I had an e card and decided to stop and try some new drinks. This is a busy location. Drive thru line was wrapped around the building so I decided to go in. Inside is clean, dine in option available. Patio seating available as well. I will say staff was busy. I did not feel a welcome vibe but it wasn't rude either so idk ! I ordered a strawberry shortcake frappe and a cannonball drink. Now this is where my problem comes in , I'm patiently waiting and no communication for at least 10 /15 min. Finally eye contact and staff remembers to ask about my drink that apparently was made and sitting. There were no apologies whatsoever just here ya go ... really!! Now I must say the drinks were good and fruity and worth the wait but did it really have to be a wait. Noooo! With 6 barristers walking around inside I waited for a good 5 minutes before my order was taken. It feels as though they can only take 1 customer at a time. The young man taking my payment and giving me the chai tea seemed nervous. I guess because it was supposed to be an iced chai tea. I order my drink through the mobile app and decided to get it thru the drive thru since I saw no one in line. I waited at the speaker and no one came. I figured they were busy, so I just drove around. The barista at the window refused to give my drink because I did not request it at the speaker. I explained that I waited and he insisted I still go around. I could see my drink behind him and he refused to turn around and just grab it. Instead, he went by my drink to get a manager from the back room. The manager also went by my drink to get to the window to tell me the same thing - to go back around and request it from the speaker first. I came in this morning to get a coffee. The drive-through line was long, so I decided to risk it and go inside. The lobby was also very busy with Dashers and walk in customers like myself. You could tell in this moment they were obviously short staffed. The employees that were present this Friday morning were excellent. The communication between the coworkers themselves and additionally the customers in the lobby was what really made everyone feel at ease. As each drink was made, the barista would call out the name of the customer and say your drink is being made next. I have Never walked into such a busy situation with so many customers and felt like everyone was so understanding. The ladies that were working 7/21/23 were outstanding! read more

Worst Starbucks on Earth! Always dirty inside and all employees have a Terrible attitude! Drinks take forever. At least 10-20 minutes past the time the mobile app displays. This location has lost its appeal for me. I usually use the drive thru on my way to work, but I decided to go inside one day recently while I was out running errands with my husband. The inside was busy, but there were about 7 employees behind the counter. We were the only people in line at the cash register, but no one would take our order. Several of the employees saw us standing there, but no one greeted us or came to get our order. We left after 10 minutes of just standing there at the counter. Meanwhile, other people were picking up their orders inside. I believe they probably ordered with the app. We got back in the car and went to the drive thru. I ordered a scone that we saw when we were in the store, only to be told they were out of them. We were so disappointed that we didn't even order coffee. We just left with nothing. This store used to have awesome service, but sadly the service has slipped. In addition to the service, the prices have pretty much priced me out. I used to go to Starbucks several times a week. Now, because of cost, I only go maybe once or twice a month - if that. I can make cappuccino at home that is pretty darned good, and costs a lot less. read more

I recently went to this Starbucks during my lunch for a few items and quickly remembered why I don't come here. The first thing that remains a constant are the people's drab, unhappy demeanor. Their greetings always seem so forced and monotone. Then they're ALWAYS out of something. This time they were out of Strawberries for the refreshers, peach juice, caramel sauce and something else I overheard but cannot recall. Inside the facility there were at least a dozen unopened boxes in the front lobby area right by the door, it seemed dark like some of the lights went out. There were no lines inside and only 1 car ordering in the drive thru and another that was receiving their order at the window. It's really irritating to see a Starbucks operate this way in a predominantly black community, be the example! read more

