I'll definitely be returning again! The inside had a rustic feel and also featured a cute little area with small gifts for purchase. I ended up buying two stickers while I was there. They also offer seating both inside and outside, and parking was easy to find, which made the visit even better.

I'm a huge fan of boba pearls, so I ALWAYS order double boba with my drink. I have no problem paying the extra charge for it. Unfortunately, I've had two separate experiences where they couldn't make my order because they didn't have enough boba available for double boba. Both times, I ended up leaving empty handed because that's the whole reason I came. As a customer, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a boba shop to have enough boba on hand, especially for customers who are willing to pay extra. This seems like a preventable inventory and supply planning issue. If I were managing the store, I'd want to make sure we never ran out of our main product. After today's experience, I've decided I won't be returning. It's disappointing because this used to be my go to spot, but this has happened one too many times.

I guess this review is really about starbucks coffee in general versus this particular location. I drink mostly black teas but I go through cravings for Mocha's and usually make them at home with coffee from Trader Joes. Whenever I drink a mocha from Starbucks it makes me sick. I don't know if it is the stuff they use to make it chocolaty since I would imagine it is highly processed or just the coffee itself. There are several other places that I can go to but once I again I've learned my lesson trying Starbucks. read more

If I could do 0 I would. Not all of the employees are rude but there needs to be better management or something. I ordered a sandwich and bit into it and it was frozen still in the middle. Twice. I had them remake it and it was like that again. Then most people were waiting up to an hour for their drinks. It was just a bad experience and wouldn't come to this one again. read more

Overall, the drink would say is just okay, nothing over the edge about. I would not come out of my way for this, but I'll come if I'm in the area and the wait time was about half.
