The mix of seating, namely the large "family table" in the middle, creates an inviting environment to relax, study or to meet friends/family. My orders have consistently been prepared correctly. The pastries have never been burned. However, there have been times when a customer's customized drink wasn't done well. In response the barista has always provided a "corrected" drink. Normally this Starbucks is great but Friday was bad all around. They had someone taking orders down the drive thru which I thought would be a good thing but it seemed to end up waiting longer in the drive thru for my stuff. I get my drink and it was mostly ice which I've never had happen. I literally finished it in less than the two miles to work. I looked at the empty cup and it was full to the top of ice. My other To go Starbucks when I visit the area. They have a drive thru so it's convenient to order. The staff here are friendly and helpful. If there's a line go to another Starbucks , they either don't know how to make cold foam or the wait is so long that by the time they hand you your drink the cold foam is flat and it looks like someone's taken a huge gulp of your drink. I ordered 3 cake pops and I said told her my mom was allergic to coconut and asked if any of the products had coconut . This year, I have consistently seen the decrease in product and service. I have come to get a coffee and the drink is not filled. For the price, you would expect the drink to be at capacity. It is consistently visually not filled and I get told "goodbye" right away as they turn so I won't say anything to them. I don't say anything because oh well one time, twice it happens no big deal but this has been consistent and I'm not about it anymore. Location has definitely become a place I rather not come to anymore. I will come back for the merchandise but not to purchase drinks especially or food. Want to give gratitude and recognition to this Starbucks near me. Earlier around 3:30 this afternoon I went to the drive through to order a medicine ball tea which helps soothe my throat and help with the bronchitis. As I got to the window and ready to pay was told it was on the house. Upon hearing me speak they had compassion and expressed how I really needed this and hoped I would get better soon. This starbucks is always busy, so we always expect a line. There was a line of maybe 10 cars that I could estimate the drive thru had, so we decided to go inside and order. There were only 3 people inside and already waiting for there order. We only waited maybe 10 mins, which was still pretty fast for the line that was outside. The little things do count, the barista called out our name order and said they are working on it to keep us updated which we appreciated. Everyone kept there 6ft in line and everyone including the baristas had masks on, there were maybe 4 baristas. I rarely go to this location for my regular beverage but we were running errands and my husband was craving the PS cold brew and I ordered a trenta refresher to share with the kids so I asked for two cups of ice to share. The moment my kid took a sip she mentioned it tasting watered down. I ordered it with no ice and never had an issue with the flavor (the recipe should be the same regardless). I never complain but it was like drinking crappy flavored water so I called to request a replacement as is their policy. They told me to come in whenever and since we were still running errands I said we'd be right over. When I arrived they called the manager to listen to my complaint and the manager told me that the way I received my drink (flavorless) was the way they make it. I mentioned ordering with no ice and the manager said "oh if you ordered no ice then they just fill the cup with water". The manager kind of had an attitude about it and I was not upset about it at all until he mentioned this and that they "stick to the recipe". Okay if that's, true I wouldn't have a flavorless drink just because I ordered no ice. I order the same drink at other locations the exact same way and never had it taste so watered down. Horrible customer service and my drink was gross. I came through the drive-thru this afternoon on my lunch break. I ordered a coffee and asked the barista to add cream to it for me, had I gone inside I would have done it myself. Well this lady charges me 60 cents to cream my damn coffee. If you're going to charge me at least cream it liberally. My drink was barely creamed and I had to pay for it. This Starbucks is located inside a huge plaza so you don't have to worry about not being able to find a parking space. This is always a plus. It is very spacious inside this particular Starbucks comparing to most that I have been to and of course there is free Wi-Fi. There is a drive thru and I have not experienced any bad customer service nor have I experienced any bad drinks. Just be careful driving out of the drive thru because incoming traffic sometimes can be brutal. Like many Starbucks you will find different type of equipments to make your own coffee at home, drinkware, and Via Instant coffee. I have been to this Starbucks many times because it is close to my job and I am satisfied with their service thus far. I will be coming here as long as the service is top notched. I usually order their teas (iced--mango lemonade green tea, green tea or citrus mint lemonade green tea but they no longer have citrus syrup) or their iced white chocolate mocha or caramel macchiato. As the OR (OR = original reviewer, wait did I just coin that?) states, this place is pretty spacious and has a very nice patio. Drink Quality: Top notch for now but we shall see over time. Want to know my favorite thing about this location? Setting: It's the long table in the middle with an infinite amount of plugs! It took me awhile to figure it out so I hope that all you yelpers can play nice and make space for each other to share the table/plugs. The orientation of this Starbucks is the worst during sunsets, that's when it gets the most annoying as the sun pierces through the entire store but luckily there are those blinds. The overall design is well but I don't know about that drive thru, that looks like it's going to be a hot mess if this plaza picks up and it blocks traffic. Service: The service is fast because their grand opening is actually on October 23, 2014. Will hold out on a future review a year later. It kind of gets busy now as students come in to study.
