I had a great experience with the Store Manager, Richard, he went above and beyond to provide the best customer service! He is kind and personable. This store is clean, there is seating in the lobby as well as outside. The parking situation can be a mess at times because when the drive thru line is long, parked cars are unable to leave until the cars in the line move through. Other than that, I recommend Richards store, great place to grab a drink, the baristas were able to make several drinks I wanted that were off the menu, and they turned out amazing! read more

Slowest service EVER!!!! Went there for the first time last week for a simple Grande Pike (nothing else, no cream). Now at every other Starbucks on this planet, the cashier who just took my order would simply turn around and just fill a cup with the ready brewed coffee and I'd be on my way. NOPE! She just took the printed ticket and placed it at the back of the other tickets waiting to be completed. There was probably only 3-4 other people in the store at the time. To get a ready brewed black coffee poured in a cup, took them 15 minutes. Went there again tonight about 6pm, and exactly same thing again. This time was about 8-10 people, so my order for a ready brewed black coffee (Pike) was once again placed at the back of about 10 orders. The one thing about the customers in this location, all had the same bizarre look on their faces and shaking their heads in amazement on how slow the service is. Not wanting to go through the same episode as I did last time, I had to approach the cashier and asked her nicely to just pour my black coffee in a cup. Otherwise I would have there for at least 20 minutes. Honestly, half the staff their looked new and confused with very little training. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I have been coming to this Starbucks for 3 years on an almost daily basis. 1. The baristas are always gossiping and pay no attention to you, three years 3-5 times a week and you haven't bothered to once make conversation with me or memorize my order (I order the same thing everyday). I thought switching to mobile order would be more convenient since they never bother to talk to me anyways and boy was I wrong. I place my mobile order 10 minutes before I even arrive and 3/5 times i have to wait an additional 10 minutes. Today I reached my boiling point. I mobile ordered a venti Carmel macchiato and when I received my drink I noticed it was double cupped, so I took off the second cup and realized they gave me a grande inside a venti cup. Needless to say I won't be going back to this Starbucks ever again. Update: I don't know what's wrong with their morning manager, Gloria but she is so rude! I was disappointed that they didn't have nitro cold brew but he recommended regular cold brew and made it specific and perfect for me. This Starbucks has the potential to be my favorite Starbucks. It's conveniently located (although parking can be tough in this shopping center). The baristas are nice/professional, and there's plenty of seating and outlets so you can relax and work. BUT. The wifi here is soooooooooooooooo painfully slow. Every time. No matter where you sit. Something that would normally load in 2 seconds takes 30 seconds or more. And don't even try to upload documents unless you have the patience of a saint, because something that might take 3-5 minutes elsewhere can take up to 30 minutes here. No joke. It's really too bad, because I require reasonably fast internet to do my work, and I find that I can't actually be productive here because their internet is so bad. It's to the point where it doesn't make sense to come here unless I'm doing something that doesn't require any internet. I plan to write to the store in the hopes that they can improve their wifi service. But as of now, their internet is simply impossible. read more

