They looked directly at me but didn't acknowledge me, offer assistance, or let me know if they were closed. I sat in my car for several minutes finishing this review, and no one came to check or communicate anything. Extremely disappointing experience , no customer service, no professionalism, and no clarity about whether they were even open. Based on this experience alone, I would not return.

My aunt and I have made it a point to stop in every-time we're in Indy, and have never been disappointed. I typically stick to their iced chai, which is very refreshing and one of my favorites. If you bring your own cup or one of their cups to refill you will get $1 off your drink. I have been known for keeping a cup for a week to refill! The best deal is the 3 after 3! Still on a caffeine hiatus, I tend to get a plain decaf latte, for the espresso taste. The service is typically friendly, but the drink make line can get backed up (especially when there are newbies manning the machine...and there seems to be turnover frequently). The pastry and grab n' go options are overpriced in my opinion; so were Hubbard & Cravens' options, but at least the quality was better. I can't speak to the regular coffee or flavored drinks, just to my okay plain decaf lattes...which are difficult to screw up.
