Did the drive thru and ordered a latte and a mango-dragonfruit drink. We pay and wait a few minutes and the window person hands me a lavender-matcha drink. No! She looks at me confused and takes it back. We wait five more minutes and another person hands me the latte and a pink drink. As I drive away it's a strawberry lemonade, not the mango drink I ordered, and a smaller size to boot. I should have turned around to get my order corrected but after waiting a while I did not have the time and just kept it and kept driving. Yeah, I know, not the right thing to do but did not have the time to go back. Two wrong drinks. And on a quiet Sunday afternoon (not a busy time). Ugh. I walked in staring at the menu trying to figure out what to order for my free birthday drink. Kaylee asked me how she could help. I told her I was here for my birthday drink. She said "so you want the most extravagant over the top coffee we have." She asked if there was anything I did not like. I told her anything but hazelnut. She asked a few more questions and then we came up with the most delicious drink ever. Everyone is so friendly and professional. I really enjoyed my visit and drink. Very clean. My only criticism is that being all glass and hard surfaces, it's very noisy even with just a few people in the store. Corporate needs to soften the interiors. read more

First let me say that Starbucks staff have been great. Coffee always as ordered and tasty. But the sandwiches leave a lot to be desired. This is a corporate problem that no one wants to address. Starbucks has become another greedy giant who wants your money and doesn't care what you think of their products. They advertise nice, full, colorful sandwiches (see photos), but THIS is the real deal: flat, near empty bread. NOTHING like the promised image! I have bought this sandwich at multiple times and places with the same experience every time. I have brought it to STARBUCKS attention, but no one at corporate will address it. They refunded the cost on my first complaint, but will not address the fraudulent advertising images. read more

Ordered an ice drink, they gave it hot. When I told them I ordered iced they poured the hot latte in a cup of ice. It tasted like watered down cultured milk and was a waste of $15 for two drinks. Will never come back. The bottom of the cup was literally hot while the top was iced. read more

The drive thru workers are always super friendly!! And usually quick to get your drinks and food ready.

I was so ELATED to see the new Starbucks FINALLY opened! They literally just opened this past Monday. They have a drive thru and it's conveniently on my route when heading out of town. They apparently opened a month late due to construction delays but the staff is super friendly and made a great shaken espresso for me :) I will obviously be back! read more

My drinks are always correctly made, and the wait is never extremely long. (I expect a wait time at say 7am on a weekday, but otherwise it's fine). I enjoy grabbing a coffee here as much as I can! I don't love their food...pass on the food and go to Offbeat Coffee in Campus 805 read more

I used the application to place an order at this location. It's listed to choose at 6pm and I arrived at 5:21 to pick up an order I PAID FOR, and they were walking out the door. I mentioned I paid for the order already and they're not supposed to close until 6, and thats holiday hours, but the last employee said "oh well, not my problem" and left to "go pick up her kids" citing being "only paid minimum wage" as a valid reason to leave early and be extremely rude to me and my wife. This is very unprofessional and I am out the money spent. read more

This location has experienced many item outages, but their staff is always friendly and cheerful, making substitute suggestions so patrons may still have an enjoyable experience. With COVID, the inside seating is closed, but there is plenty of outdoor seating available. So happy there's a STARBUCKS on the South side of town! read more

I was Very disappointed this visit. Usually all my visits at this location have been great as far as customer service and order accuracy. I told the man (I assume is some type of management) to make sure I had a lot of caramel drizzle in my drink because that's what I paid for. When the drink was handed to me I Immediately realized there wasn't enough caramel and asked for more. I told her she could pour out some of the drink if it was to full. When she brings it back it looks the exact same and yes I did make a face. I said maybe y'all can put more in a small cup for me. The same man who took my order chimes in saying he saw them put half the bottle in, which is very untrue as u can see in the picture. He also refused to give me a cup of it on the side which has never been a problem before! The lady was nice enough to bring me a cup of it but I was still very unsatisfied. If I'm paying $6-$7 for a drink I expect it to be right especially when it comes to paying almost a whole extra dollar for caramel drizzle. Hopefully no one who enjoys caramel as much as me goes to this Starbucks at the time that man works. I will never be back. 0/5 stars from me! read more

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I ordered two drinks and they were both wrong. One was supposed to be made with coconut milk and I got 2% and my peppermint double chocolate chip frappe didn't have peppermint and tasted like straight water. I will not be coming back. read more
