The store closes for inside seating at 9pm but for those that want a quick one on your drive they drive thru will get the job done. I tried their Iced Protein Matcha Latte and the Peach Tea. The Latte was good and I was curious how it would taste as it was high in protein as well. I have given this location so many chances out of convenience to my commute, but I don't know if they can't hear drive-thru orders because of the freeway or they just don't care, but I have gotten more messed up orders than not. The Barista that took my order was incredibly friendly and one of the happiest Baristas I've met in a long time. She was friendly and quick. My drink was done within a minute. This place is so much bigger in the inside than it looks on the outside. Everything was clean and organized looking. The environment was calming. I love the warmth of the decor. I like Starbucks a lot. The drinks taste good, and I always get my iced caramel macchiato. The people who work there are nice, and the app makes it easy to order. This location is focus on Mobil Order first and drive through , the last and the least is walk in order which I waited about 20 minutes before I get my order and the drink came out separately. Every time we've come to this Starbucks the ladies who have helped us have been super friendly, efficient, and accurate. If you're headed from beach cities toward corona you'll see the drive thru sign off the left hand side of the freeway in time to exit but if you're headed from Corona/Riverside toward beach cities on the freeway the overpass will block your view of the wayfinder sign on the right hand side so make sure when you exit going toward beach cities that you make the right hand turn off the off ramp and then it's a quick left into a shopping center that has a gas station on the corner. Again the Starbucks won't be visible yet but make a left hand turn into the center and you'll see Starbucks in the back corner. The drive thru is right for larger vehicles but manageable if you're slow and methodical with your turns. Be prepared to talk very loudly and enunciate at the drive thru speaker because it's so close to the freeway it makes it difficult for them to hear you. Again super friendly baristas and each time we've been here our coffees have been accurate so thank you and keep up the good work!! read more

I've never written a review for a Starbucks and my expectations aren't high but the one off green river was really disappointing. The drive through was hard to use because it was so close to the freeway. The coffee also came out really weak and without flavor unlike other locations. Though it wasn't busy and there were a lot of people the service wasn't that quick/great. It's kinda out of the way. More like a pit stop if you're passing through but nothing you'd go out of the way for. ANOTHER slow Starbucks location again. Third day in a row and their walk in isn't any faster as I hoped. I was the second customer in line inside and there were two other customers in front of my order(I had time to observe this). I saw about 15 cars in line again today. I get it, it's a major freeway exit and there is bound to be a crowd- but why does it take me 25 minutes to order and get my water and a pink drink???? Only hot drinks being made one customer at-a-time- and no one working on the easy, more easier to make (in my opinion) drinks. Other locations, I thought I'd seen staff in sorted hot and cold drinks made so much more efficiently. Whatever their secret is to efficiency they need to pass it along to this location. We were on our way to pick up a family member at LAX and we wanted to have a sip of hot coffee before going back on the busy highway along 91. We broke out the iPhone map to search and it took us to the Green River Starbucks. A plus; this place is open 24 hours a day. Expectedly, people stop here for the same reason we did; to kill time and let the traffic subside. The drive-through lane was full but managed to receive our orders at a reasonable time. We ordered a venti hot cinnamon dolce latte and a tall hot caramel macchiato. The drinks were perfectly made and came in full amount. I also recommend their chorizo egg sandwich; it had a little kick of spiciness to it. The Asian lady that took care of us was very nice and courteous. Not really good overall. The baristas were moody and it showed. The space is great there are a lot of seating areas and really open space. Parking is great too, huge parking lot. I ordered a I was caramel macchiato and the whole cup had caramel on the outside which made my hand hella sticky (check picture). I asked for a sleeve and there even was a bit of an eye roll. Customer service was 1 star out of 5. The only reason why I am giving 3 stars is because it has a drive thru, space was big and open, and it's conveniently placed next to the 91 freeway with lots of parking. What a bummer. This is incorrect she is not a scapegoat, just so you are aware. We have never given this type of treatment at this location . This location is the best! Always service with a smile. While the drive-through line gets long, you never have to wait more than five minutes to get through it. I feel like the employees genuinely enjoy working there and are always very happy to help. My favorite employee is a guy who works the window with a Harry Potter dark mark tattoo. He's always especially kind. One of my favorite memories was being here after I dropped my cat off for surgery. I was crying and the guy at the window leaned out to check in on me. When I told him about the situation, he reassured me that my cat would be fine and told me that it was going to be a good day. Just really great people here! I hate giving negative reviews but here we are. I know you guys are extremely busy but those counter tops really need a good cleaning, so dirty. My mobile order said ready to go so I go in, not ready. If it's not ready that's fine but I wouldn't have came in if that was the case. Ultimately a waste because the drink tasted bad too. I had the new chestnut praline and am hooked, for sure my new favorite drink at Starbucks! My husband had the creme brulee, also good but the praline is where its at. Sunday I was stuck in the drive thru for approximately 30 mins all for a grande decaf caramel brulée latte so kindly the drive thru cashier comped my drink for the wait. Monday night my little brother picked up drinks for my sister & I. Our 3 drinks were completely messed up! They both got sick, vomiting and stomach pain. My drink was supposed to be a zebra hot chocolate (I don't drink coffee late in the day & if I drink coffee is ALWAYS decaf), instead they made me a white chocolate mocha with the like 5 sprinkles they put on the caramel brulée latte. It was extremely odd drinking my beverage and feeling a crunch here and there. It was supposed to be a zebra hot chocolate minus the crunch! Oh and needless to say I couldn't sleep. In addition, a couple of times I've ordered zebra hot chocolate & I've gotten simply warm milk. Yup! I usually find out when I'm on the fwy. However I'll continue to visit this Starbucks just because it's so convenient. I usually get more good out of it than bad, just recently it's been bad. PLEASE pick it up!
