It also doesn't help that the music inside is so loud that the staff can barely hear a customer placing an order. Turning it down even a little would go a long way toward improving communication and avoiding mistakes. This location has potential, but between the unwelcoming attitude, in my opinion the wrong side of route 114, the loud environment, and the regular order errors, it really needs serious improvement before it becomes a place worth returning to. Several other AJ locations seem to be slipping the last year or so.
