I've been meaning to try this Downtown Corona location for a few years now. I finally managed to try it by using their mobile order service. My Iced Horchata Shaken Espresso was ready in minutes. The location is small but does hold some tables. I'd definitely come back here again for Pumpkin Spice season. Keep in mind that the location is downtown. Parking right next to the Starbucks is limited but you can park a little further down and walk over. Depending on the time of the day, you may encounter unhoused individuals. Even with my complicated order for the misses and my drink I swearrrrrr this location in particular gets it and gets it done. No complaints here and they are always so nice. Inside is very clean and the ambience is always relaxing and just a place I can spend a weekend doing some work on my laptop. Stopped in and ordered an iced Cherry Chai with a jalapeño chicken pocket. Delicious pairing. First time trying both and wasn't disappointed. Server was super friendly and exemplified outstanding customer service. Parking was very limited since it's located in a busy plaza, but fortunately, I was able to find a spot with no problem. I do not like coming to this location. It is always packed here so I always need to mobile order my food since it's the closest starbucks on my way to work and school. Even when I mobile order, my food items are never ready on time and typically i'm in a rush. App tells me food will be ready in 10 mins, I get there and still have to wait. Seating area is uncomfortable and very limited. Some staff are nice, others focus on chatting and taking their sweet time with orders. If I need to ask for something, I will most likely have to wait 5-10 mins for someone to help out. Other than that, I mean starbucks is starbucks. Everything on menu taste as it should. read more

Back story: Me and my husband just had a baby boy 2 months ago. Both me and my husband were shivering our timbers because our son had his first vaccine appt today. As new parents we just want the best for him. Filled with hormonal, LOUD kids, who have zero manners.....and just hangout for the free WiFi. BEWARE of this Starbucks location. The cashier was polite and welcoming; we ordered a few cold drinks with LIGHT ICE because we don't like our drinks watered down.......and as you can see from the photo, they filled the cup 3/4 with ice. Why even bother ordering light ice when the barista doesn't READ the instructions?!? They're only getting 2stars because of the polite service, but they should get one star because tables were dirty and they don't follow plain instructions. :( read more

Knocked down a star only because their drive through lane can be a little slow. They have a great customer service though. I'm a fan of their pumpkin cream cheese muffin. I called them to see if they were still in stock for the day. The lady helped me check and told me how many more they had. Some Starbucks don't give a rats ass and just say no they don't or won't bother checking. It's happened to me before. They usually say "I don't think we do." And leave it at that. This Starbucks was nice about it every time I've called. Thanks again guys! I will be coming to this location more often because of the awesome service! This is the ONLY Starbucks I have ever asked to make my Latte extra hot that really does make it extra hot. I don't know why all the others have a tough time with it. I can barely get a hot one. Plus, the drive through is really fast, but that depends more on the amount of drinks the people in front of you are getting. Need to properly train baristas. This was sadly a waste of 12$ we ordered 2 dirty chais and our drinks taste like warm milk. I have been ordering from Starbucks for at least 12 years. I regularly order from Starbucks for my work coffee. I expect to be able to trust my drink is made at least sort of correct because some mornings like today while we are on our way to the airport- I didn't have time to turn around to have them remake my drink. The lines here move very slow. If you're in a rush just go to the one a little further down they are a lot quicker. Always in like for 20-30 min at this location honestly not very good. read more

I really like coming to this Starbucks. It's very close to my neighborhood. They have decent customer service and a quick drive through. The ambiance could be better and some electrical plugs would be good but it's fine. I haven't really tried the food but the consistency I'm sure is good. read more
