This location is crazy awesome! I just moved back to Corona after a few years away & I forgot how much I LOVE this Starbucks. Super convenient location & employees are beyond nice & efficient! This morning there were at least 12+ cars in front of me in the drive through. I called ahead to work & said I may be late due to a Starbucks backup. No joke, I was in & out of the line in less than 9 minutes. I was shook. Lee was working the window & she was super sweet! Couldn't have asked for a better start to a Friday. It's time to put this Starbucks on blast now considering I have the time this evening and considering that I just got back from there. It is quite the most unfriendly staff and shall I say it's due to a Gentleman whom doesn't want to work here I assume, and a not so friendly short haired barista. Now I figured out why they have no name tags as opposed to the friendly ones who do. Once we walked in there is no salutations or welcome as the earlier shifts do. Mind you the shift I'm talking about is the evening staff ONLY and meaning at this time around 8pm. I'm honestly going to avoid this particular locations evening staff and head to another location during the evenings even though I live in this community at Sycamore Creek and it's disheartening to know that if you hate your job so much, you would still come to work just to bless us with your presence and condescending undertones or maybe it's because I dress as a gardener and we don't deserve the respect of a hello or Thank You. Sad to say that we spend a fortune on drinks and yet we're feeling as a bother to them. The AM staff and noon staff is amazing so please take note of that. Thank you. I stopped at this little gem of a Starbucks on my way back from an hour and a half long drive back home from a work mission down south in no mans land thanks to my Starbucks app telling me about a nearby store. I was greeted by some very friendly ladies upon entering and the the lady with the cool purple hair and tattoos who helped me was one of the nicest people I've chatted with in a business in a long time. My usual Green Tea Lemonade was right on and I was convinced into buying a cool looking skull cookie even tho I had been craving a pumpkin shaped one I had gotten a few days earlier as I was promised that they tasted the same. I really liked this Starbucks and I used to come to it all the time, it's usually when I come around 2:00pm to 5:00 pm where I really have problems. The Frappuccinos I order through the drive sometimes are really "watery" I think they don't put enough ice or it just sits out for too long, but that's not even the big issue. Most of the time when I go i get my drink basically thrown at my face while the employee is taking an order through the headset. I understand you are trying to get the order but there is no need to be rude,a little hello or smile goes a long way. Be prepared to have a conversation at the drive thru window with the employees here. I may be alone on this one, but I'm not very chatty in the morning. I just want to get my coffee and go. I'm usually greeted by overly happy employees that want to see how my day is going and blah blah blah. Just tone the happiness level down one notch and don't ask me any questions not related to what you are making me and then I'll be happy. :) Also, when ever i used to order a White Chocolate Mocha they'd ask if I want coffee in it. Recently the last OG barista at the De Palma location was deservedly promoted to a position at the store off Central. To say that Ashley will be missed would be the understatement of the year. What a joke!! Sat in drive thru this morning 6/27/19 for over 15 minutes. When I finally got to the ordering screen, I ask for a plain bagel. The little girl they allowed to wear the headset and take orders laughed and giggled telling me they were out. When I asked for banana bread, I received the same answer with the same laugh and giggle. The same situation with the coffee cake and lemon loaf. WTF was so funny? Was it the fact that this little pixie of a girl had zero customer service skills and should not be allowed to interact with the real world, or was it the fact that the management at this location is so poor that they cannot keep the place stocked with food items? I ended up leaving and going to the Ontario Ave location. They could not have been nicer. In fact when I told them of my earlier experience, they apologised and gave me the food item for free and only charged me for my drink. Bottom Line: Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. Drive the extra few miles to the Ontario Ave location and receive the amazing customer service you deserve. read more

