around 522. I got to the location at 5:30 that means there was eight minutes to make an iced tea. When I got there my order was not done. I continue to wait another eight minutes for my drink. Meanwhile there were three people working there. Two people inside and the one on drive-through. When I got there she asked me my name and I told her she told me she was working on it while she continue to do the drive-through and I continued to wait. The girl at the front did not do anything. She was talking to another employee instead of helping the girl on drive-through. My issue with this is that there's a sign that says if you wanna skip the line order on the mobile app. If I wanted to sit and wait another eight minutes for my drink then I would've simply gone to the drive-through or just order it when I got there. This is not the first time that this is happened at this location. Every time I order on the app I'm waiting for my beverage. This is absolutely insane. Why advertise skipping the line when you are constantly waiting for everyone else that is already there. This is simply poor customer service. And to top it all off my drink was not done properly. This is also an issue at this location because sometimes when I get my drink there is a ton of dragon fruit and sometimes there's about two pieces. Inconsistency is a major problem here. This location is most convenient on my way to work however I will be driving a different route just to avoid this happening again. read more

Been to this Starbucks only twice, but I'm pleased with it! The second time I went I decided to try a new drink but it was too bitter -- my taste buds were changed when I had COVID a year prior and sometimes coffee tastes too strong. Even though it wasn't an actual problem with the drink, the store manager taking my order let me swap out my drink at no extra charge! He was super nice and friendly. Great customer service. I like Starbucks...I am not a die hard fanatic for coffee with a lot of calories, and tend to prefer what I make at home, however I do receive gift cards quite frequently and I love it because it's a treat for which I don't normally indulge. This location is pretty typical of what you'd expect from a Starbucks. It's bright and clean and there is ample seating inside and outside, and a drive through, and they all seem to be pretty busy throughout the day. On my particular visit, there was quite a long line but it also very well staffed, so we did not have to wait very long to place or receive our order. This is a really great place to wait if you happen to be visiting the Tesla station. It's literally right next to it, and for heaven's sake you don't want to try to leave this plaza and come back...in the time it takes to fully charge, you would spend the majority of your time trying to get out and get back in. It's your standard Starbucks so the drinks are well-made, the baristas are nice and everything is very clean. I give 3 stars because the location is horrible. It's right across the boulevard from the mall, so technically it's a prime location but it get's way too busy and the lines don't move fast enough. The drive-thru gets especially bad both in the mornings and afternoon. The layout of the parking lot doesn't help the situation at all. It's very easy to block someone's car in while waiting in line. I would advise going inside instead of the drive-thru, and don't park anywhere near the drive-thru or you might get stuck when you try to leave. read more

Not my favorite Starbucks I ordered a iced venti decaf sugar free caramel latte. When I got my drink it was definitely not decaf (believe me I can tell). But the barista insisted it was decaf. We went back and forth with this until he offered to remake it. I then got my new drink and I noticed this one had 2% milk while the original was fat free. I tasted it, no flavor. He finally added more caramel and it was then ok, not great. I don't like what this store looks like either. Felt crowded and cluttered. Staff was nice but I doubt I would be returning to this particular store. read more

I rarely give bad reviews. I always wonder is it the day...was it a specific employee but no...it's not. I have been in drive through and sat outside a few times now and find myself going elsewhere for a few reasons. The drive through lines here are terrible even with 4 cars. I have been through many many...lines and gone through faster with a better service attitude that this one. We went in and had slow mediocre experience inside as well. There was one time a girl said she was there working from another SBX helped us and she was wonderful. Truly. Again, 3 o clock...4 people ahead and I was in the line for 20 minutes plus. The service via intercom was less than expected...and slow on top of it. Consistently this has been my usual experience here. Sad. I prefer to drive further on 60 for better service and atmosphere. My second time here to the Starbucks location not much to say about this location it has the same like other Starbuck locations such as WIFI, Coffee, cups, indoor/outdoor seating with umbrellas. The service is great when not busy and when in busy expect wait times in the drive thru in mid afternoon time due to being next to the shopping centers, mall and restaurants. Never had any type of my order when ordering for myself or a family member. read more

This is my quick stop for my iced passion tea, I forgo the liquid cane and have it made with monk fruit stevia. I have some dietary limitations and I can still enjoy this refreshing tea made to order. The drive thru is usually pretty efficient and all the employees are pleasant. read more

Ordered two drinks, pulled up to the window and was handed one drink, then sat at the window for 12 minutes waiting on the second drink which was just a hot chocolate. No apology for the wait either. This location isn't bad. Usually the specialty drinks are made well. I've never had a bad drink from this location. The drive thru gets ridiculous. Usually long and slow. I would avoid it unless you happen to get there when there's no line. Everyone seems friendly here, I've honestly never dealt with a rude barista at this store. The location is convenient as much as it is a pain. Getting out of Regency, unless making a right onto 60 from the side road next to the plaza, is so frustrating. Parking is ample, no issues there. All in all, this is a good Starbucks. I'm a Starbucks addict with a Gold card since 2007 and a daily trio or 2 everyday of the week so my Starbucks review credibility is good lol Enjoy! read more

The Barista's here need to take another course in customer service. They aren't kind. As many times as I've been to this location (over 25), it is always the same experience. They seem as though they are frustrated that they have customers, and the wait is unbelievable! Drive thru or inside, be prepared to wait over 20 minutes. As I sit in the drive thru line now for the past 15 minutes, I anticipate another 10 minutes or more since there are 4 cars ahead of me. As far as coffee goes it stands by its name and brand image. May be expensive but worth every penny. My favorite part is the extreme consistency they provide you. I can order a drink a 100 times from them and it will taste exactly the same 100 times straight. Whereas I can order same drink 100 times from Dunkin donuts and it will taste different 95 times with 15 of those times I need to force it down just so my 2.50$ doesn't go to waste. So apparently I've just haven't learned my lesson with these guys. By far the worst Starbucks I've been to! So tonight me and my husband went out for a late dinner and afterwards we wanted a drink from Starbucks so I looked on my app and saw that one was the only close by that was open. So we took the chance and went and sure enough failed us. I got a venti pink drink and my pink drink was light pink that was it! It looked so plain!!!! Why?!? Because they didn't add any strawberries! There was so evidence of any strawberries! But anyways if I'm paying that much I should be getting what I paid for! What it's suppose to be! My husband got a white chocolate mocha hot and he said it tasted bland. No flavor!
