If I could I would put no stars. They never get the drinks right. It doesn't taste like what it's supposed to. I ask for classic sweetener and get hazelnut! How do those 2 sound alike? I let them know that I forgot my food order the day before and they remember that I did and when I ask for the same thing, I get charged for it; although the barista tells me that she kept calling it out! I only go here because it's very close to home. Parking is another issue! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! read more

It took the barista over 15 min to make two drinks. She even made me the wrong drink and reused the cup. Slow service.

Too crowded in the morning, much nicer in evening, getting in and out in the morning to get your coffee it's a hustle but the staff are very nice people. When I'm not in a rush I'm getting my coffee from here. read more

Starbucks is well Starbucks. This location is right down the street from my corporate office so I go there occasionally. The seating is limited and so is the parking. From reading other reviews it looks like those might be associated with each other. read more

We were here a few days ago, and I bookmarked it to be reviewed. I started a draft of the review, and all I wrote was, "Awful." Now I'm trying to remember exactly why I hated this location so much. Really the only thing I remembered about it is the 5 parking spots, and one of them being open. That and the group of smokers camped out at every table outdoors. Did my CDL totally suck? Was the barista a tool? I just cannot remember. Whatever it was it was so bad I blacked it out. So I will give it a three stars because I'm not sure why I'd be hating on it so much. Parking is horrible, cant park in marie calanders because they will tow. so its either on the street or accross the street. Dont waste your time and come here, go to the one that is more up pacific, always parking or you can try the drive thru one down pacific past chevy chase. read more

Hard to find parking, only 5 parking spots in parking lot. At night, the drinks don't usually taste that well. Like right now for example. It's approximately 180 degrees Fahrenheit. But I still come at least once a week. read more

The baristas and staff were good, but there is almost no parking and no drive-thru, your mind as well go to the next nearest Starbucks a few blocks away that has parking and a drive-thru. Maybe I'm speaking too soon, but something seems different here. They seem to have their act more together with mobile orders. And, the last few times I have been here, they have had straws and lids stocked that are appropriate to the drink size I ordered! It's great! #firstworldproblems. Decent workers and good coffee, but there were only 5 chairs indoors, 2 sofas and just a few tables. I wasn't allowed to bring in any chairs from the freezing outdoors, yet there was a lot of empty square footage that easily could have been more inviting. There was even two tall bars and no stools. This store is definitely in need of some furniture. Too stark and uninviting. It's like they don't want anyone to stay and enjoy their coffee and some time off. read more

This starbucks is right down my street, but I've probably gone here a few times. Even though the place looks small from outside, its actually pretty big and spacious inside. Good seating and tables. Came here for a couple of group projects. Baristas are really nice! read more

Friendly girl at the cash register but the other employees made me feel as though I was bothering them. Not many customers there but the place was still dirty. Trash cans were overflowing and the area to add milk or cream was filthy. A surprise since I've been there many times and it was always pretty nice. They are so bad with mobile orders that I would never go there again. I'd rather drive a little farther and get satisfied with my order than go there. I don't receive notifications that my order is ready. I was waiting outside for the notification to come in so I can send my daughter in to pick up my order. Within about 10 minutes I noticed that customers who came a few minutes after me were getting out with their orders. I sent my daughter in and she said our coffees were on the counter already and our lemon bread was out with the bag open. How unsanitary! Never again! read more

My favorite location for the quick in & out run for my coffee before work in the mornings. Their quick, learn your orders & name, and they always make the drinks taste amazing! No complaints! The only downside, would be the construction work on Pacific. But that's not something they can control. The workers here are really great and they really make my mornings! read more

Omg the worst starbucks ive ever been 2. leave if your pressed for time. I waited forever, and just saw the line accumulating.. After a long while I found out they hadn't even started my drinks, and when I asked for the refund I got attitude. I don't often give starbucks a lot of love but this branch deserves some. They always get my order right. The staff even bend over backwards to make sure my beverage is just how I want it. The staff are happy and make me feel welcome. I tend to order iced mocha. Trust me, unlike other places it doesn't just taste like chocolate milk or feel watered down. I'd love to get my latte from Starbucks, but when it comes to this location I have to pass. Just because there are absolutely no parking spot available what so ever. Sometimes I drove 4-5 times in circulates to find a spot. .Very cozy place to have your coffee and love this place, but parking is an issue here. read more