Had a Starbucks craving this morning that I had to make a run to this location. I've always tried to go to the one by the house but I was running slightly late, had a couple of cakes for birthday girl at work to carry inside, not to mention all the badge swiping I have to do so I decided I'll pick up some coffee a little later. I also needed to get to work and do a few things to feel somewhat productive before my coffee run. It was nice and quiet this morning with only one car in the drive-thru. The woman on the speaker (the same one who took my payment at the window) was very pleasant. The other lady who gave me my drink, however, was not. She handed me my drink order, I asked for a stopper nicely and she gave me a look and handed me a stopper. I'm sorry but no one is allowed to eat or drink in my car and I don't want to spill coffee either. She looked at me again after a while and had this look like "why aren't you moving?". I had ordered a spinach feta wrap as well and they had it in the oven still but she told me to have a nice day (no smile, just plain words) hoping I would go away. I told her I'm still waiting for my spinach feta wrap. She then turned to the other lady and then turned back to me and told me it's still in the oven and that it should be out in a minute. Kind of why I am still waiting but I just sat there and didn't say anything. She walked away and when my wrap was ready, the other lady handed it to me and she was way nicer! Stopped by on my way to work about 8:40am- the drive thru line wrapped around the building, which blocks a couple of parking spots in front. If you are parking and plan to go inside, just remember that you may have to wait for a drive thru car to move out of your way before backing up. Service inside was speedy. Cashier knew what he was doing and was very friendly. My drink was finished by the another barista and handed to me before I even left the register. I went through the drive thru just after 2 pm on Wednesday (12/14) afternoon. I ordered a tall chile mocha. While I was sitting at the window for about 3-4 minutes I heard the lady at the window comment to the barista that there might be an issue with the chile powder. After an eternity she opens the window tells me it's $4.65. I hand her $5.65 and she hands me my drink. After 30 seconds she opens the window again and tells me I didn't give her proper change. I mentioned that I handed her $5.65 and that one or more of the coins are now sitting on the ground between the car and the drive thru because she dropped them on the way in. Another 60 seconds later she hands me $1 and makes a sarcastic comment about how annoying the customers have been today. I drive off. Guess what? No chile powder. Chile Mocha indeed! read more

Gotta love having a drive through.. it's a big PITA to get out of here though - save yourself the trouble and go out at the light. Even turning right on Lindbergh is dangerous because of a poorly placed row of bushes blocking your view of oncoming traffic. This place does get pretty busy in the morning but with the exception of one day when BOTH of their fancy machines were broken they're usually pretty quick. read more

I don't love this location. I often get the wrong order, and the drive through can be slow, and one of the people working it lately is extremely chatty. I think the coffee tastes better at other locations. However, I've had two really good experiences ordering bulk brewed coffee (travelers) for events. Both times, the same woman filled my orders and the service there was top notch. read more

I go to this location at least 3 times a week. Every time I go I have a pleasant and quick experience. My drinks are always spot on. This morning I forgot my wallet and didn't realize until I had already ordered. I informed the cashier and she let me have it for free! Legit north county spot. It's in a crappy lot by a strip mall but has a lot of parking. Really close to the hwy too! The inside is very, very small. The drinks are of normal Starbucks quality. The location over by Dunn and 270 is larger and nicer. read more

Come summertime, there are always dead flies all along the counter. Plus a few smashed ones on the windows. It's NEVER clean here. No place comfortable to sit. They do make a good vanilla bean frappe, but once you sit down to drink it...you just sort of question whether or not you should eat ANYTHING that they make here. Obviously SB does major drive-thru business, so that's what they focus on: shoving coffee out of the window to people who probably rarely to never step foot inside. I drive through this location just about every morning before work. The line moves fast and Gracie is awesome!

Not sure what's wrong with this location, maybe they don't have enough people working, maybe it's too small for as many customers as they have, but the woman and guy who were running the registers were having some sort of a tiff. I couldn't tell if the guy was being a jerk, or if the woman was being dense, or a little bit of both. In any case, it was really obvious that they were not getting along, and it was really awkward. Also they had a display table of mugs and coffee set up right inside the door and there was another table set so close to it that someone could not sit at the table without customers who were leaving not hitting them or the display table, and it just made the whole area by the registers and door really cramped.
