I love my Starbucks, but this location is the worst. I travel thru 3-6 times a month and always stop for my brew. I ordered my cold brew, no ice. When my name was called I was presented with half a cup of cold brew ( I posted a photo) wow Really? I stood there in disbelief for a moment and then asked to have it filled. The barista was not too happy, but she filled my cup and handed it back without a word. Now normally I find the baristas at other locations friendly, not the case at this location, sad reflection on the Starbucks brand. read more

I am not a fan of coffee but I love tea. My favorite drink is a soy chai latte. My husband loves coffee and has ordered every coffee drink on the menu. But this coffee place has everything including snacks. The staff is friendly, fast, and very helpful. The environment there is light and friendly the whole place smells like coffee though. It's also a little expensive the prices for their drinks is kinda ridiculous. But all around this is an okay coffee/tea place. read more

Is it just in Maui that fast food is so good? I'd rate this restaurant a 5 stars... out of 10... just kidding 5 out of 5 stars. The staff are very nice, in the area I can see (where we order) I can see three staff members all pretty friendly but not over the top starting to be a disturbance. Starbucks must start a new competition when you have a Beef and Blue Cheese sandwich at this venue. They can call it: "Find the Blue Cheese and win a three weeks, all expenses paid, vacation in Hawaii." I had this sandwich and thought they forgot to put the blue cheese on. When bringing it under the attention of the associate, she showed me a THINLY spread layer on the sandwich and said that that was the blue cheese. I could not even taste any blue cheese in the sauce, nor recognize any! Even the customer behind me made a comment on the lack of blue cheese on the sandwich. Totally misleading name for this sandwich. Maybe change the name of the sandwich to "Beef Sandwich with Blue Cheese Molecules" in stead of "Beef Sandwich with Blue Cheese." They have nice friendly service and their drinks are off the charts. I love their refreshers they make it awesomely good and they have feta wraps also assorted sandwiches and blueberry scones, salads,sausage muffins too. read more

Worst service ever. The girl at the cashier spilled another customers coffee all over a sandwich I was buying for my kid while we were at the cash register and still handed me a wet sandwich like I was going to take it. Service here is incredibly slow, she didn't even give me a receipt and she forgot to take my drink order. This place has the worst customer service. read more

I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks but I'm even less of a fan when I go to buy something that's marked $6.95 in big bold letters, then when you go to the register, they ring it up as $8. When I ask the guy just asks me "do you want your receipt?" My reply: "No I want a refund". It wasn't the dollar - it was the deceptive pricing and am now wondering how many other things get rung up that way. Employee didn't seem the least bit concerned. Moving on! read more

I am a very loyal Starbucks customer. I have always had great customer service, until today. My barista, Toni, wasn't representative of the service I am used to receiving. She was curt, questioned what I wanted then didn't read the order on the cup so she had to throw it away. I think that time is an important consideration at an airport. Not to Toni, she chatted away to the other baristas while holding my (incorrectly made) coffee in her hand. Not waiting for espresso to brew, just chatting. No apologies, no explanation just a snotty look when I pointed out her error. I spent more time looking at the tattoos on the back of her neck than her face. I know that customer service is important to Starbucks, Toni needs lots more training to achieve that! read more

I'm not sure if it's because this Starbucks is in the airport, or if it's an all Maui thing, but a grande frap was $5.60! Holy moly! In CA, we're paying $4.25 for a grande. Pretty much a huge price gouge, but whatevs. When you need your fix right outside the baggage claim, you gotta do what you gotta do! The staff was friendly and drinks are made quickly. Typical airport Starbucks but they were out of croissants and added way to much chai to my chai tea latte. Actually had to toss it as it was causing my tongue to tingle far to much. The servers were very nice and service was quick. They could smile a little more. Just one of my pet peeves when it comes to the service industry, Smiling makes it better for everyone and should be something they do regularly. Good, typical Starbucks. Wife got a venti iced coffee which she said was good, we both had breakfast sandwiches. Mine came out piping hot, although it took a little longer than expected. Was kind of wondering if they forgot, and if I was really tight on time I would've been worried about missing my flight. No real seating available, as this is located in an open area with a few other stores, including a souvenir store and restaurant. Line was not too long, and they had three baristas working at the same time to keep it moving. No complaints. Note that this is located after you get thru security up near where all the departure gates are. Really close to the gates. read more

Upstairs Starbucks. Long line... Pricey! Tall Americano was $3.50 and Tall Caramel Macchiato was $4.95 as of 6/19. Staff expected the line to move out the way while attempting to stock items and just stared at us until we moved. Staff didn't make any effort to appear lively or personable. read more

I have never experienced such bad customer service at any starbucks until today. Not only were they extremely rude, they got our order wrong and then argued with us about it. If you send out a promotional email coupon you should state that this location does not accept them or give a discount for using your own cups. Not a bad Starbucks. But the smokers right outside, and the phone-talkers inside (long, loud conversations) have killed it for me many times. The staff doesn't seem to care. Please address phone talkers and smokers - it does bother people, but it's awkward to ask people to be polite, and risk getting in an ugly argument. I have enough stress in my life, so the staff should pay attention and ask loud obnoxious phone talkers end conversations. At the very least put the signs, then we, your customers, can point to the sign and ask the rude people to have some tact. But without signs, they feel entitled. It's very annoying, when I want to enjoy some drink and food with my friends, or my coffee break, or get some reading done. Please help! Put a sign! And help prevent smokers from putting toxic smoke in our lungs when we want to hang out in the outside area. Can the staff be more proactive and control the offenders? Worst customer service I ever experienced at a Starbucks. I told the barista at the Maui Airport's Rotunda Starbucks that I had a free refillable tumbler when I ordered. She charged me $3.29. When I reiterated that it was the prepaid tumbler, she said they didn't participate in that and dumped my coffee out. Rude and poor customer service. read more
