Nice location. Found a parking spot, and relaxed here a bit. Was literally exhausted driving. A mocha frappe brought my awareness back. It was delicious. Topped with whipped cream, this was the solution to some driving blues. Staff all were friendly and efficient. Nice seating area to kick back in. I liked the decor. It's more cozy than some of their locations. Very clean and taken care of as well! read more

This is a good coffee shop if you can't find a local amazing coffee shop. The prices are a little on the high side compared to your local shops. I prefer organic coffees especially if I'm drinking decaf which they don't carry here. read more

This Starbucks is pretty good, as far as Starbucks go. Small, few seats, but friendly service, consistently decent coffee, and they do have free wifi. The only thing that bugs me - there is a steady stream of people who like to park in the fire zone out front, many times leaving their giant SUV idling, while they go in for their Latte, because they are too friggin lazy to park 20 feet away in the generous parking lot with the rest of us and walk. Almost always women, sometimes the fancier types and sometime they are just fat. Selfish, lazy, and shameless all of them. So to all you street-types from Harrisburg who need wheels, stake out this Starbucks in the morning and you can take your pick of high-end SUV's, most of which will be idling with the keys in them, ready for the taking! Not Starbucks fault though, so still 4 stars. Oh and the fat, pudgy, ugly old bag who parks her convertible lime green vw beetle either in the fire lane or handicapped parking every time, who gets giant 5000 calorie double-whip-fraps, can go drive straight off the cliff out front. read more

Friendly customer service and speedy service. My vanilla late was ready in less than 2 minutes, which was pretty impressive considering how busy the shop was. I visit Harrisburg once a month and this was the last time I am going to this location. Even if I have to drive extra five miles to another one... The morning crew is rude and unpleasant. I have a custom drink and can't ever get what I want how I want it and on top of that I feel like I get attitude from them. I ask for a grande drink in a venti cup so I have room for whip cream. Today when I asked the young man to make more room because he filled the cup up with milk he was defensive. He took a spoon and took some off the top and I said he needs to take more off to make room, he took the cup and poured out like a quarter and then didn't even fill it up all the way with whip cream. There is no "hello" and "how are you" or "have a great day"... No pleasantries at all. Never again. read more

This Starbucks is probably one of the smallest I've been in. Also no free wifi. I did like it's somewhat less traffic personality over the one on Union Deposit. It is a good place to grab a coffee before or after class. You may even spot a fellow student or professor there from time to time. This one had the best service of the 3 starbucks in the area. I would spend more time here if it wasnt for the lack of sofa seating. read more
