It went all over my husbands shorts, all over the center console and down the side of the driver seat. I have to say the girls working at Starbucks felt bad and refunded my drink. But seriously... THE QUICKEST STARBUCKS IN THE AREA! I go here several times a week several diff times of day and they are consistently fast. If there are 4 cars in the line you will wait less than 5 mins. Amazing. I used to go here to study for a big exam since studying at home never worked for me and this place is conveniently located across the street from our house. Some of the staff USED TO BE really loud and their song choices were inappropriate for a coffeeshop but now they became more discreet and really nice. Always use Drive thru window and never received my order wrong, they are fast and accurate. People at the window are always friendly. For a good low carb drink order ice coffee with choice of milk and ask for sugar free cinnamon dulce. And for the price of $2.75 can't beat that! read more

I went to this Starbucks on my way back from the beach, and I'm not a coffee drinker, but I really really really had to go to the bathroom. It was about 8:00 at night, it was totally empty, and a barista was mopping the floor, I asked her if I used the restroom, she cheerfully motioned to the direction of the bathroom. I thanked them again when I left. While I was gone, my husband had accidentally rolled up the car window on my daughters finger, and she was crying. I went back into the Starbucks, told them what happened, and asked for some ice. They were very nice. And gave some ice in a cup. A few minutes later, my husband went in to buy some cake pops, 1) To apologize to my daughter for hurting her, and 2) he felt bad that we didn't buy anything. I'm a black American, and at this location, the Starbucks' staff didn't treat me any differently than anyone else. The Starbucks in philly, and the one in Torrance should take a lesson from this awesome Starbucks location on DePalma in Corona, ca! read more

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Justice (sp?) for his above and beyond customer service today! I witnessed a customer be outrageously rude and childish towards him today and, in the face of all of that and after remaking the drink in question THREE times, he remained calm and polite and did everything he could to make this customer happy. No one deserves to be treated like that, but the way he handled himself shows the quality of his character and the level of customer service that this location provides. read more

Perfect if you're wanting to grab a coffee real quick. Try the cake pops! Delicious. Also, nothing beats an iced Americano on a hot day.

This is my mom's local Starbucks and she says it recently opened, so maybe that's why they suck so bad at making drinks. Regardless, I was not impressed. I ordered a white chocolate mocha frap light and I'm pretty sure they completely forgot the white chocolate. I have never tasted such a bitter drink in my life. It was so bad, I maybe took three sips of the whole thing. On top of the awful drink, I ordered the tall size and got a grande. Which means I paid for a grande. So I paid more than I wanted to for a drink that tasted like crap. Awesome. I also asked for a sleeve, so my fingers wouldn't freeze off, but they forgot that too. Honestly, they couldn't have messed up much more. This is also a personal preference, but they gave me the long straw. If I'm not ordering a venti, don't give me the world's longest straw. Anyhow, my mom's complicated drink was done correctly, so maybe they only care about their regulars. That's the only reason for a second star, at least one drink was made correctly. read more

Current staff is not the greatest. Asking them a basic question can be frustrating-esppecially, when it comes to price changes. i.e 'Has the price increased since yesterday?' 'I dunno.' Uhm, isn't there a price board you can look at, OR, should you not know the answer to this question? Must be training related. A few people there are pleasant and nice, but, never I seem to have these baristas wait on me, whenever there's a basic question. There seems to be a higher turnover at this store, both in staff and management. Kind of odd, for a location that's not even been open 4 years (IMO). Never have seen the inside extremely busy at any time. The drive through seems to do a brisk business, though (in general-not always, though). read more

Worst customer service ever and the food tastes like it's been on the shelf for a week. I live down the street from this Starbucks and have been frequenting for a long time. Today I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. A total of $19 and some change. Got home and both sandwiches tasted like they had been sitting out for hours or hd been on the shelf for a week. So I politely called to inform them, and was given the worst attitude by the manager Stacey. She basically denied my claim and was rude and degrading. It's a Grind off of Cajalco will be my new coffee shop. Most Starbucks have wonderful customer service, not this one. read more

I've been here plenty of times because it's so close to us... but I've never had a bad experience. I just got home and HAD to write a review. The girl at the window was so nice; started a full-on conversation with me. Didn't catch her name but found out we both played softball for about 15 years (found this out because she was friendly). The last time my boyfriend and I were at this same location, a different lady at the window started up a conversation and made us so comfortable. She also gave us compliments of how cute we looked (so naturally I loved right then and there). Thanks for always making your customers feel so welcomed! read more

Love the customer service and the drive thru but lately their wait time has gone up considerably. I get my coffee every morning on my way to work and yesterday it took over 12 minutes. I thought about getting out of the lane and just leaving. I certainly hope they improve wait time or I'll have to the Cafe off Ontario read more

Needs to improve mobile order pick up. I understand they were busy but I was standing at the mobile pick up window for a few minutes and no one came up to ask what order I was waiting for or anything. My order was ready the whole time too. They told me they call the names but they also leave it at the pick up window (I saw them do it for other customers while I was waiting). The girl said to ask someone but they were so busy it would've hard for me to get their attention without seeming rude. I had to stand in line and wait as if I was ordering just to let them know I was there for my order. I didn't do that in the first place because last time I did that they said just go to the pick up window!! Would've taken no more than 10 seconds for someone to just ask me what my order was and to get it for me. Poor service when it comes to mobile pick up. Next time you see someone standing st the pick up order ask them what order they're there for, don't just leave them there. I know you guys were busy but it would've only taken a few seconds of your time. read more

Went in today for a coffee and a sandwich. They told me they were out of the particular sandwich I ordered. No problem I ordered a different one. I waited and waited for my order. Atleast 10 minutes. When I started to notice the people that were in line behind me were all getting their orders before I did, I went up to ask if they missed my order. My order was just sitting at the pick up window. For how long I don't know? Nobody called my name the entire time. I was standing about 5 feet away from the window and heard every other name called besides mine. When I touched the bag that contained my sandwich and it was cold. I asked for a new one and they informed me that they were now out of that sandwich too. I asked for a 3rd sandwich which they were out of as well. I then asked for my money back for the sandwich which they gladly returned. Seems like a poorly managed location. I most likely won't return to this location. read more
