My daughter and I had a disgusting experience here. I alerted a worker (a 30ish man with a man bun) that there was a golf-ball sized, grainy lump of poop smeared on the faux leather couch along the wall of the cafe. (I'm a Karen with 4 kids so I know what poop looks like...). The poop was located just where it would have seeped out of someone's crack or out of a toddler's diaper. The man looked a bit concerned and mumbled something about getting it taken care of. I sat in the cafe for over an hour and nobody did anything. Finally a woman sat next to it and leaned her purse against it, prompting me to go over to her and let her know she should probably clean her purse. Been here a time or two and haven't had a bad experience yet. I've only used the drive thru but overall the staff is nice and the drinks were well made. The line does get packed and the drive thru area can be tough to navigate as it goes through other businesses parking lots but most days it moves decently quick. Would recommend! read more

It seems like a great location to study. Plus the music wasn't too loud. The staff was nice and welcoming. They had our drink out pretty quickly. I only gave it one less star because my drink was pretty bland. I ordered an iced pistachio latte with almond milk. But maybe I just needed an extra pump of the syrup or the milk made it more bland. I am a Starbucks fanatic but this one is not the best! The ratio of Frappuccino is disturbingly small and half is filled with whipped cream. The breakfast sandwich was burnt. The sandwich case is practically empty. The cream and sugar are in plastic cups instead of metal and glass containers. The napkin dispenser is empty. The tie died frap is all right, but not like the picture! I understand it wouldn't be, but some baristas are amazing at crafting at certain Starbucks. Here they are crowded and rushed. Stopped at this particular location before my boyfriend heading to a job interview. This Starbucks is right near the freeway and located at a pretty busy intersection. Parking lot is tricky. The drive thru is wrapped into the parking lot. Don't park near the drive thru unless you want to wait 15 minutes to pull out and continue to lay on your horn even though you're the stupid one for parking right next to the drive thru. (No I didn't park next to the drive thru) Your best bet is to park and walk if you plan on going inside. Tons of tables and places to sit. I counted 9 people working during lunch time and everyone was able to get in and out quickly. Best Iced Hazelnut Machiatto that I've ever had! Very friendly staff. Bathroom was clean. read more

DRIVE THRU | I went through the drive through on my way to a friends house as I was running a bit late. There were four cars ahead of me which at first thought didn't seem like a lot. I waited in this line for 15 minutes, 10 of which were after I placed my order. I watched the door for activity wishfully wondering if My fate would be the same inside but saw only one customer walk in during those 15 minutes so I doubt they were slammed inside. It was really a disappointment for me. Once I finally arrived at the window, the staff member was very kind and apologetic. My drink was also delicious and made perfectly. I'm a frequent Starbucks visiter (once or twice a day do not judge me just know my opinion is valid here) and because I don't drink dairy I always get a soy chai or soy latte. There's generally a 50/50 chance that I'll be given a cup with big soy chunks in the bottom. Which is absolutely disgusting but I try to brush it off. This place, however, is a piece of work. At the drive thru I asked for a triple grande iced soy caramel latte. Which is a mouthful, but should be easily understood by any barista- but she was completely confused so I explained it to her and repeated "soy" several times and when I got to the window it was made with 2%. Pretty much your typical Starbucks. The plaza is doing construction so it's a little tricky to find, I had never been there before but met a friend there today. Second time they couldn't figure my order after using previous order for the 700th time. The final time, a person with pink hair named Collie or Holly gave me a bunch of attitude as if the Starbucks app is offering things that they don't have. She pretty much told me that they don't have what I ordered. I told her what I wanted and I offered to show her. She blew me off with a wave of the hand along with a thumbs and a goofy face. It's not enough that I ordered it 15mins before I got there. I still had to wait once I got there to have my drink made only to be treated with rudeness and disrespect. I asked for the manager and THE MANAGER proceeded to tell me to make sure that next time I confirm that it with them because 90% of the people were new. I showed her exactly what I ordered online and she said that it could be confusing. I agreed with her. However, I explained to her that I ordered online so that my coffee could be waiting as I am in a hurry. Further, I've had my order messed up here before because I know it can be confusing and I've never returned it. I understand it could be difficult. But what I do not understand is regardless to how new someone is they should at least know to show kindness to paying customers. She agreed with me, but I honestly believe that my complaint will not be taken seriously and I'll be remembered as another angry black woman. No major complaints - they didn't get my drink right (it was kind of an annoying and complicated drink order though) ..but as a former barista I understand how hectic it can be. This location is really small and there is almost always a wait of at least 1 person in front of you.
