The sugar cookie almond milk latte is one of my favs during the holiday season! This location always has great customer service and is quick even when busy. The only downside is they do not have a drive through and parking can be a little tricky sometimes.

Really cool location. Nestled between some apartments and some shops. This place has a very unique building. Stay here have been friendly and quick. In terms of food and beverage, I imagine most people know what they want and like from here. Overall, great place to come visit and have a coffee. Come see for yourself!

Never can go wrong with a little pick-me-up at your neighborhood Starbucks! Tea, Coffee, Iced, Lemonade, Salads, Snacks, Small Bites, Mints, Gum, Merchandise! You pick it and it's yours! Dine in or sit on the patio! Service with smile! Don't forget to pick up some cakes today. Treat yourself!

I've been to this location several times- it's always super clean, the staff has always been nice but note: it has always been super busy. I recommend ordering ahead of time- I always place my order on the mobile app about 5-10 mins early so whenever I pull up to the store, it's already on the pick up counter. I will say, since it's located in a shopping outlet- the parking is street parking and it's very limited and hard to come by sometimes. So just allow yourself time when stopping by here (no drive through).

Thoughtful message on my tutoring student's croissant!

I'm always greeted by name at this Starbucks. The staff consistently remembers my order every week. They wrote kind messages on my pastry order!

This employee hates her job and takes it out on the customers.

This Starbucks is in an ideal location with a large open floor plan, but the staff is revolting! The most inept staff I've ever encountered at a Starbucks. Mr Tank (LOL, you read that correctly) was the cashier who took my order. He completely screwed up the size of my drink, and even though I spelled my name for him, he still misspelled it, so that was a waste of time and words. After nearly 15 minutes of waiting for my drink to be made by a bitter unhappy older employee who clearly despised her life and being there, it was the wrong size. When I told her I wanted a venti, she gave me an attitude, rolled her eyes, and said she'd remake it. So I had to wait even longer for my drink. Instead of apologizing for the mixup, as most Starbucks with professional employees do, she told me to return to the front so they could charge me for a venti because the receipt said grande. Now I'm wasting even more time because of the completely incompetent, unprofessional slackers at this location. When I went to the cashier who had initially messed up my order, I asked him to remove the tip I had left because they didn't deserve it after all the trouble. To my surprise, Mr Tank stated that if you're going to be late, don't come to Starbucks! What??! Your lack of attention to detail is to blame for all of the long waits and inconvenience! So now the cashier is telling customers not to come give Starbucks money. I'm sure the stakeholders will love that! Great business sense Mr Tank! I'll report him to corporate and let them know how unprofessional the staff at this location is. Hopefully, they'll fire these clowns and replace them with higher-calibre employees, as they have at their other locations. Again, it's a great location, but the employees today were a nightmare to deal with. I'm not sure where Starbucks found these people, but they're the worst of the worst. The older woman should be drug tested.

This is easily one of my favorite Starbucks in Dallas as it has the aesthetics, a friendly staff and consistency. Only downside is, there's almost never a place to sit if you're looking for somewhere to do some work on your laptop or study. So unless it's a nice day and you don't mind an outdoor seat - getting a cozy spot inside is seriously like winning the lottery! The neighborhood of Park Lane is one of my favorites, and walking distance from where I live so this Starbucks has truly become the heart of this shopping center. It's a must try if you're in the area and craving a latte.

The food is good but the coffee is bad... they don't even add any sugar, and the only way to get more sugar is to ask them for packets.

