The only way I can be heard is by posting this publicly. I've been going to this location since it opened...it's convenient and my business is right down the street...I drive through and go back to my office. In the last couple weeks I keep getting my order and it's made incorrectly. I order the same thing every time. Trenta Peach Green Tea. It's iced green tea with peach juice. I'm assuming there's a recipe that everyone follows for the ratio of tea to juice. I'd imagine they follow guidelines for consistency. Three times in the last two weeks I've been given the tea with no peach juice. It's just green tea. Two times I drove back through and they replaced with the correct drink. Today no one was behind me so I backed up and said there's no peach juice in my tea (you actually pay for the peach juice to be added) and the girl at the window said let me check, she comes back and says, they said they put it in!! No, they didn't!!! Then she says ok let me get you some peach juice to ad and comes back with a pup cup size cup with about one ounce of peach juice in it. I said really? She hands me the juice and refuses to remake the drink. It's very easy to see when there's no peach juice in this drink because the color is completely different!! The drink I was given was just a plain unsweetened green tea...Can someone please train all the staff to consistently know how to make this drink. Worst Starbucks I've ever been to waited ten minutes behind one person. I othered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a water. Gives me bagel and cream cheese with no knife or napkins. How am I supposed to spread the cream cheese? With my finger lol? I asked for knife and napkins she only hands me a knife, okay thanks. I look at the bagel. This specific location is quite literally the reason I have continued to have such a strong obsession with Starbucks. I started becoming an avid coffee drinker in 2021 and since then I have gone through a few different Starbucks locations but ultimately I found the staff at OTHER locations to be rude, sassy, or difficult. This Starbucks opened down the street from me and they were fast in building it. It's so nice in this location, it's big, they have tons of indoor seating and also a nice patio for outside seating, a drive-thru and it's so spacious inside. Their hours are everyday from 4:30am-9:00pm which is even better for me since I leave super early for work and not a lot of Starbucks open that early. Their are quite a few Starbucks, this one on my review is 2122 Bristol St, Newport Beach, Ca My coffee was a Vent coffee of the day, and my sister got a Latti, both were excellent, The service was good, my problem was after we left the sight of Starbucks, I have never had any problems of lifting the coffee before, this time the lid was not tight on the cup. Keep in mind I have been buying coffee at Starbucks for alot of years. This time I had coffee on my left hand, and my left thigh, the coffee burnt the whole day. I had a procedure at UCI so this was 7:30 am approx 1 pm I called the shop and spoke to the manager, His name was Leo, he was great. Very kind, and caring, he had stated they had been having trouble with the cups and lids. He wanted to make it right with another cup of coffee, I shared with him since I live in Corona, I would be coming thru in January 7th. I appreciated his kindness. I have received really good service here. I always go through the drive-thru, so I can't speak to the inside much. I had a weird experience this morning though. My drink came up to $5.05 and when I got to the window the cashier said "the car in front of you paid for your drink." I was like "cool!" So then he said "do you want to pay for the drink in the car behind you? it's only $6.50." Well I'm not going to say no, but what he didn't realize is that instead of me being blessed I am now out $1.45 more than I would've paid! And if he keeps that going the only person to actually get blessed will be the last person who says "no I don't want to pay for the car behind me." So they will be blessed and feel embarrassed at the same time. It's not that big of a deal I just think he wasn't thinking it through really well. If someone wants to bless the car behind them don't make it your job to start soliciting the recipient of the blessing to do the same. Let them make that choice if they want to. Again this is just a weird thing that happened and I am not giving a disparaging review of this place, as the service is actually excellent here and the people are super friendly. They actually talk to you and ask about your day etc., which is a nice touch. read more

My mom and I have been coming to this Starbucks for about a year now and I think Saturday was my last straw. Be advised, for when you mobile order they heavily prefer for you to walk in and pick up your drink at a *reasonable* time. I have always mobile ordered my drink and drove through the drive thru and picked my drink up that way. It is more convenient for me --as I am the customer. There have been countless amount of times that I have driven up to the intercom stating "I have a mobile order for pickup" followed with their idea of an appropriate reply: "So next time, make sure you give us more time to make your drink." I've also experienced: "I don't know if you live close by but you need to give us about ten minutes or so when you pull up to the drive thru." Also my personal favorite, "Usually throughout the week more time for your drink is better." I'm a bartender myself and maybe lattes and margaritas have a significant difference in ticket times. Perhaps I don't get to push one or two buttons and steam some milk for 1 drink. Within reason, I may give you guys the benefit of the doubt. However one thing is true, service is service and this location lacks it. I would never in a million years complain to a regular customer about when they placed an order/ when is more convenient for ME as the bartender to make their drink. When visiting Bristol & Birch, please be prepared to receive steamed milk with sugar when ordering a drink that contains 4 shots. To encounter a mild mannered attitude from someone who works at this location is not a rare occasion. Be prepared to pay for something you did not order. When paying in cash, please be prepared for the baristas to pocket the effective balance of your order. Most of all, if you're someone that takes their coffee seriously be prepared to make an extra drive back when you realize you have paid six dollars for a nice hot cup of steamed milk! ******If you happen to come across Grayson or Linda --please thank them for their incredible service and for carrying the entire store on their shoulders. I'm completely disgusted. I have no idea what's at the bottom of my tea there should be nothing. I already drank some of it and had no clue,the experience was already bad. This is the new Starbucks on Bristol with drive thru. Young unprofessional staff. One of the two entry doors was locked so you slam into it on your way out when it doesn't open. A have mixed feelings about this location. The service is great and super friendly however sometimes they are stingy about "easy" ice. If you ask for easy ice, they will leave a good 1-2 inch gap of space in your drink which is kind of annoying. If you are ordering in person, they won't do it however if you are in the drive thru they will. The drive thru goes pretty fast but the parking lot is absolutely terrible. The stalls are pretty small and because of the size of the lot and angles, it's hard for people to park straight. read more
