i never liked this starbucks because a) i always had to wait because it is in the heart of the towne center and b) they are the stingiest starbucks when it comes to adding some caramel on the side. i also found their fraps to be quite chunky and hence poor in terms of consistency. definitely not worth of the wait. read more

i'm surprised to see the 2 and 3 star ratings. i've been going to this location for years and have gotten great service! the other day when i went to get my usual upside down caramel macchiato, my debit card wasn't working for some reason when i had to pay so i told the employee that was helping me at the register that i would quickly run out and get some cash from my car, but instead she gave me a nice smile and the tall caramel macchiato on the house. it was 7:30am on a saturday morning... definitely made my day :) read more

This is a fine Starbucks, perhaps a bit busier than others I've visited, and parking in the common lot can be a pinch. If I was shopping here, I'd return--but otherwise I'd probably go elsewhere just because of the crowds. read more

I typically find really great Starbucks locations but this one definitely disappointed me. It's small and does not have many seats inside close to an outlet. There is seating outside but if you are looking to work while you drink your coffee and need a place to plug in, this is not it. read more

Not a big fan of this place. Official closing time is 11pm and they already have the chairs up on the table by 10pm. If you stay past 10pm you start to feel unwelcome even though the store is open for another hour. read more

Was here recently for a cup of coffee, service was good but there were things lacking. There was just half and half milk, no whole milk or skimmed on the desk. The sugar was the one in packets and no canned sugar dispenser like you'd find in other Starbucks. The bathroom was extremely dirty. I can't believe Starbucks franchise would let them operate like this, felt like getting a coffee from some donut shop rather than Starbucks. Place is alright. The one making the drinks are slow and seem to take ther time especially on a busy morning. I never come to starbucks for coffee as i dont drink coffee. The no coffee drinks are ok nothing fascinating. Maybe they should make more noncaffeinated drinks for those who dont drink coffee. I go to this Starbucks bcs close to work but stop going. Its always one barista working and other 2-3 workers doing something else. Drives me crazy other 2 workers taking orders and another person stocking when one barista is making all those drinks. For simple Americano wait time is always 5-10 minutes at any hour. The service was ok, it was busy so the workers were probably a little tired. I went purchase the Starbucks VIA® Iced Coffee (5pack). As an avid Starbucks visitor, I must say this location almost always disappoints. Since they are so close to a business complex, they get a decent group of business people every morning, yet never seem to add more staff at this time. Like most other locations, they don't know the difference between a cappuccino and a latte and will always make a cappuccino like a latte unless you specifically ask for it to be dry (like it should be in the first place). I used to like how close this was to my place of work, but the past three times I've been, they've messed up my order or served drinks out of order (there were four drinks served ahead of mine that were for people behind me in line - they didn't even acknowledge the fact that they did it either, other Starbucks locations that I've been to will give you a free drink for getting your drink out of order or at least acknowledge that they've made you wait so long). Overall, very disappointed in this location and I do not plan on going back. read more

I WOULD say that Starbucks is overrated...if not for the frappuccinos! Honestly those are all I drink... - I recommend the peppermint mocha, chocolate chip, vanilla bean, and strawberry frappuccino. The new additions to the frappuccino menu, the mocha and double chocolate chip, are sadly too familiar with its older brothers and sisters other than the usage of chocolate whipped cream. It is a bit overpriced...but it's Starbucks! It'll never go out of business nor will any number of bad reviews ever slow it down. That being said, I highly doubt that anyone will give such low ratings simply because Starbucks has something that appeals to everyone, to non-caffeinated drinks. The atmosphere is a cross between friendly and peaceful, the aromas are always tantalizing, and great place to swing by for a drink anytime. read more

Kasey from October 7 needs to greet customers and/or try to not look p.o.'d. Also, needs retraining in prices and not charge regular hot chocolate prices when there's specifically kids' pricing (esp when kids' hot choc was ordered). AND don't look surly at customers afterwards upon taking another 5 mins to verify with another surly employee who was rolling her eyes at a customer with a long order. I avoid this Starbucks although I live down the street bc I'm well aware that most of the employees here do not smile and are unhappy working there, from the cashiers to the baristas, but I went bc we were at petsmart and hadn't had my 1st cup. Again, this reinforces why I will not come back here. Thank goodness for both Target Starbucks', they consistently have the best service. read more

I wish I could give a zero star rating... I have never been so disappointed in people who work at Starbucks granted I am not a coffee drinker but the actions of the person making the drinks this Halloween night was quite unsatisfactory. I don't know if they had something else on their mind but they messed up the order ahead of mine twice while I was waiting for my simple hot chocolate order prompting a considerable and unwelcome wait time until the client canceled their order. Then the guy making the drinks went to the cashier and talked to them about what had occurred with me still watching wondering why my order hadn't been started. I had to approach the cashier and ask how long I would have to wait for my hot chocolate. Only for the cashier to have to tell the guy that I had an order and then I still waited for my order. When you are waiting with children who are anxious for trick or treating this is time wasted and stressful on the parents too! I hope these people get it together because I am quite unhappy with such an experience. Manager needs to train their staff better it wasn't even that busy when I was there. I rather go to the one on Pioneer and Artesia. I used to like this location until today. I usually have good service here...but not this time.
