I love this Starbucks! The staff is fantastic. The manager is upbeat and helpful. The operation is well organized and the drinks are tasty. It is clean and welcoming. I was chatting with the manager about compost for my garden and she saved some grounds for me. I thought was really cool. Count me a fan.

It's really annoying when you order your drink a specific way and you get a specific drink so that it's good and not only is it bitter and NO CRUNCHYS?? but I legit asked for extra they were not busy so normally I'd understand and js be like whatever but for real? Come on Starbucks talk wouldn't want your drinks fucked up

Super modern New Starbucks! Customer service was great and everyone had smiles on their faces. I came for happy hour for my buy 1, get 1 free. One of the drinks seemed a little weak- not sure if there was any espresso in it. But I was too lazy time complain since it was free. I think there may still be some learning curves here since this place looked like it just opened, but overall this place is new, clean, easy access and good amount of parking. I also give kudos to the super cute Xmas wreath made of coffee cups on the wall- loved it!

This is a newer Starbucks doing alot of drive thru business at a major intersection. The main negative is they were not allowing any indoor or even outdoor seating.

This is the slowest Starbucks in human history. I got trapped in the drive through for 35 minutes. Go to Dutch next door.

I liked that there were plenty of outlets and space to charge devices, which is always a huge plus. The service was amazing. The two gals at the counter were so friendly and made my latte perfectly. I got the Campfire Latte and it was seriously so good, chocolatey and comforting without being overly sweet. You can tell they really care about making quality drinks. The sandwiches people around me ordered looked incredible too and smelled amazing, so I already know I'll be coming back to try food next time. Such a cute little spot in Cottonwood that feels tucked away in the best way!

My cousin and I were lucky enough to swoop right in before the kitchen closed. We shared a grilled and cheese sandwich ($10.75) + ($4.50 for the ham). To be honest, I felt a little impatient waiting for our sandwich because given the space and kitchen, I just expected a simple grilled ham & cheese situation. Instead, out came the most glorious grilled ham and cheese I have ever encountered. It was beautifully crafted - 2 types of melty cheese (cheddar + havarti), a thick slice of honey ham, topped with fresh spinach all sandwiched between two toasted slices of garlic butter-ed whole grain bread. It was unexpectedly gourmet and a perfect treat after trekking up and down the hills of Jerome. I'm pretty sure I met Chad during our quick meal. He's nice. And Flatiron is the perfect pit stop.
