It's located in a plaza with several other businesses so there's plenty of parking here. It's also pretty spacious inside, so if you wanted to pop in for a study session, you can usually find a seat. I was glad this Starbucks opened around the corner from my job. I'm not a huge fan of their coffee but it's coffee I can get 2 mins away that isn't completely craptastic. With that being said, I'm thinking I may just take the extra 10mins to drive up to Castaic location, It's a Grind or Coffee Bean for coffee instead because, though at first they were all great and new, there's now a few new people that are dampening my parade to this Starbucks. There's especially this baby-faced fella who is never friendly. He's there almost every weekday morning and I have to remind him to give me my $0.10 off on my coffee because of my reusable starbucks cup. Today, he failed again and I forgot to mention, again, and I was charged. I said kinda playfully, "oh! you didn't give me my discount" but not really thinking I should get a refund of any sorts. He proceeded to roll his eyes annoyingly and dig into the lil tip box for my whopping TEN cents. I said, "no, it's okay..." and walked off. There are a few who forget to give the discount but they're never so rude. He could've just apologized or "oh..." something. Yea, it's ONLY a dime but, hey, I bought the damn reusable cup from them so I should get that perk. It adds up to a cup of coffee really quick. I usually get a cup of Pike but it's not been that good, pretty watery/weak. So, I'm thinking the drive up to Castaic location or going to It's a Grind will be my coffee stop moving forward. The convenience isn't worth me giving my business to a location in which staff when I go isn't that pleasant. They need to train their staff better. The worse Starbucks I think I've been too. The girl that took my order was not friendly at all, I greeted her. Tisk Tisk. I ordered Caramel Frap and it tasted like burnt rubber. Then i also ordered a cookie and they over cooked it and was completely mushy and falling apart so I asked for another one and that was the last one apparently... What a Surprise. So needless to say the worse experience here... Oh not to mentioned, before when getting a refund for my cookie the same girl that helped me with my order was bent out of shape and was all attitude. She needs to brush up on her customer service I think, or find a job she likes. read more

Absolutely love this Starbucks! The morning team is absolutely on point. Tyler, Hunter, Tiffany, and Maria are always bright cheerful and have my order correct. Management is excellent and the drinks are always amazing. I especially enjoyed this Starbucks location because all of them have taken time out of their lives to get to know me and know what I like to drink and they always make sure that I'm happy. So i went to the wrong counter without realizing that ther was a person on the other counter. I was ordering to the wrong person. So I was like o sht im sorry i didnt notice. She was like oh its okay. But rudeeeeeeeeeeeeee the whole time. She took my order, never asked for my name, and never even greeted me. I mean my fault for not noticing her but comeon. The only reason this location gets 5 stars is because of our favorite Barista, Hunter. Best customer service, always gets out order right (even knows it now just by us pulling up once we order the first drink). The only reason we go to this location is for him! Thank you Hunter! read more

I've been going to this Starbucks for about 2-3 weeks almost every morning on my way to work. I feel bad but only one I know is Hunter. Because he is amazing. Always sounds friendly, giving great vibes in the AM to start your day. Drinks taste great, service is great, and even when it's BUSY... They are very efficient. I am a regular customer and spend time in the store. I can say only positive things about the staff, cleanliness, food prep and drinks, of course! They are always welcoming to the customers, and cheery. They keep the store clean, I see them dusting shelves and removing the trash. I'm thinking maybe I'm spending too much time here. :) my point is this location is awesome. It does have its busy times but isn't that a sign of a thriving business? I recommend this location. Hard to find anything wrong with this Starbucks, even though I am me. The service is nice and the drinks are made nicely, but one flaw in this "perfect" establishment is running out of ingredients and what not for certain drinks. If you are dedicated in getting your morning coffee for a big hard day at work don't put your trust here! read more

Very friendly service. The people in there are great but don't stop by here if you are in a rush. It's always busy because of the local school but even when it's not recess or lunch the workers there manage to take their time to get your order ready. I went through the drive thru today and it took 15 minutes from the time I ordered my coffee until the time I got my coffee. How do I know this? I had a bad experience last time and I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt before writing a bad review so I timed it today. It shouldn't take 15 min for some coffee. Again, the workers are there very nice. It's a cool place if you have the time to spare but if you want to get a coffee in a hurry I recommend you go elsewhere. read more

I waited a half hour before I had to ask where my drinks were. After that they took care of me, but it still took another 15-20 minutes easily before I was able to leave. However, the ladies that helped me from that point were really nice and friendly and the manger took care of me. I just think the girl that took my order needed more training. I'm iffy on if I would return to that particular location again. I didn't have an hour to waste, unfortunately and I was late for the meeting in which I was taking the coffee too. read more