I was really tired and exhausted after long day work , so decide to have cup of coffee, exit 134 East and found Starbucks , first view was terrible while there is no parking space , but finally went through and order coffee, the barista was Armenian young lady with amazing expertise and awesome approach, i told her she offered me caramel macchiato, it was the best solution for my problem , thanks to her and after this I try to be loyal customer not only for starbucks but also for this location ....... read more

Everything good here like any other Starbucks coffee shop except parking. Parking spots so limited, be ready for driving around the block.

I love this little location. I'd be damned about what long review the person above me put. I am a local and I heart the baristas who help me with my beverages. They never complain about my weird requests and they never seem to be unhappy. All in all a sweet joint but could use more seating. read more

The location of this Starbucks is right off the 134fwy. Perfect for me to stop by before heading to work. The only downside is this Starbucks only has a few parking spaces so you may have to park across the street at Rite Aid. read more

I frequent this Starbucks location (1-2 times/week for the past 5 years). I don't enjoy it - it doesn't give you the "Starbucks Experience." It's close to work for me so I am happy it's here. But if you are looking for a good Starbucks and not just a cup of coffee, there is another one down the street on Pacific only a mile or so away that is WAY better. Here are a few things I've learned about this location over the years that have been consistent: 1) Your drink won't be made as requested 50% of the time (expect attitude if you request it to be re-made or extra milk, etc.). Most of the time I just go with a drink that's not exactly how I wanted to save any chance of ruining the experience. 2) The staff probably won't look at you when taking your order. In fact, they probably won't say anything friendly and occasionally may be on the verge of rude (However, you sometimes get lucky and get the new hire who hasn't been turned into bad customer service yet. Love these days!) 3) The store & bathroom are usually fairly clean (a positive!) 4) They rarely run out of items and keep things well-stocked (another positive!) 5) There are always smokers sitting right outside of the store, so if you are a non-smoker forget even looking for a seat outside. 6) There is very little seating inside & very little parking (I have seen screaming matches in the parking lot over spaces). If you go in knowing these things and keep your expectations low, you won't be disappointed! read more

Use to love this location, good place to study...parking is an issue but I was willing to deal with it. But the reason for the one star is something else. I walked in and all the individual tables were taken so I walked over to the bigger table (close to the register) and put my stuff down. Just as I'm getting ready to plug my phone in an employee comes up to me (this is today, Friday Dec. 11th at around 11am)and says "yeah I'm sorry this guy was already walking over to this seat can you sit somewhere else..he already started moving his stuff" he's holding this guy's stuff in his hands and literally making me give up my seat.....I'm African American and I don't want to say that he was racially discriminating against me but...that's how it felt....and how it feels some times is all that matters. So he continues to give me this "yeahhhh I'm sorry he just already moved everything" and I'm thinking to myself..obviously not, because my stuff is here and I just walked in....really embarrassing.....not coming back. And the guy who I had to give my seat up for was like "yeah I just need all that room so you know..." Edit: This guy already had a seat by the way. He was already sitting down and I had just walked in. This wasn't a situation of us both walking in at the same time. The employee made me feel like I HAD to get up and move...and that just rubbed me the wrong way. read more

Even though the parking sucks I keep going back! Considering theres a drive thru starbucks nearby, that means a lot. This is the ONLY Starbucks I have been to, that ACTUALLY LISTENS when you ask for your drink a certain way. Whether if you ask for something extra or whatever it may be. I'm very picky when it comes to Coffee, and this place knows what their doing. The workers here are always in a good mood and are very friendly. The only downfall would be the parking issue. There's a Marie Callendars across the street with a huge lot, so I always just park there. Other than that, hands down this is the best Starbucks, especially since they have outdoor seating again! :) read more
