The most disgusting thing that ever happened in my life. They made me a drink, a double shot with steamed cream. I was drinking it on the 101 freeway when I noticed something small and soft in my mouth. A fly. A goddamn fly. They somehow made my coffee and allowed the worst and most disgusting insect of all into the cup. Suffice it to say I was not pleased. Never again my friends do I get my coffee fix from this place. The service here has gotten extremely better, I actually enjoy coming here. They have the same staff consistently and it makes me feel comfortable ordering with them and asking them for their opinions on different drinks. I've asked her if I have my reward points to use, she said YES and it will be free and after that I found out she even DID NOT USE my points and charged on my card. Totally messed up Mobil order! I arrive and see my frapp with cream. I show him the paper on the cup and show him "no cream." He said sorry and removed it. Then he asks me if I want cinnamon . I said "it is in the order!" He checked and added! Then I asked if he put the extra shot I ordered in it. He said "do you want that too?" I showed him the paper on the cup and said "I want exactly what I ordered, please make me a new one. He did but with attitude and a sorry mumbling under his mouth! My neighborhood Starbucks. I always do mobile order before I leave my home and it's waiting there for me right when I get there. Always a friendly smile and acknowledgment when I come to pick up my order. Last year I dressed up my toddler as a Starbucks barista and my baby as a little Frappuccino for Halloween and went by there before trick or treating for some fuel and the staff got a kick out of it and were so sweet to humor my kids. We both say UH OH!!! Then she calls us to come get our drinks. Well my skinny vanilla Latte is very dark and I say this is super dark is there milk in here? She answers yes. I taste it and it's just all Wrong to me!!! In the mean time 2 young girls asked her for straws and she didn't even look at them just threw 2 straws on the counter at them. Then my boyfriend says mine is super white did I get my extra shot!? The barrister says yes it's in there. So we both taste our drinks... WRONG!!!! I got his & he got Mine except she put Carmel in my skinny vanilla latte and now he has no caramel. Not a huge deal except I don't like caramel!!!! I don't want It. I ordered skinny!!! So I say forget it now. With that attitude I don't need her spitting in my drink she's already in a total shit mood & we are in a hurry to get to a party & we've already waited too long. So needless to say we will NOT be going back to this Starbucks!!! It's your job to get the drinks right!!! It's printed out for you. Just do your job. We spend plenty of money there each week! This is the first time I've ever received drinks from a Starbucks that are not even edible. How do you ruin a Chai Latte, Java Chip, and Light caramel Frap? When your barista is Marcy, you are guaranteed terrible drinks and a bad attitude. The guy who took my order was so nice and spelled my name correctly on the cups: Massiel. Yet she called me Marcel and gave me attitude when I corrected her. They were not busy and somehow I waited about 15 minutes for drinks. I asked for the light caramel Frap with no whip and she added whip. The Java Chip tasted like rancid milk and the chai was cold. I had gotten the drinks to go and took them to my brothers house a few blocks away. I drove back immediately and retuned all the drinks. Not once did she apologize. I came in the morning, around 10:30am. There were a normal amount of customers, but it was taking a long time to get everyone's orders. I didn't really mind that, since there were only 3-4 members working. It was probably just a the middle of a rush. The thing that REALLY turned me off was the lack of professionalism from one of the supervisors, or at least I think she was one (wore a red apron, instead of a black one). She would become visibly and audibly upset with one of the workers, and instead of quietly telling them, she yelled at them in front of everyone. This wasn't just a one time thing. In the span of 20 minutes, I heard her yell at almost every worker for doing something that she deemed incorrect. It was a little ridiculous, and it just was very odd that she would do such a thing in front of 10-15 customers. There's a time and a place to fix problems, and the middle of a rush is not one. READ THIS POST: I went here on a Saturday to get my daily coffee fix and as I was waiting in line I saw the manager of the store yelling at her employees very unprofessionally and embarrassing more than a couple of them. I could not believe the level of rudeness of the management team and there needs to be a new restaffing in managers at this branch. It got so bad I saw the employees tear up in embarrassment. Also, since when did Starbucks turn into a library? I went there the other day to just grab a cup and chit chat with a friend but all the tables were taken by highschool students "studying". There are usually two/three reasons you go to starbucks- to study, to socialize, and to grab and go. This starbucks isn't the best for studying but they're amazing at everything else! Although parking is difficult, street parking (which we all avoid) is super easy and super close by which I recommend - it's definitely better than the parking for Brand, Central & especially Pacific/Burchett. I saw a few reviews complaining about the price as if each store picks the price - really? Is that what you put in a review? Something the manager can't control? Customer service wise, I'm so lucky this Starbucks is the closest to me because it has the best service in my radius. The workers are so down to earth & friendly, just like you'd expect them to be. Even in a rush they make sure you have a good experience and get the drink you want. The baristas all do a great job & the cashiers are so good at drink recommendations! I wish they could fit a drive-thru because this location has the best service for one! This starbucks hasn't manages to satisfy my needs. The parking lot is always full and there is just one employee that always gossiping and that is not professional. I went with my business partner and I couldn't help but notice how this young lady kept gossiping about interracial relationships and giving myself and my partner a very negative look. I went there 3 times and the 3 times i was there, this employee by the name of Elaine was constantly gossiping about her personal life and it made the atmosphere very stale. I'm constantly meeting new people and clients in Glendale for business and this is definitely not the atmosphere I want to be in. If my clients MUST meet there, I choose to go, otherwise I prefer to go to another location. read more

Great customer service!!! My son and I went to this location and placed an order, but we forgot to ask them to make one of our drinks caffeine free. When we realized that my son's frappe was with caffeine, we went back and one of the employees named Adolfo advised us to take another frappe which he made for us without asking to pay.