Remade drink, tastes terrible, wouldn't fill the inch gap with coconut milk.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. I went in to this location twice today and will be going in again to get the names of the workers to contact their higher up. I ordered two iced triple shot espresso's with a extra splash of coconut milk and for one to have cinnamon dolce syrup and the other to have caramel and for both to be placed in venti cups. I was told that it would cost extra for the drinks to have the rest of the way up filled with coconut milk. I get this drink absolutely everyday and have never heard this with the amount of locations I have been to. While the drinks were being made I kept receiving dirty looks from the girls making them. One of my drinks was called and I went to pick it up and the lady asked if I had just one more drink and I said yes. I go back to my friends and I was in the middle of my conversation saying how the drink looks weird when I hear my name called for the second drink. Not even 2 seconds go by and what looks like the manager rudely yells my name and looks right at me. I would understand that if I was busy but it wasn't at all. It was probably one of the slowest I have seen this location. Who I assume to be the manager was wearing a white button up with a banana pin on it and had fair skin and dark brown curly hair pulled back into a bun. I go to grab it and I was stared at by these two girls, stared at while walking back to my friends, and stared at when I was leaving the store. I only took two sips of my drink, the first tasted disgusting and the second to taste it again to make sure I wasn't wrong. I go back and while I'm standing there one of the girls from before set down a blended chai and called the persons name for it. All the lady did was ask where the other iced chai is that she ordered and the worker didn't reply and set down the drink and kept her hand on top of it and said its right here with an attitude. When I explained that the drink doesn't taste good and doesn't look right the worker looked at me and repeated back with an attitude "it doesn't look right." While they were remaking it the lady who I assume to be the manager tries to hide her face behind the coffee machine but I can still see half her face and she is staring at me talking bad about me having my drink remade and the other girl was laughing. Also someone ordered a water and they were all joking saying how the customer can go back there and get it themselves. Another lady also ordered water but with no ice and she asked if she could get it without the ice and they were all making jokes about that also. I finally get my drink remade and they still wouldn't fill it up with coconut milk and said it would be an up-charge. I just finally accepted the drink even though I have never been told this with the many locations I have gone to for this specific drink and I leave. I took one sip and again tastes terrible and this time the coconut milk that they did pour in had chunks. I am baffled by the disrespect I received from the workers. No one was nice or even smiled except when making fun of one of the orders. I will be going back to get the names of both of the workers that were beyond rude and will be taking to the store's higher ups. I will never be going here again. UPDATE: Like I said I have never been turned down to make this specific order. I went to a starbucks near my house and it tastes so good. Way better than this location's concoction. I said the drink looked weird because it was so orange. My normal drink doesn't ever come out orange. I added caramel cold foam to the newest picture because I thought it would taste good. Thats the only difference between the two orders. I have not mixed the cold foam into my drink yet also.

This was the best Starbucks service I've ever had. One of the guys started taking my drink order as he saw the other baristas were busy with other customers. I thought that was a kind gesture. Then the cashier, whose name I believe to be Cricket, asked how to correctly spell my name because she cared. My name is not the easiest to spell so I appreciate her taking the initiative to make my order personalized. I will definitely be back!! Thank you!

Wow this location is neat! Plenty of seating inside plus if you sit at the long table in front of the ordering station there's a really cool light fixture. If the weather is nice outside there is a TON of outside seating. You have your standard foods and drinks offered here, but what's extra special about this location is that they offer Starbucks Reserve coffee. Now you ask me what's so special about that? Well I was curious about this also and looked it up. Apparently it's a special blend of coffee that is created at their roasting room in Seattle, didn't get a chance to try it when I was there cause I'm a frappucino kinda person, but next time I will. Really cool location, if I'm ever finding myself wanting to be extra hipster, you might catch me here again sipping on a cup of coffee. As for parking I recommend parking in the garage near Dick's sporting goods then walking past Old Navy. Till next time Starbucks.

I really like this new Starbucks. The entire store is modern and easy to access. For the study spaces, there is a great mix of bar tops and tables, couches and chairs. I LOVE the patio! So many places to go outside and sit. This place was pretty busy for a Monday evening, I anticipate it will continue to be a great place to hang out. The baristas were friendly and made my drink perfectly. I will be back!

This coffee shop has quietly become my Dallas work-week crush…read more It's conveniently close to the office I'm using while I'm here, but the real draw is the vibe. Beautiful sunshine pours through big windows, there's a lovely park right outside, and the light is so good it feels like the café equivalent of a good hair day. Dallas weather helps, obviously--but this place knows how to use it. The space is lively without being chaotic. Plenty of outdoor seating, lots of indoor seating, and a very reasonable three-hour Wi-Fi window that keeps people working instead of camping. It feels intentional. People come here to stay, not hover in line. Speaking of which--there's never a line. They're clearly well staffed, everyone's efficient, and everyone is genuinely nice. Now, pastries. This is where they shine. A lot of unique options you don't see everywhere, and everything I tried was excellent. The almond croissant? Fantastic. The blueberry cake? A must-get. I went two days in a row (because obviously), and on day one they told me it was their most popular item. Day two, by 11 a.m., it was completely gone and kept selling out as soon as they tried to restock. That alone tells you what you need to know. The matcha is good--made from scratch, which I appreciate. Is it the best matcha I've ever had? No. It's better than Local Johnny's, but not quite on the level of Marin Coffee Roasters or Ralph & Rose. Still very drinkable and enjoyable, especially if you're settling in to work. What really sets this place apart is its personality. It doesn't feel like a cookie-cutter café or "insert minimalist coffee brand here." There's charm. Character. A little whiteboard with a joke about New Year's resolutions that made me smile. Small details, but they matter. Would I come back? Absolutely. I already did--twice. I'd recommend it especially for locals looking for a solid work spot, co-working with a friend, or anyone who wants to be productive without being bothered. If you're visiting Dallas briefly, this might not be a destination café--but if you're here for a bit and want a reliable, pleasant, sunny place to work and snack, this one's a yes.

I've only been during the day and always spend a little time working before a coffee meeting. The WiFi is always good and the coffee is great. The ambiance is very open and inviting as well.
