Everybody was super sweet especially Violet and the barista with brown hair and blonde highlights (sorry I forgot to look at your name tag)! Violet has a customer service voice that we trust and the barista with blonde highlights was very helpful! Great service and the orders came out so quick Our drinks were also very yummy! Time to give credit where credit is due. Now that I've switched job sites, this is my regular go-to Starbucks. I come here almost daily and they have never disappointed. My drink is always made correctly. I love that they are generous with the oat milk, and that makes all the difference in my order. Located in the busy Addison Walk shopping strip, this location is always hopping, but don't get discouraged by the parking. You can always park in the back and there is a quick access tunnel to make it to the front entrance relatively quickly. Also, if you are like me and needing to enter the Tollway going south, it's a breeze to do from the parking lot. It zips you right onto the entrance ramp if you exit from the back parking lot. The team here is friendly and focused. They always are efficient and seem to really enjoy working here. I'm so glad this is the Starbucks that's closest to me. Great location in Addison with plenty of parking! They also have taken lots of precautions around COVID with masks, limited sit down seating, etc. I needed a place to work on a Saturday and stopped in for an iced drink they happened to be out of and I'm so glad they were! This is literally the worst Starbucks. I always place a mobile order because it's quick and fast. I also usually place my order 15-20mins early because I know how busy it can get and that gives them enough time to make the drink. Sometimes they have the order ready and some days I still have to wait an extra 10-15mins. This is ridiculous! Why did I even place the mobile order then if I wanted to wait an extra 15mins and be late for work?! I had the worst experience today. I went in to pick up my mobile order and the lady working there wouldn't even acknowledged me. After a few minutes she finally asked my name and told me my mobile order wasn't ready. Big surprise there.... I waited patiently for another 10mins and then tried asking her about my drink and she realized that my drink had been ready and sitting there the whole time. She didn't even feel the need to apologize for making me wait 10 extra minutes!! They seriously need to train there employees better. If I'm paying $5+ for a cup of coffee I expect it to be ready on time and a decent level of customer service. If this wasn't so close to my job I would never come here again. read more

Honestly one of the greatest Starbucks locations. It's a perfect atmosphere to study, read, write or whatever it is in between with that nice background coffeehouse chatter. Since this is in the Addison area, you will be surrounded by young working adults and middle-aged businessmen - fortunately, that nice background noise won't be tainted with screaming toddlers and annoying teens where you would usually find in the suburbs. Nice place to people-watch too! When it comes to hunting down the perfect Starbucks location to spend a relaxing day off or hold a quick meeting, this is the place to go. This is my first time here and it is almost non-stop busy on a Wednesday afternoon. There is actually a lot of seating to compensate for this busy location.
