When Starbucks has certain sandwiches, the sandwiches are always delicious! The drinks are flavorful and customizable. Ordering online or on the app is always easier than ordering in person if you choose to customize your drink. The quality of the service depends on who is and how many people are working. Sometimes, the drinks come out frothy and milky, and other times the drinks come out just as I ordered. The ambiance is like a normal Starbucks with tables, stools, and a coffee station to add in additional sugar, get napkins, etc. However, I always go through the drive-thru for convenience. read more

Ordered my typical iced coffee and it was sooo bad... apparently my order confused the barista and I'm not sure of the iced coffee was just old or if they missed my syrup, but it was by bar the worst drink I've ever received at Starbucks. The staff was friendly. read more

Ordered two matchas, my daily favorite, and they made it very unacceptable.The matcha was clearly not mixed correctly or even mixed! Ordered one with cold foam, payed for it, and did not receive the cold foam! Got so much ice in it that I probably got like 10 sips. Tastes like my 8 year old brother, with no experience, made this. This place is always consistently disappointing me. Yesterday I came in for a glazed donut and a blond roast. I waited for 15 minutes to get the blind roast. I finally had to say something and the girl had forgotten to pour the coffee in a cup. Wow big ask to pour already made coffee in to a cup and hand it to me. Today I came in for a bagel and a blind roast. I got the coffee quickly today but it was literally Luke warm and disgusting. I had to ask for a new cup that would be drinkable. I was really happy with the employees here. I think it's time you ( @starbucks ) add the ability to tip when I pay with my credit card. These kids deserve to be compensated for their hard work. I looked at their tip jars and it was pathetic. A few bills and a handful of coins. I saw one young woman barista drop a cup under the nitro brew, pull the lever, walk away to work on another drink and then... time it so perfectly, her move back to the nitro, just in time to top it off and shut down the tap. Impressive... really impressive. I sat and watched your store service drive-through's, walk ins, web orders and this barista crew of seven, just killed it! Clockwork. Precise and efficient. Congress could learn a few things from these kids. How to work together and do the job right. Bravo to the manager for assembling an impressive chorus!! FYI. I did tip with cash. I come here at least a few times per week & do mobile order 99% of the time. The baristas are always really nice & coffee is good & consistent. However, over the past 1-2 months, they NEVER EVER have my mobile order ready one time, ever. I sit & wait & always have to request any food items I've ordered. It's not because they're busy either...there've been multiple times where they have mayyybe 1-2 customers & 2 of them are chatting & they haven't even started heating the food I ordered. It's annoying & it's not quick or convenient. So now I second guess coming to this location. read more

Employees were nice and friendly. I ordered a white hot chocolate and chocolate chip frape. I tried both and they were really good. Ordering online was very convenient. When I went inside the store the drinks were already made. They gave quick service and the drinks were made perfectly. Not that much parking spaces but there's also a drive thru. read more

For years I've purchased Starbucks & in turn they have ground the Starbucks whole bean coffee I purchase from Costco. While at Costco recently I thought I'd try a different brand of coffee. I realized later that Starbucks probably only likes to ground their own coffee but given the thousands of dollars Ive spent with them over the years I assumed they'd make an exception this one time... and the cashier was considering it until I saw another employee mouthing "no" over his shoulder. It was petty and short sited & not of the spirit of the season & I'll never return to this Starbucks. Claudia was very rude to a customer. He simply wanted to know where his pastry was as she responded that's not my job ask them over there and then preceded to talk to her coworker Charlie out loud about how she can't do everything for everyone. I stopped by before 10am and this location was packed as I expected it to be. Just the time I spent waiting in line there had been multiple people complain about getting the wrong order. I should have read the warning signs but the same thing happened to me. The girl at the counter, had said I could not order a pumpkin cream cold brew in a venti (which I have before) I didn't fight it, any got a grande. Once I my order it was incorrect. But I wasn't about to fight that line again. I arrived to work with my co workers order and all of theirs were wrong as well. Not only mixed up orders but the coffee was very week. Poor customer service, asked for xtra cream in the coffee because the coffee was bitter and it was their blonde roast. The girl then argued why milk is charged extra when coffee should come with cream?!? Not sure if management is trying to save money by Charging for milk with coffee but this is ridiculous. I used to come to this location before work then ultimately stopped, for the same reason my drinks always taste different. Either the baristas don't know the recipes or they just rush and screw it up. I went today because I was in a rush, and ordered a drink with blond shots. When I finally got my drink the first sip was okay, then I took another sip and got a shot of something like burnt espresso. I didn't even bother to ask for a remake, since it always always gets worse at this location. I was looking at the baristas who made my drink, it was a blond woman who called me "sweetpea," which made me very uncomfortable, and the other was a tall red headed woman with a beanie. I am very disappointed with this Starbucks, I gave it another shot and surely enough I was disappointed. They should retrain their baristas or just change staff, I have my own business and I would not be happy if my customers were disappointed. read more
