I just went to this place two hours ago on my lunch break and was asked to leave. I wasn't dressed crazy, I wasn't belligerent, I don't have any facial tattoos, I didn't have a fire arm. I just wanted to say that this Starbucks suck. Me and my friend order a drink and one of the guy gave so much ice to my friends drink more then the actual liquid. He was really rude about not wanting to make another drink. I explained to him that my friend drank so fast and showed him how much ice is inside the cup. He was so rude he grabbed the cup and toss all the ice. And when the drink was done he came back and didn't say anything. How rude!!! read more

The staff here is very nice and the drinks are always great. The only complaint I can think of is that sometimes I'll look for a different Starbucks location because these guys sometimes have a line out the door especially in the morning!! Lol read more

Worst Starbucks ever, this place doesn't have any idea what customer satisfaction is all about, I orderEd a drink that I usually get on every other Starbucks without an issue, here when I ordered one of the person in charge told the person taking my order that want possible, I told her that they usually make my drink at the other locations including the Hamilton location and what they do they create my drink on a venti size but using a tents cup. She told me the BS that they had a meeting and they told them not to do that... Hahaha freaking liar specially cause when I ordered she didn't even now she just said no. I love coffee but I definitely from now on will avoid this location, u girl just lost a customer and I'm taking my gold card somewhere else or a different coffee place like pet's. read more

Been here a few times and I have to say that each time was great. It's not the best Starbucks, I'll admit that, but it's not a bad one at all! Busy or not, they'll get your orders right and that's a plus especially on Sunday's during Farmers market and they're always nice on top of that :) read more

Terribly slow service, they have zero regard to Mobile Orders. Takes 25 minutes to order through the app for what is a 3 minute order in store. Slow service even when buisness is slow, if there's ever a rush it's unimaginable. read more

Great location with a helpful, friendly and competent staff. They have a major problem with only 1 restroom to serve this busy location. I go there frequently during the morning rush hour, and let's just say that 880 North is not the only traffic jam in my morning commute. If not for this issue I would definitely give them 5 stars. read more

I have never had a reason to write a review. I frequent this Starbucks because of the close proximity to my kids school. The staff is rude and apparently just there for a paycheck. The Starbucks by my house on Winchester always offers a free small cup of coffee with a purchase of a pound of coffee. I don't go around looking for freebies but it was always a nice gesture by a big company to go above and beyond to please their customers even if it was only an over priced small cup of coffee. The Campbell ave. staff made it seem that i was trying to steal from them. I don't know who the owner is but they should take some lesson from their competitors on customer service! By the way this was after I spent 50 bucks on a couple of pounds of coffee and breakfast sandwiches for my children. read more

Worse Starbucks I ever was at. The person taking orders faster than the ONE person making the drinks. Finally another person came in to start making drinks and starts talking to a friend and makes his drink first. When I finally get my decaf it's cold. More waiting time. Will never go here again. Their customer facing fridge is out... they're down to one machine and they are out of 5 of the holiday classics (out of 7!). They tell you they are down to one machine after you wait in line and get to the front... Just wished I had of said no once I knew it would take 25 min per drink. Jennifer and Catherine do not have the best customer service at all, when they make a mistake they get very nasty with the customer! !! Also be very careful they will try to give you a smaller size than what you actually ordered. Just left this Starbucks. Worst service since the moment I stepped up to the register. I'm a barista from another Starbucks, so receiving bad customer service from another fellow barista made me feel really shitty... No smile from the partner or anything! He looked very annoyed when I asked for a splash of lemonade in my strawberry açai. And when I told him I was a partner and told him from which location, he made an ugly face and asked WHAT ARE YOU DOING OVER HERE with an attitude as if I wasn't welcomed! I was so livid. First of all, if you know I'm a Starbucks partner, DO NOT COME AT ME WITH AN ATTITUDE!!! Have some respect! And not only that, my beverage was low quality. The barista who made it & handed it off, just threw my straw on the counter, and avoided eye contact with me. Never coming back here again. I have been going to this Starbucks for awhile because I work across the street. There is a African American girl who really needs a attitude adjustment. I came into get a iced coffee, the cashier asked for my name, so I assume they are going to call your name out, if they're asking for it right? So the African American girl makes the drink and puts it on the counter. I was getting napkins at the time, so I did not hear my name being called so I asked her is this is mine? She looks at me and says well it's the only one there! Wow, how rude. Needless to say I will not go back to this Starbucks, I will drive to the one on Bascom before I come back there, I will spend my money elsewhere. I alternate between this Starbucks and Orchard Valley coffee down the street. When it is warm enough to sit outside, I usually go to Starbucks. However I go less and less when I want to be inside. It seems whether it is summer or winter, Starbucks has the air conditioning blasting. On cool days it is often colder inside than out. As corporate entities go, Starbucks ranks high on caring about environment, human rights and helping working people. How about saving a little energy too while not forcing me to bring a sweater to sit inside. read more

Most coffee drinks follow a recipe that makes your coffee drink about the same. BUT rude workers and terrible service plus floor seating location are variables that NEED improvement at this location. I observed one employee refilling the outside counter items rudely telling the customers "get out of the way". At 10am, there was only one person taking drink orders with the line 12 persons long out the door. When the person restalking finished, she yelled across the counter for another person to take drink orders (could not understand why the first cashier call for help instead of having the restocking person raise her voice over customers. My final issue was in seating location. This was very upsetting. Spots by the wall outlets and cool, shaded seating was taken. Myself plus another customer moved two tables away from the window (even with the screen it was to hot to enjoy my meal and use my electronic devices. We were seated for 10 minutes when an employee (not same as before, used a loud voice, instead of walking closer to us, "YOU need to put those tables back, THEY block wheelchair access and fire escape route" Check this store, we did not violate either, no fire or wheelchair came in our 15 minutes there and strollers were able to fit of both sides of us. PLUS a kind employee would approach you and ask you to kindly move the items back when finished. We both left. Recommend the coffee BUT not this location. read more

i went in to this starbucks to wait for the bookstore across the street to open. ordered myself a latte and a muffin. i also asked to put 23.95 on my starbucks card so that by the time i paid for my order with the card, i would still have $20 on the card. the cashier did it wrong and put only $20 on the card so that by the time my transaction was done, there was only $16.05 on the card. incompetence. fine, i tell her it's not done right, but i don't want to make a big deal, so i say forget it. so then i get my muffin. i opted not to have it heated up. i should have. it's totally stale. then i wait forever for my coffee, not because the barista is slow. she was actually very fast. but she calls out the name on my coffee as julie. my name is carol. it didn't really look like carol, but julie was not even close. so i'm standing there forever and she doesn't ever ask me what i'm waiting for. finally i'm about to ask where my coffee is when i notice no one else is coming to get the coffee on the bar, so i take it and go. basically 3 strikes (in one visit!)...sorry starbucks at 267 e. campbell ave, you're out! read more
