Of course the coffee is always great! Service has typically been good at this location, but lately not so much. The young lady often running the drive thru at lunchtime is just awful. Angry, frowns, bad attitude, short with customers, rolls her eyes. The one with the guitar tattoo on her arm (no name tag). So I had gone to the emergency room and left the place a review on yelp, so I received a coupon from them for a free drink at Starbucks. The barista on duty said it "looked fake" and denied it. So either yelp is lying, the er is lying or this Starbucks is in the wrong. read more

The thing I like about this starbucks is that it is open late. And there in the energy corridor it can turn into a ghost town rather quickly. I visited this location a couple of times at different times of the day and it seemed like the night crew had it together better than the other times of the day. Still it is a nice location close to a lot of businesses that probably keep the staff rather busy. read more

I don't know what's up with this location, but their drinks never taste right. I frequent Starbucks, almost on a daily basis for years, so I know their menu and have had almost every drink. Either this location doesn't clean their machines, making the espresso grout and residue build up, which affects the quality of the drinks, or they are poorly trained. read more

I only went through the drive-thru so I really don't know what the inside looked like. I'm sure it looked like all other starbucks. I came around 2-3 PM so not really a typical busy time. I was behind someone and it seemed they had to wait for their drink longer than they should have...which in consequence lead me to have to wait longer behind that car than I should have....I complain because there's a screaming baby in my backseat wanting to go home. Starbucks is the same everywhere. Their drip coffee is over roasted, but they make a decent latte. I prefer to go to the local mom n pop, but sometimes its not convenient, then I am stuck having starbucks. read more

Service is definitely fast and I've never had a problem with my order. The only problem I have is the rude and cocky staff. I don't expect someone to kiss my butt, but at least more than muttering between your teeth and looking like you're doing me a favor. read more

I ordered a grande iced carmelized drink which was today's special however the female cashier forgot to pass along the order to the barista. I understand that it was busy so mistakes happen. I'm passive so after waiting awhile I just went back in line and got another drink because people who make a scene over something simple as a miss drink order take it too personally. So I just ordered a simple tall iced coffee so I could just get something quick. However, I was again denied my beverage because the cashier after taking my order helped the next guest in line and left my cup at the register. I know she was juggling various tasks and it becomes overwhelming. Another barista eventually got me my drink after I ask. At least the ice coffee was pleasant. read more

The worst service today 1:30-3pm. Not only did the barista show frustration in telling us to wait to order our drink which we understand. It was her overall demeanor, she was not friendly & did not smile once. We tried ordering cold brew and she annoyingly explained that it takes 24 hrs to seep and the people on the day before did not do that. Resulting in no cold brew items for today. But that's not what upset me, it was the simple fact that her and another employee were so rude to a male employee. They were both grouchy. Didn't presume excellent customer service. Were cussing in the back where we could clearly hear them. When they were told corporate was called on them, I could clearly hear the now 3 females (one braided hair/beanie, one pink hair, and one taller girl) were in the back loudly saying "Can we ask them to leave? "Can I tell them to leave?!" I get that people have bad days but keep those issues OUTSIDE of work. Don't bring your negative Nancy issues into your shift because people are watching and it reflects on the STORE. The two gentleman were so sweet, nice, & respectful. The 3 girls on that shift were NOT it! Sadly, I'm a regular here. read more

How does this Starbucks have good reviews? They don't know how to make half the drinks properly and they are inconsistent in quality. Even the pastries have been burned. I once had a problem with my Starbucks account and the manager refused to accept it as legitimate and started an argument with me. But atleast they are usually fast through the drive thru. I think the reason they get away with service like this is because it is the only coffee drive thru in this area so people keep coming back on their way to work read more

They make the best seasonal drinks here. So much better compared to their store inside Kroger across the streets. The drive thru service need a llittle improvement as sometimes the girls can lack energy. read more

Went through the drive thru... girl sounds confused about a triple grande macchiato and skinny vanilla latte coconut milk... got through the drive thru.. no labels on either drink when I got home. Luckily we're just right down the road and neither drinks were right whatsoever. I can't have dairy so coconut milk is a must, unfortunately :/ so I came back went inside and told the woman they were both wrong... she apologized, insincerely. Fixed the drinks and got home tasted them and they were soooo bitter. Probably the worst Starbucks drink I've ever had. I've been to this a couple times in the early mornings before the sun is even up, and the staff certainly made my morning! Friendly, energetic, and caring. Special shout out to Cora (I think that was her name) that reminded me I probably shouldn't drink coffee on an empty stomach first thing in the morning :) Starbucks is starbucks, but it's nice to see caring employees set a location apart. read more

Bad service, all the tables are dirty, they don't have napkins ( even when I ask for it) the milk jars are empty, no splendas, practically is like they just make coffees and that's it, they don't care about anything else. And by the way the coffee aren't fresh, taste like it was burned. Change the manager or make something to get better. read more

I visit this location about once a week. The staff is always friendly and my order is always correct. Today a young lady made it extra special by making me a second drink for free as an effort to help me find what I was really craving for. I have visited many Starbucks in the Houston area and this one is hands down the best. Been going here for about a year and have never had an issue. Drive thru can be a little slow at times but everyone is working hard on the orders and always friendly and professional. Omar is my fav for sure though! read more

Last Saturday I went inside to order and greeted the elderly lady at the counter. I ordered and when she asked for my name I gave it to her and she responded "that's easy enough" I chuckled because I know some names are difficult and there's a running joke that the names are usually misspelled. Then she said my total, $10.07 to which I handed her a 20 dollar bill (which I was excited to use since I found in the bottom of my purse the night before). She responded with "oh so you're going to be difficult today" I was taken back and thought I heard her incorrectly. I told her I could give her the .07 to make it less difficult and she replied "you're being more difficult." I'm a very nice person so I was astounded by these responses. I apologized for being "difficult" and told her that it too work at a coffee shop ,so I understand what it's like when customers are difficult. I hope her day improved. read more

This is my favorite starbucks to go to! I have been to several all over the US and this is my favorite. My drink is always made just right. Service is always fast and the employees are super friendly and talk to my kids if they are with me. I have never seen it super dirty or disorganized. When the young lady finally addresses me; she basically chastised me for not saying hello. Mind you, I was not greeted with the obligatory "welcome to Starbucks". I don't expect my friends or dinner guest to say hi when they come to my house, I usually greet them first. read more

The store layout could be better and larger maybe even a stand alone would be awesome... for the area, after all its the energy corridor. Often great meeting place will draw more $, i have closed many contracts and deals at Starbuck's from Louisiana to Arizona, further more a better sit-in area can double profits. This particular store is surmounted by energyyyyyyy company such as Citgo and BP offices, apartment complexes / residential homes / strip malls and LA Fitness. It has a great patio, It also has a drive thru --- bless the Lord !!! Its usually crowded here in the morning and noon but they do a very good job in churning the beverages out,, which makes productive respectable without dropping their quality. I usually buy four to five coffees while sitting along with a entries, if it lunch .. and will pay for my clients and associates beverages as well. This place is really to small, for the area. It's often difficult to move threw or about it, if others or waiting for beverages or it's that time of the morning or day (really busy). ... we now drive out to Westheimer just to sit and converse which is a shame. They didn't understand what I wanted so proceeded to charge me five dollars for basically a coffee and then gave me an attitude at the drive-thru. it's really unfortunate because that's already a pretty depressing job and they just make it worse by providing customers with attitudes when they go up to pay for their ridiculously expensive coffee read more
