Waited over 15 minutes for drinks. Finally ask about order "yes we have it!" Couple minutes later wanted to see receipt to see what we ordered. Guy who ordered right after us also had to ask and they'd lost his order. Lots of boxes stacked in ordering area (incoming inventory). Disorganized from minute we entered door. I'm only giving it three stars today due to frustration. If you are going to advertise a summer drink, you should have plenty of it available in the store. It's one in the afternoon and out of coconut milk already. That's twice this week. I don't get it. Plus as usual the drive thru is being catered to. I love SB in general, so overall they would get 5 stars from me. Until just now, this particular location would've gotten a 5 star review, but not anymore. Walk in, only two other parties in the store-5 people total and I still stood at the register with *5* employees walking back and forth not saying a word to me, for at least 5 minutes. The girl making the drinks with a headset half on finally decides to ask what I want. After finishing my drink I waited about another 5 minutes before I was able to pay for it. I should stick to the drive thru because they seem to be on their shit when it comes to the window. read more

This Sbux, like pretty much all of them, is excellent. They will make the drink however you want with a smile. Free Wifi, free refills, free samples, comfy couches, open at 530am. Clean and the staff is very friendly. Price is consistent with any coffee house. read more

Cappuccino was pretty good. Bathroom was clean. Service was sooooooo slow. Took forever with only 2 people in line. 20 minutes from getting off the freeway to getting back on and it is 1/2 a block from the road with an easy on and off. No stevia for sweetener :( read more

I have never been to a more poorly run Starbucks in my life. Stopped in for a coffee on my way to get gas before heading back on the road. The line was ten people long and unmoving due lack of communication across the entire staff. I ordered a simple Blonde Roast that took ten more minutes to receive. They did not ask whether I needed room for cream and did not have any type of half and half or milk on the counter. When the man in front of me requested milk, they slid the entire 2 gallon jug to him across the counter. I never write reviews, but I've never seen such a lack of quality in a Starbucks. read more

This was close to the Airbnb where I was staying. I found the service comparable to most other Starbucks. It was clean and well kept.

It's a no wonder this Starbucks has so few stars. I stopped here while pass through and had a terrible experience. Bad enough I hopped on yelp to give them this review. When you make a double mistake on a customers drink, do not get defensive and blame the customer. Try to make it right as I just spent $30 on drinks at your store. I always love going to this location. It's one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to because each and every barista puts their personal touch into what they do. The grind coffee house is much better. Starbucks have high prices and nothing tastes as good as the grind.

It's Starbucks. What else can you expect. The only thing going for this place is the amazing staff. Other than that, the drinks are overpriced. Clean and modern. Nice for a quick cup of drip coffee or a nonfat soy milk mocha caramel venti latte with a splash of sugar free vanilla over ice, shaken not stirred, then blended with whipcream on top. read more

Seriously the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Considering I am on my way back to Cali from Utah and Starbucks is scarce, there is no reason with 7 people behind the counter 2 at the registers that it #1 takes forever for girl to get my order in the ]computer and #2 for my drink to take so long when all machines going. It actually made no sense to me. For a 6.16 triple vente non fat peppermint mocha w/ no whip, service should have been a bit quicker and next time please dont make it with so much peppermint that I feel like I just freshly brushed my teeth everytime I take a sip. :) read more

Interesting experience. I had to bus my own table to get a place to sit. I went to the menu board to see what was available and all that was there was fat ass drink selections designed to put more weight on fat Americans. I asked where the real coffee menu was and they said that they could make anything I wanted. Ordered a simple latte. It was ok but not a good as I have had at other coffee shops. Not a good experience. But, it is Utah and the dominant theocracy keeps the coffee drinking to a minimum. Die you shillers! read more

This starbucks is great. It's a nice place to get a grab and go drink but also is great for a nice sit down meal or studying session. The employees are all very nice and quick (service wise). My only complaint is that it's located inconveniently from the center of town. I really wish there were more Starbucks in Cedar. read more

If i could give this place zero star, i would do it. My sis and i stopped by here and got really bad services ever. We are loyal customers of Starbucks for years. But the workers at this location gave us a horrible attitude when we just asked for exactly what we ordered. Is this the way the manager trained them to serve their customers? So bad!!!!! read more
