Staff was very nice except the barista named "Des", I was only at this establishment for 5 mins and this barista confused my drink order and when I asked nicely to remake the drink, she rolled her eyes and redid my drink then slammed the drink on the counter. read more

I love Starbucks but I just had the worst customer experience yet. I received a coupon on the app and on an email but they wouldn't allow me to redeem it or even offer to give me another option. Once I received my drink, it wasn't the correct order and when I asked for milk I got reluctance. They were out of half and half at the milk and creamer station and once again I was met with reluctance to fix the problem. I received poor customer service and I'm not even satisfied with my drink but I didn't feel comfortable in asking for more. read more

This is my go-to Starbucks. Conveniently located at River City Marketplace, their customer service is spectacular. I enjoy coming here because the drinks are always consistent and the employees are always friendly. I enjoy the new Coconut Milk Mocha Macchiato and the Teavana teas are pretty good as well. Their drive-thru is very friendly, accurate, and fast (even when they're slammed)... you can't ask for more than that! Inside, they keep the temperature pretty cool (some places keep it freezing, which I hate) and everyone I've spoken to has been friendly. Very young crew. read more

I hate this store. Unfortunately, this is my neighborhood store so this is where I have to go. We go every single day during the school year, and on the weekends on our way to Orlando theme parks. We use the mobile ordering app to place our orders so we don't have to wait as long, but it is still an average 5-10 minute wait once we get to the location. Why? Well this morning at 6:30am they were brewing coffee. No apology, just how it is. I stopped ordering food because they never look at the sticker printer for food and I have to wait another 5-10 minutes for my food to get cooked. There is never cream out at the self-serve bar, and I usually see people just standing around shooting the shit. Friendly staff. Like uber friendly and even though I only came to this Starbucks for about a week, they remembered me and my order. That's crazy cool. I don't know about the inside as I only used the drive-thru. They were prompt, polite and somehow able to offer varying items from their menu without seeming pushy. I've visited this location many times while in town for work or as my go-to pit stop when travelling and although it has the convenience factor I have to say this is the slowest starbucks drive-thru I've ever visited. I absolutely love this store. I think people forget that it is right in the middle of a huge shopping center so yes, it will be very busy the majority of the time. But, every time I've been inside or gone through the drive-thru, it seems that each barista is working their butt off to keep up. They could probably use a few more employees, but the ones working can't help that so why get upset with them? One of my favorite hangout places on the Northside. The staff is always friendly and willing to answer questions about products. The place is always kept clean (even the bathrooms!) which is highly impressive considering the traffic that goes through. Wait times can be a little long but when there's a like 10 people long inside and five cars outside its to be expected. But the staff doesn't slow down or stop, they're constantly moving to meet the demands of their customers. Keep up the good work guys! read more