Went trough the drive thru. At first I asked if they had an item that I wanted and they said yes. When it was time to pay they had said that they didn't have my sandwich after all. That was that. They just took it out of my order without going above and beyond after we had waited. Mind you before hand that we had already hit up a previous Starbucks that did the same thing. Hence the reason why I asked before I ordered if they had the sandwich. It's so upsetting bcuz I use to manage a Starbucks so many years ago. My partners and I would do our best to keep our customers happy. I think that the standard have changed or that training is not as great as before. Not pleased anymore. Good drive thru service but my actual drinks I order every morning (Frappuccinos) are always VERY watery....doesn't matter if I ask for extra ice, it's still watery! Maybe even more at that when I imply I want my drink thick...I feel like I ordered an iced drink rather than a Frappuccino, which irks me considering I come every day and always ask for them to make them thicker! One of the most friendly and clean Starbucks I've ever been to! I come through semi-frequently since I don't live in the area, but the baristas are so kind and genuine that I try to make it a point to stop when I'm in the area. We have been to this location many times on our way home, and it never fails that there is ALWAYS something sold out or unavailable. Well today we mobile ordered 10 drinks and drive through to pick them up and were told that they didn't have the order. I called them to see what was going on and was told that they had been sitting on the bar and the drive through attendant didn't see the order... the TEN drink order. The girl on the phone was very nice and apologetic and is the only redeeming factor in this situation, but my issue was that when we went back, there was no offer to remake our watered down drinks, and that TWO of our drinks were ordered with NO ice, but were filled with halfway melted ice. This is one of the coziest Starbucks I've been to. They even have a fire pit outside. I like their booth seating, friendly baristas and not-so-cold air conditioning. I could stay here for hours. I love that they have a drive-through. Definitely a very convenient location for residents in Horsethief Canyon Ranch and nearby areas. I've gone to MANY Starbucks locations. This particular location does not make caramel macchiatos as other locations. Very Bitter. I believe this barista did half pumps of the sweetener. Hence, keeps you guessing as to how many pumps of sweetener you should order. Maybe they do it to save sweetener cost. Not sure. Totally, disappointed. read more

We got stuck on 15S when the tanker truck fire was going on near Lake Elsinore. We decided to pull off after 2 hours driving only 3 miles. We each got hot chocolate at around 5 pm. We were still there by the fire pit, 2 hours later, when one of the personnel from Starbucks brought out a tray of complimentary hot chocolate for all those outside, mostly about a dozen of us who didn't want to sit in traffic. That was very thoughtful of them and helped us through the evening with their kindness. Nice Starbucks, great people! read more

This is the worst Starbucks in the area! 9 times out of 10 they tell me they dont have all the ingredients to make the drink I usually order, which is the medicine ball. They always try to convince me to take a different drink, which one time I agreed to do so and didn't like the taste of it at all. Additionally, when I asked for a sample of one of their new drinks, I was told "no" because they "didn't give out samples in the drive-thru in the morning". Mind you, I'd received a sample of a different drink in the drive-thru at the same time of day on q separate occassion. If that's truly their policy, why isn't it consistent? They told me the only way I could receive the sample was if I came inside and picked it up from their counter, which I did "after" sitting in the drive-thru waiting for the drink I'd paid for. Then, the drink I ordered today came halfway filled. I knew the cup felt lite, but didn't open the top to check until I got home. It's unfortunate because this is the closest location to my house and I've tried not going for a while and then giving them another try, but with this location, there are issues the majority of the time. My favorite Starbucks! The staff is so friendly here, the service is great, and they deliver consistently great tasting drinks in record time. They know my husband and I's drinks just by hearing our voices in the drive-thru line. They do a lot to be involved in the community and helped my charity out last year. Your basic Starbucks. Only real competition is the Starbucks kiosk in Von's (same plaza). Tend to make some mistakes with drinks. Most of the staff is somewhat friendly. There are 1 or 2 baristas (one in particular) that are very rude (somewhat condescending). Memo-keep your personal problems at home plz. So disappointed. Just left Starbucks class off of Indian Truck Trail. The line for cars was INCREDIBLY long. And when I FINALLY got up to the wrong meow, I could see that there were enough baristas in there to make it move faster! This is not the first time this has happened, and SoI had to finally say something. The coolest part about this location isn't the drive-thru. It's the friggin' fire pit! People come by with their pups and friends to hang out - everyone always looks so happy while enjoying drinks there. I'm sure a huge part of it has to do with the personality of the team there and their service. Their team is awesome. Being an utter socially awkward dorkus isn't a problem there. They welcome me every time I walk in the door, and they know when I pull up to the drive-thru. Their early morning team is great - always chipper and some are even willing to go the extra mile to try to cheer up a cranky tired morning commuter. My favorite barista is an adorable guy named Stratton. He can make my worst PMS days better just by the way he welcomes me when I stop by. Strangely, he knows me by car, and along with 3 other baristas knows that I'm either going to order a coffee frap with a shot of espresso, or a simple iced coffee with a teeny bit of cream. About the coffee - it's just coffee, nothing amazing. If you need a quick fix, this is my go-to Starbucks and I'd recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, my absolute favorite coffeehouse, Kean, is an hour away - too far for a quick caffeine injection. read more
