I ordered my coffee this morning ahead of time on the app due to the fact that i was running short on my time to get to work today. I am lactose intolerant and i always get my coffee's with oat milk and i have ordered my usual coffee the same exact way whenever i come to this location, but today I noticed that my coffee tasted a bit different but I had no time to check due to my time restraint and the fact I had to get to work. One of the better locations in terms of food quality but there are some things wrong with this location making the experience all around unpleasant. The seating is a bit limited and there is mostly bar stool type seating instead of real tables. Not a great place to study for example. Staff here are either really friendly or don't want to be bothered at all it seems. Even asking for a Sriracha packet or a straw (all out of reach behind the counter) seems to annoy them when it's part of their job and placed out of reach of customers. Parking is limited with a Target in the same lot. Another issue is when trying to order ahead it will sometimes say a food item is unavailable but when showing up in person I find out that they in fact do have it. Would have been nice to order ahead but something is broken with the communication between the app and this location. Overall I will be avoiding this location based on interactions with staff alone. read more

Stopped in here to get some work done on the laptop one morning. I can tell this place is popular with the locals due to the crowd. This establishment is a little cramped in space, with no booths and only 2 outlets inside. At least there's outside seating, but minimal shade. The food and selection was typical of the mega-chain. They had all the teas, chai-lattes, frappuccinos and espressos you could ever desire; along with the new seasonal flavors. The decor in the inside was also typical of the establishment. Earthy tones, with their displays packed full of coffees, teas, food, mugs, snacks and CDs. I did like their selection of music that played; which floated from jazz, to classic oldies, to Bossanova. But I think what made this branch stand out is the character of the employees. They had very vibrant personalities and smiled with every movement. They recognized and conversed with many of the customers and also cracked jokes and made others laugh. It's a joy just coming here for them. Great energy here! read more

I had a bacon, Gouda, egg sandwich and tea. I gave 2 stars because there are no outlets to plug into. There chairs are no comfort. There is outdoor sitting but it 41F this morning. I did find outlets but they're on the ceiling where the recessing light is. Can't reach them way up there. I don't think the cord would be long enough be as much use to plug in my computer. I appreciate the precautions they're taking with covid, it's nice to know that their business values my safety. Second time I had to write a review on a starbucks, I'm not really into writing reviews but I feel the need to. I'm not a very bright person, I mobile ordered at one store and then accidentally showed up to a different one (this one) but they were so nice about it, offered to make the order on the spot free of charge. And I told them like "hey it's alright if I have to pay again it's not a big deal" and they still did it for free. Shouts out to Jordan and whoever else was there at 1:15 on 06-19-2021 because you guys were really nice and dealt with me, who is very hard of hearing and has a stuttering issue. I work in customer service industry so I know the face people make when they really want a customer to shut up, but they were very genuinely nice and helpful. Small location but convenient. It can get super crowded here, especially on a Sunday morning but the baristas are friendly. There's not much seating. Two tables inside, one long bar, and then two tables outside. Get your coffee to go. I'm sure I'll be back! read more

The employees are amazing, sociable, and accommodating. The only thing about this place is that it is the smallest starbucks that I have ever been to. Inside has about 5-6 small round tables and 1 small rectangle table. There are seating outside, but if you decide to come here to work, then you should maybe consider going somewhere else if you want more room/space. read more

