I sometimes have to come to Starbucks at the ungodly hour at 5:30 in the morning. I really don't know how the employees are always so cheerful. I think they must be drinking a ton of coffee. They are always friendly -always make sure to ask if you want room for milk etc. etc. I only ever drink regular plain coffee. And I always tell them I like the one with the most caffeine. This is the WORST Starbucks in the area. After the closure of Hamilton avenue store this one is the closest on my way to work. The morning crew are terrible and their manager is the rudest. Every morning asking for the same muffin warmed and every morning I have to beg them to warm it. After the first time or fifth or twentieth time may be you should know. Placed a mobile order and this location did not peioritize mobile orders over walk in customers. Waited over 15 minutes for them to even start making my 2 drinks. Only 3 staff members, and 1 left half way through my time here. Didn't acknowledge that I was waiting or the many customers waiting in line to pick up mobile orders. And on top of all that, they messed up my drink along with 2 other people's drinks while I was here. Go to a different location. read more

This is by far our favorite Starbucks we come here at least 4 times a week right before they close they know us they know our drinks love to chat we know what's going on in their lives and then we tell him what's going on in ours. I buy Starbucks almost daily and typically try to avoid this Starbucks (next to Whole Foods), but this morning, I needed to get to an appointment so I placed a mobile order. When I arrived to pick it up my 3 drinks, all the customers' drinks were scattered all over the counter. I inquired with the barista as to which drinks were for my mobile order and received such a nasty attitude. I simply wanted to make sure that I picked up the right drinks and not all of them were marked. Every time I go to this Starbucks, I am always greeted with rude employees, who clearly don't like their jobs. What happened to just putting a smile on your face and be thankful that you have a job with health benefits? The employees at this particular Starbucks need some training on customer service, especially since they are supposed to provide a positive experience. read more

My family and I give this Starbucks an overall of five stars. The workers at this Starbucks were amazing! You can tell they all have great chemistry as co-workers and of course, as friends. Arturo was outstanding! When we had told him my sister's name was "Arielle" he put "sirenita" which means "little mermaid." It was really nice. This location is very uninviting. The store is sparsely populated with a handful of small 2 person tables and hard chairs. They have covered all the electrical outlets so customers cannot charge phone or laptop. They have plenty of empty space but it feels cold and inhospitable. Mental note avoid this Starbucks and go to one of the stores nearby. read more

This location is larger than most, with comfortable indoor seating and a variety of merchandise (that some addicts must actually purchase). Located right next to a busy Whole Foods, this is a good place to stop if you need to buy an expensive burrito and caffeinate at the same time. The manager, Stewart, is one of the best baristas I've come across. Great guy to say hi to on a daily basis. read more

This was an okay Starbucks, the employees were friendly, good drinks. Nice looking store, but the area it is in. . .could we accumulate just a few more homeless people IFO the store??? The parking lot is a flipping' nightmare to drive in, and while these two issues are not the fault of Starbucks, you could ask the homeless to "move along", it makes it hard to feel comfortable somewhere when you're watching the homeless people looking into cars as they pull in. read more

This location isn't my favorite one, but when my regular location down the street is busy and I don't have the time to wait there, I come here before going to House Of Bagels. It's not really the staff or the store that I'm not fond of here, it's the other customers. A lot of them are coming from Whole Foods next door, I think. They just give off a snobby vibe, and on more then one occasion there have been people standing in front of the door, blocking the way for people trying to get in or out. And when you excuse yourself through, they kind of death-glare you as they're moving. This same thing has also happened when people are standing in front of the drink pick up counter, and your drink is ready. The staff here are for the most part friendly, and more often than not the drinks are made correctly! (Sometimes the coffee frappuccinos are a bit bitter/strong!). And I also like that they're open until 11, not that I'm drinking the caffeinated drinks that late, but it's nice if I'm in the mood for some passion tea or a scone when I'm off work at 10! read more

Average size Starbucks store, yet they don't have an oven if you want a toasty breakfast. Ordered a venti ice coffee for myself and a toasted bagel for a coworker this morning, and was told that they don't have an oven to heat it up. Told the cashier it's fine and i will take the bagel as is. Waited for 5 mintues and still no bagel, checked with the cashier and she said "I thought you don't want the bagel anymore" Perhaps I will get a better service next time after morning rush hours. read more

Busy, busy, busy but boy do they keep the line moving! It really helps that they remodeled a while back to make the efficiency and line flow happen. Parking can be quite crazy, especially later in the day with a Whole Foods right next door. Early morning is the easiest time but you do get lucky once in awhile! read more

My go to Starbucks. It's near my house so it's super convenient for me and the staff always knows my drink choice and remembers my name. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I went to this Starbucks with my friend and she ordered a vanilla cream coffee. She got her order tasted it and said it just tasted like milk. We looked at the tag and it just said steamed milk. I went up to get her her real coffee and they were dumbfounded and kept saying "oh, she got the vanilla frapichino?" Which is what I got. They didn't change the drink or attempt to and they were honestly rude. She ended up throwing out the drink because it was just milk. WOULD NOT GO AGAIN! read more

A nice central location, with the friendliest folks around. I'm always greeted with a smile. It feels more like coming to a friend's place to share coffee than a business. The music is always relaxing and the only thing they don't have is a kitchen, so you need to go to the downtown Campbell Starbucks for an egg sandwich, but they do have a fresh assortment of sweet munchies to accompany your coffee/ tea. After 20 minutes there, you can be re-juvinated and caffinated :) A great place for a small break in the everyday. read more

As a once-a-day minimum Starbucks consumer, there are three local joints I frequent on a regular basis, this being one, mostly out of convenience. Of the three, this is by far my least favorite. Employees often seem more interested in their own behind-the-counter conversations than getting drinks out in a timely fashion. I consistently find myself waiting over five minutes for a plain iced coffee, even when there isn't a line and there are three people behind the counter. I mean, really - grab a cup, pour the coffee in, top it with ice, BAM. DONE. Two stars for the occasionally lovely employee who remembers my face or my drink, but the majority of the time, I find myself walking out there a little more irked than when I walked in. read more

Best starbucks in town!! The Cleanest and the most friendly shop I've been to yet. Steven helped me pick out the perfect roast. I really enjoy a bold flavor, he let me try a few different roasts until I found the perfect one. I will always come back to this store in particular, there's nothing like coming into your favorite shop and feeling so welcome, like we are apart of the Starbucks family!! Went into this Starbucks for the usual latte, and as usual I expect the Ebay employee hoarders to be waiting in line for their black coffee. what I didn't expect is the service. The girl at the register who I spoke to and is very friendly was fantastic. She knows customer service and is a pleasant person. All I know is that she lived in San Diego and we spoke about some S.D. experiences. Give this girl a raise. The girl making the drinks is the one that bothers me. She completely forgot my order and three people who were behind me received their drinks before me, and then I asked about my order and she simply forgot. She served three more orders and eventually got to mine. This makes six customers served after I ordered mine. She was apologetic of her failure and she gave me a coupon for two free drinks. this was a good thing, and I accepted her apology. I just had to explain to my elderly father why his drink was late while he waited in the car in the handicap zone. Will I come here again? Possibly because it is in my neighborhood, but there is also another Starbuck not far from this one. I hope the people making the drinks improve. read more
