Most conveniently located starbucks in Gilroy. Located on route-152, its open early in the morning and late at night. How Early? Drive thru opens up at 4:30 am and closes at 11 pm! The staff on hand are very nice. Nice, friendly, and professional. Coffee isnt the greatest but still pretty nice to sip on! This is one of the better Starbucks. Clean facility, friendly people and they don't take product off the shelves or stop serving certain drinks 30 minutes before like other stores do (eg Mountain View). Adrianna was friendly and funny taking my order and then making it for me as the others were doing routine cleaning; as it was early and few customers. read more

Terrible service awful customer service made a drink wrong from and online order and made my family feel stupid for asking for the right drink afterwards. Didn't even remake the drink just added flavors to the original miss made coffee. Blamed terrible attitude on "happy hour". I had a horrible experience on Friday at this Starbucks. I went through the drive thru and the guy who took my order was super rude. The name on his tag said Carlos. One of the drinks I ordered was a caramel frap with Java chips. When I got the drink, it looked like someone just shook a cup with caramel and milk. I told him it was missing the Java chips and all he said was "I know", took the drink and did who knows what to it. The drink overflowed and he was cleaning around the cup with his apron! When he gave it to me again, I told him it had no caramel on top and if he could add it, he gave me a snobby look and took the drink again. It seemed like he said something to another worker and they both gave me a snobby look. Like why would you get mad for getting MY order wrong?? I've worked in restaurants before and I understand how it can be when it gets hectic, but don't stand there and get upset at the customer when you're the one messing up! I did not get any apology or anything from this guy. He didn't even respond when I said thank you! If you're going to work at a place that involves customer service, learn how to do it right! I was here on a father's day,I was driving from SF to L.A. ,and decided to stop over here for a cup of regular brewed coffee.I used my Gold LEVEL Starbucks rewards to order,I actually brought my own mug to get a 10 cents off,unfortunately the crew didn't apply the discount and didn't give a receipt! I let it go,and just seated myself and used their wifi.As I was about to refill it,I specifically told the crew that the refill was free since I'm a gold level reward member.he said he had no idea about that free refill and charged me anyways.I was so mad and called the customer rep.I was explained that there should be no charge and that I can call fr that branch to talk to the crew.. but I don't wanna look like a kid trying to get a free lollipop.So maybe next time I will avoid this location to save me from the hassle of using my rewards card :( read more

Horrible service. Definitely avoid this Starbucks at all cost. Made a mobile order. Went in, used the restroom(filthy) and realized we needed water so stood in line for 10 mins (with only 2 ppl in front of me). Asked 2x about my mobile order and was told both times they have a ton of mobile orders, but the drive through and walk ins were getting they're orders quickly. It's been over 20mins and still no drinks. It's a complete mess. I would do zero stars if I could read more

Good clean spot to stop in while passing though. It gets busy with the drive thru so don't expect a quick 2 min. stop. They are on their game and will have you out as soon as humanly possible. read more

This Starbucks is an oasis amid the crappy food options at the outlets. I like that it is right next to the Coach outlet, where I need to be, and that the employees are fast and friendly. Unfortunately, this is only a stand, so no form of indoor seating is available. read more

Pit stop for coffee. Taylor at the register was nice and professional. The line did move a little on the slow side. Lots of customers at the 5pm rush at the counter and drive through. Hours online and in store say open at 415. Girls inside refused to serve us before 430, and gave us attitude as soon as we wanted our drinks that we had already ordered. The app allowed a mobile order at 415 because the inside of the store was supposed to be opened. Even after knocking because they were supposed to be open the girls ignored us instead of letting us know they weren't ready to serve customers yet. Every experience @v Starbucks is a happy one for me. I most usually order an Iced Grande White Chocolate Mocha that always puts a smile on my face The only thing that I wish was better was having more that one register open at a time when I go into the building. Can we talk for a second about the amount of RBF at this location? My husband and I walked in at separate times (over an hour before closing) and we both felt uncomfortable. I had to wait awhile before I was acknowledged and then had to repeat my order because the girl who took it was talking to another employee scrubbing the floor. And when I got my drink, I politely said "Thank you" and the girl said "no worries" and walked away like it was a huge favor she'd done for me. I always try to be pleasant because I remember working in this industry, but these girls and their energy sucked the smile right off my face. read more

There were flies in the food case. I told the guy working the register and he said thanks....then sold the very thing with bugs on it to a customer. I counted 8 people working here and with 3 people in front of me I waited over 10 minutes just to order. I saw them chatting and walking about. Only one guy was ringing people and my guess was that he is new since it took him a million years for each transaction. Sorry, but please light some fire under your behinds. I've pretty much given up on this location. I feel like the taste at each Starbucks I go to is relatively consistent except for this one. This Starbucks is all over the map, but tends to stay in the spectrum of over-sugary/syrupy when it comes to frappuccinos. For a long time they would fail to read the customization requests on the cup. I would say and repeat "No whip", the cup would say no whip (most of the time), and I'd still get handed a heaping pile of whip cream. They've been better about that lately. The staff is generally friendly-- I will hand them that. I would agree with other reviewers that they don't seem very happy though. It lacks that typical Starbucks vibe I get at other locations where the employees all seem to be friends on some level. read more