Worst Customer Service EVER! I have come into this location multiple times to find the employees either angry or having a blast together and ignoring the line of customers in front of them. Let me tell you of my most recent experience: My boss offered to buy coffee for our office, so they ordered drinks and food through the app. One of my coworkers went to the location and picked up the order to find that we were missing a drink and sandwich. When we called them, they said it was our fault since we left the sandwich on the counter. (But we still were missing a drink) I offered to pick up the two items and I had the coldest reception from all the employees. I didn't come in mad, but I sure left very annoyed. I mentioned to the manager that the employees were rude and not apologetic. She acted like she cared but I could tell they were just going to talk crap behind my back. I told them lightly that my boss was angry that I had to come back to pick up the forgotten items, the male cashier told me I shouldn't have ordered that many ... REALLY!?! My boss spent over $100 as a nice gesture and all the employees at Starbucks soured that moment. The staff is so kind. I was having a bad morning and my phone died while I was already in the queue. I didn't have my wallet and was going to pay with my app. When it became my turn to order, I said "nothing today thank you" it was awkward as I was already in the drive thru queue. The barista was so kind and kept insisting what I needed and I explained how my phone died and I do not have my wallet on hand, he insisted to get my order and I got my iced coffee. When I finally came to the window the staff handed me my coffee and nicely wished me a good day! Because it was a bad morning (my charger had broke and my phone wasn't charged at night) and I got laid off from work just 10 minutes before this, the simple act of kindness really made my day! UPDATE. I AM PISSED OFF. I was so distracted by the FREEZING CONDITIONS that I sent out an incorrect quote to my ONLY customer. Unlike any other Starbucks I work from, this one out of hundreds had the most selfish management. I heard numerous people complain about the cold and one even explained that when it's cold outside the air conditioning doesn't need to work hard and will freeze the joint up. The staff and product are good but the manager has no music on and it cannot be warmer tha. 60 degrees in here. When I travel, I lower my room temperature as low as it can go for a good night's sleep. I can only wish my hotel room could get this cold. Any misspellings are due to my shivering hands. I come to this Starbucks daily, it's right by my work. This staff is always so nice and is very welcoming. I just never gotten to write a review until today. I came in late morning, I was rung up and was given my water right away. They were very busy, I could see everyone hustling, the drive line was very long (as always). As my drink was given to me, it came out hot even though it was suppose to be iced (it happens I wasn't upset), Rudi took care of me right away, within seconds my drink was remade no questions asked. Don't go inside this location. It's depressing, most of the staff looks depressed and your order won't be as important as the one for the drive thru. Went inside this morning and was reaffirmed as to why I usually don't. Most of the issues are tolerable but one employee and her immediate Karen like snobby attitude is not something to go unsaid. I waited about 8-10 mins for my coffee and sandwich and eventually enquired about the order and thank god there was one woman who handled my whole order, found it, sitting on a counter, and got me out of that environment, but if it wasn't for her I would've been left with the horrible customer service from the shorthaired lady who only has to manage the oven. Long story short, she walked behind the lovely employee who actually did help me and recommend a full reimbursement instead so I can leave. Hate your job that much girl? This is a high traffic location that sometimes has a line all the way out to the door. On top of that, this location has a drive through, so in the morning, there's usually a line of cars in the parking lot piling up all the way to the street.That being said, this location is run very efficiently! They move quickly, they're courteous, and they are all on task doing their best to get people their drinks in a timely fashion. That being said, I do have one suggestion to improve on. This location is bustling, so there's a lot of people standing around talking while waiting for their drinks/food. Often times, when an employee announces that a drink or food item is done, they will say it so quietly that no one can hear. Then they set it down and scurry off to continue making drinks/food while the people waiting look at each other and try and decide whose order was just announced. These announcements need to be made MUCH louder. read more

This Starbucks has challenges! It is continually out of eggnog, yet each day is met with a "we are out of eggnog." I worked at Starbucks for 5 years in college and none of the 5 or so managers I worked for would have tolerated an eggnog deficiency due to delivery problems. In fact, they would have run out to the store and purchased some eggnog in order to satisfy those high calorie customers who can't get enough of the holiday drinks at five bucks a pop. The return on investment is quite clear. A gallon of eggnog cost less than five dollars. It only takes two eggnog latte customers to break even for the gallon of eggnog. Also, Bristol St., Starbucks manager, it should be noted that you are doing a disservice to your shareholders. The return on investment for eggnog latte significantly high which in turn leads to higher profits for your store. If you have high profits for your store, that means that their higher profits for your investors. So Mr. manager please start thinking of your shareholders. You have missed out in over $30 worth of eggnog lattes from me in the past two weeks. read more

A took a quick run from work to Starbucks this Monday Morning, I felt I needed coffee to run my day. I order a Grande Caramel Frappuccino with just a little caramel around the cup, I pull up to the window to pay $4.75 the person who made the coffee his name was Tyler he had my coffee ready but I notices that was not what I order (it hardly had any caramel nor whip, seems that Tyler was paying this out of his pocket) I did not reach for my coffee and said; "I ask for a little extra caramel?" Nice, big, and open!! I love it - especially the huge wood slab communal table that takes up a big portion of the middle of the cafe. The cafe is spread out so if you do choose to sit at a table by yourself, you can really be by yourself and not crammed up against someone else. The outside and inside of this place is pleasing to look at and feels soothing and relaxing. The boys working here are all preppy OC cute and well mannered. Drinks came up quickly even though when we first walked in the line was long. And I really liked that even though it was just after lunch, they still had a decent selection of pastries!!! I'm not sure if they are just slacking off or they genuinely need more staff? I use the mobile order to try and beat waiting in the drive thru. This morning it wasn't ready upon arrival (10 min ordering ahead, app estimated 4mins), then It took another 10 to get it made. I almost walked out. No apologies, nothing.
