The only problem is I try to avoid this place during the summer because their air conditioning never works properly. Truly a Shame that management has never addressed this in all these years. This is solely about the customer service, and unfortunately, another reviewer recently described the exact same experience. The previous team was always warm and genuinely customer service oriented. Since the recent staff turnover, the experience has completely changed. The new baristas come across as though they dislike interacting with customers. Their demeanor is odd and off putting, especially for a customer facing role. This isn't based on one bad visit either. It's happened one too many times and has become a consistent pattern every time I come in. Whether I'm walking in to place an order or picking up a mobile order, I'm often met with blank stares instead of a simple "Hi" or "Welcome." There's rarely a "Thank you" or any acknowledgment at all. It feels like I'm the one providing the customer service by saying hello, please, and thank you- despite being the customer. A friendly greeting and basic courtesy go a long way. I hope management provides additional customer service training or hires people who genuinely enjoy interacting with customers. Coffee shops are often part of someone's daily routine, and a positive interaction can make a big difference. Right now, every interaction feels uncomfortable, which is disappointing considering how welcoming this place used to be.

It was a great place to browse, even though I wasn't planning to buy a machine. Cameron came over and asked if I needed any help. I told him no because I just wanted to look at the machines. Instead of pressuring me, he started explaining the different machines, the current offers, and what makes Nespresso coffee special. When I first walked in, I felt like other people were kind of ignoring me, but Cameron took the time to answer my questions and share his knowledge. While he was helping me, another employee came over and asked him if he could help someone else. Cameron replied, "I already have a customer," and stayed with me. That made me feel valued and appreciated. He is an excellent salesperson and really knows the products. Even though I wasn't planning to buy anything, he helped me find the right machine, and I ended up purchasing one a couple of weeks ago. After using it for a few weeks, I absolutely love my machine.