People swear that a laptop can't be charged prior to coming in here.. my MacBook can last me a solid 4 hours when charged, so giving 1 or 2-Star reviews because your laptop battery is poop is beyond irrelevant. Also, giving 1 or 2-Star reviews for Starbucks because you're uncomfortable with the homeless population is just plain stupid. Why don't you volunteer your time, dollars or your VOTE on fixing that issue instead of complaining to Starbucks via yelp? Better yet, offer those pesky reviews to your city council, local representative(s) or Your president. Back to this Starbucks, they make my drink right. :) I like to order an espresso Frappuccino with an add shot poured on top, and my shots never taste dead. I also like to order their Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew. Once, they were out and offered me an iced coffee with some espresso shots; it tasted pretty good. It was nice of them to be so accommodating. This is also one of the few Starbucks in the area that actually shakes my Starbucks Double Shot. The partners here are hardworking and very quick. I'm sure some newer partners may take a bit longer but this is a fast-paced environment and can be stressful. It takes time to get the hang of things, so I understand. I'm not bothered if they don't try to remember my name. I don't try to remember theirs, so it works out fine. Overall, nicely run store with clean condiment area and tables. And yes, they will make mobile orders first since that order was ordered first.. if my mobile order sticker says 12:03pm on it and your café sticker says 12:04pm on it, guess who should be getting their drink first?? I come here every so often with mt bf. I am not a big fan of hot coffee and I wanted something hot since it's winter now. My bf couldn't recommend much because he likes everything so he asked the barista. I told him I like sweet things and not a big fan of the coffee taste. I think I have tried vanilla mocha before but couldn't remember. He was kind enough to make my vanilla mocha extra vanilla-ey for me so it was super tasty. My bf got me another vanilla mocha from a different Starbucks and it's just not the same. It actually caused disappointment lol. I tried their chocolate chunk cookie and that was not very great as well. But I do love Starbucks' lemon pound cake so everyone should try that. However, I like this location because it's across the parking lot from Target and right next door to Jamba Juice which is also important. read more

This Starbucks constantly disappoints me in their customer service area- specifically in the morning. Yes, they make drinks correctly and are decently efficient; However, I am in here several times a week (I work right across the street in the Auto Park) and I have had more unfriendly experiences than not. I feel they do not prioritize their guests experience and lack major Human Connection. Being a former Starbucks Employee of several years, I am familiar with the standard that Starbucks sets for their employees when it comes to providing a welcoming experience and this location- SPECIFICALLY THE MORNING CREW- do not care to provide a nice experience... Seems to me that they could really care less to even flash a small smile in the direction of the hundreds of customers that are in and out of there all day. There is one young lady, strawberry blonde, hairs always in a high bun, I believe her name is Destiny is nothing but rude and snarky. She is impatient, rolls her eyes (over nothing) and has an unwelcoming attitude, and she even messes up my orders more than anyone there. When I walk in and see she is going to take my order I get kinda of annoyed because I know exactly what I am about to get from her. IM SORRY BUT IF IM GOING TO BE DROPPING THE MONEY I DO AT STARBUCKS THAT DRINK BETTER COME WITH A SMILE AND AT LEAST A HELLO! I have the same poor experience everyday. And its not just me. I have watched how they interact with other guests and they seem so miserable. They're not even friendly to the regulars I see there everyday. Its just a transaction. I am not someone who needs you to go above in beyond when you're just making my coffee, but a "good morning" or "have a good day" or a little smile would make a huge difference for their customers experience. NO WALL OUTLETS! If you take your coffee to go then this place is great but I like to come to Starbucks and work on my laptop and relax. I came here so my wife could shop in target while I get some work done and they had nowhere to charge my laptop, in fact the outlets were blocked off on purpose. The bathroom required a code from the barista to use and lastly the seating was not great for long periods. Edit: they've greatly improved their handling of mobile orders. Now when I show up, even with a line out the door, the drinks are ready. Way to improve guys! This location is severely understaffed for the amount of patronage they get on a regular basis. They cannot keep up with their mobile order system, nor the demand from walk-ups (the line is usually out the door or close to it). My last experience involved me placing a mobile order 12 minutes before I arrived (anticipating the drinks not being ready yet), only to wait another 10 minutes before asking for a refund. Our receipt was turned upside down and left in the mobile order area, ignored. Two other customers did this as well. The drinks are good when you can get them, but I can't rate it anything higher than 1 star if I can't get my drink. read more
