Starbucks is always consistent and does an amazing job! The iced green tea tasted perfect.

Stopped in here to use the bathroom and get a drink. The employee had to ask us if we were going to be buying something before she'd give the code for the bathroom. It really struck me as rude. After that we didn't get a drink. The employees were rude to us when we left. I told them that asking us if we were making a purchase before using the bathroom seemed rude and petty. They said its their policy. I told them their policy sucks and left. If the folks that work here want to have some power over people they shouldn't work in a customer facing job. Sad that people have to be that way. If you see a one star review, there are at least 100 unhappy customers for the same issue. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. read more

It's that time of the year I take advantage of my Birthday rewards at Starbucks. Note you must use your reward on the day of your birthday. Today I went to the Cerritos, South and Gridley and was helped by a very nice barista who helped me create my birthday drink special. I went with their new s'mores Frappuccino with less sweetener but with the whipped cream. They made it perfectly to what I requested. They even gave me a nice greeting on my cup. I rarely step into a Starbucks, but decided to yesterday after seeing some secret menu items pop up in the app. I ordered their dragon fruit glow up and it was refreshing. I should've gotten a straw because the blended juice was separated at the bottom. I only realized after I got in the car, but nonetheless this drink was pretty good and that vanilla cold foam added the perfect creaminess to the refresher. We come to this store evey week, today we order 4 drink with 1 ice water, Tony does 3 drink and started on other order, I have to check for the 4 drink, which is not a problem. I asked him can I have an ice water too and he said ok, I check in a bit later and get my 4th drink but still no water so I ask him again. then he told me that the cashier didn't put in water for my order. He told me I have to stand inline again to order a water. This is now not how stars buck customers service. I hope Tony should be train again for customers service. Wanted to try Starbucks new Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha, Iced Lavender Oatmilk Latte and Lavender Crème and it was smooth and could taste the hint of lavender. It was great because the lavender did not overpower this drink. Live the taste of the oat-milk as added to the cool taste blended with the matcha. Love the bench style seating, plenty of seating and laptop charging outlets. The baristas were extremely helpful and nice. I saw a number of the baristas actually taking drinks to folks that were camped out doing work on their laptops. Will definitely go back got into the deliciousness of my drink and atmosphere I didn't take inside pictures. read more

Start by saying I grew up locally and this has been our starbucks since its opening. With that being said in the last 2 years this store has really gone down hill. Ever simce the manager that left to an out of state job. This morning 4-1-2025 I placed a monile order for pick up at 5:54am, estimated time being 3-6 minutes. Shows up around 6:03am and the three employees were standing behind the counter drinking their coffees and just talking. The male employee with a pearl necklace and nose ring asked my name and said "we are working on it." I waited another 4 minutes and the employees were still just standing talking and having coffee while the female employee with pink hair talked about Chai Tea... finally at 6:11 I just said, "come on I ordered almost 15 minutes ago, this is crazy." There wasnt a soul in there and only one cup of coffee for pick up. Guy in the pearls says "we had 5 orders in front of you." Makes my drink hands it to me and sarcastically says "have a good freaken day!" Then I turned around asked for a manager contact, which he replies "I am the manager." Which like I have said I GOTO this starbucks I know who the store manager is if I saw her.... So I asked if she had an email or card, "No she doesnt but if you wanna write a note I will give it to her." And I responded "no ill be back around 2 for my afternoon coffee will she be in then?" "Im not sure of the schedule okay!?" Just kinda of sad that OUR local Starbucks is just on a downward trend. Dont know if you even care to see or read this. read more

Customer service is awful! First, the cashier kept on chatting and laughing with a customer ahead of me in queue (seems like her friend) while we're waiting for our turn. And then, I've waited long enough, just for a piece of sausage and egg sandwich I ordered, and the lady (her name was Kim), when I politely asked if my order is ready, answered back with a big "NO" (with rudeness) and looked at me and said you are number 6 in line, with the orders made online ahead of you. What a customer service!!! Shouldn't the dine-in customers given priority first? I guess these crew need to undergo ethics training too (just saying). #smh read more

Such a busy place on a Friday morning around 10. I was a bit confused at first bec there were doors everywhere. So i parked in the back which is pretty much how you will enter the plaza. It's located on a sort of cul de sac at the corner of 2 streets so you won't miss it. Place was not as big but it was more than enough to fit everybody was there and then some. Vibe is a mix of generations -- literally. I ordered my reg coffee using my points so it was a win; but my go to drink these past year is their shaken espresso. I l-love it!!! read more

I did a pick up order on 2 Saturday mornings recently. I live nearby & was in and out the door for a quick pickup. However, they got my kid's order wrong on those two occasions! And both of them were easy to make - cold whole milk & hot cocoa. The cold milk came out like super diluted cold coffee. Really weird. The hot cocoa was not cocoa at all but just hot plain milk.
