Drink was good , one thing was they barely actually put anything in my cup, it was mostly foam and when it went down the cup was already half way without taking a sip.

We order here only because of convenience. Starbucks corporate need to come in and retrain how to make a caramel frapp. I always hope it will be bette next time but never. It's always light in color and doesn't taste like it usually does. Very disappointing for the money we pay for what supposed to be a high quality product.

I get really annoyed when I order light ice in my drinks and the entire cup is filled with ice. I understand that they serve a lot of people but I would rather wait a little longer for my drink if that means my order is right. The ice levels are too inconsistent which sounds minor but with sensitive teeth, ice amount matters a lot. Especially when that means I am also getting less of my drink

This Starbucks is adjacent to the lobby of a midsized office bldg inside of it. It is very busy and I am impressed with how efficient and professional the Staff is handling the large morning and lunch rushes, as well as fast and accurate with orders. There is a decent amount of seating and some nice outdoor tables. They open early and close at 7pm and are closed on weekends. The toilet is down the hall in the actual office bldg, not in the 'bucks. The customers are mostly professionals/office workers. This branch ranks as one of my top 10 Starbucks choices in LA.

Quick service and friendly staff at the Century Park East Starbucks!

Located in the hub of Century City, this Starbucks is constantly booming with business men and women who work on Century Park East. If you go in the morning, expect a long-ish line and a wait. They prioritize mobile orders, so if you are in a rush, I suggest using your Starbucks app to place your order. Despite the constant crowds, the staff is always very friendly and efficient while serving customers. They help make the hectic environment enjoyable, and are especially personable/nice with their regular customers! There are parking structures and a few lots nearby for those who do not walk from work. For those of you who use Starbucks as a work/study space, this is probably not the location for you. There are a few tables, but the crowds create clutter and noise that are not conducive to productive work. But, if you're looking for a morning/afternoon caffeine fix - this is the place for you!

I love that so far, half of the reviews of this place begin with "Well, I don't really like coffee..." Also, I'm not sure what sprawling warehouse Starbucks y'all have been to, but this one seems about average-sized to me. Here is the reason I am giving this place four stars: At this point in America's love affair with coffee store chains (and fast food chains in general), we pretty much know what we're getting in terms of quality. Either you like what they have to sell or you don't. I don't see the point of comparing a Starbucks to a fine restaurant, or even to a locally-owned coffee shop. That would be comparing apples to oranges. I give this place four stars because I'm comparing it to other Starbucks locations. I think this spot is better than average. They have a much higher ratio of armchairs than a lot of the ones I've been to, which indicates that they don't mind you hanging out for a while. This is opposed to the uncomfortable metal chairs which scream to me "Drink your coffee and move on, or your ass will pay the price!" Also, being in the middle of Century City, this is my go-to Starbucks and I know that's the case for a lot of fellow corporate types. As such, I'm rather impressed that even with the high traffic, the baristas still recognize a lot of their repeat customers and remember their favorite drinks. The bottom line is that Starbucks is Starbucks. Any two locations will be fundamentally the same, and so it's the small touches that make the difference. All in all, I would say this is a pretty solid spot in the area for a quick break from the office grind. No pun intended.

    burnt apple cake!!!
    Jane R.

maybe it was just an off day. I waited in front of the register for a good two minutes before one of five baristas behind the counter finally took my order. I just want a damn apple cake, okay? fine, I paid and waited some more on the other side while my pastry heats up. Five minutes later, another barista asked if I was waiting for a drink. I said "I'm waiting for my apple cake." oh, more waiting....so the first barista just took my order and didn't put my pastry in the toaster?! okayyyyy? finally got my cake and it's burnt. so lame =\

Súper understaffed location takes 30 plus minutes to get a drink. They should hire more people.

This Starbucks will be closed for a month. That is what the doorman said today. Probably to do with construction. Just a heads up.

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. How is it that they run out of breakfast sandwiches everyday? Just order more spinach feta wraps already!

I went Sunday, and saw a bottleneck at Valet so I found plenty of parking a block south and on the side street. Valet was only $18 for the 2 hours we were there so not awful at all. This hotel is super elegant and walking into The Living Room was like that, walking into a living room. It was right there past the receptionist and with a glass back drop of the garden. We opted for the 2nd tier, Premium. It doesn't change the tea choice ( you only get 1) or the food, it's just whatever champagne or bubbles you prefer. And oh my god! That rose was fantastic! I am not a rose fan, but I see why this one was considered Premium. I choose the coconut creme tea, thinking it might he herbal, but I didn't ask. I was planning on my jacked on caffeine and sugar before the day was over. All the finger sandwiches were fabulous, I ate them all. My favorite was the salmon, chicken and egg salad. Although I also enjoyed the egg plant. I can't tell you all the desserts that I ate. I ate all of that too. I literally only left half of a scone and the scones were fabulous as well. They were soft and they were fresh and I don't think i've ever had a fresh scone before so game changer! The service was perfect! Someone is coming by to pour you more tea. Everyone was very nice and attentive. We had a lovely time! I highly recommend this place for afternoon tea with the gals!

It is pricey (maybe the priciest out there) but every element of the experience is top tier and you get what you pay for. The sandwiches, scones, and pastries are actually high quality and delicious. I love the variety of the sandwiches with some twists and premium ingredients like caviar. The scones are my favorite and not dry at all, it's served with clotted cream, lemon curd, and a berry jam - absolutely delicious. There's a lot of tea choices to choose from that will cater to a variety of tastes. The ambiance is what sets this afternoon tea apart from the rest. There's a live harpist! The Living Room decor feels very posh, the plates and cups have pretty designs, and the set is served on a silver 3-tier stand. The service is also fantastic! They kept coming back to refill our tea. It was a great experience and great excuse to dress up when you're feeling fancy!
