There customer service when from okay to hipsters that hate their job and have poor customer service.Don't ever ask these guys for recommendations. They are smart alecks about it. Ex: you ask them for a recommendation on a drink that is cold and not that sweet. "Barista" responds, well we have a lot of drinks that are cold and not sweet... Well duh, I knew that. This place is chill. Im not sure what you expect from a big chain, but this place is pretty good. Vibe is mellow, people are friendly enough, and the coffee taste like coffee. I come here to drink coffee and relax every so often. No real complaints about this place. Its next to other places too like a laundromat or food places. Nice to do laundry and come here. Everying is clean. You need a code for the bathroom, but thats to prevent weirdos from doing weird things on the wall. read more

Every staff member is friendly and attentive except for a particular barista. Don't know her name since she never wears her name tag but she has curly hair always poking out of her cap and a dot tattooed under each eye. Gave her the benefit of the doubt several times but jeeez it's been one too many times she's rude and condescending. Through the drive thru speaker and walk in service. She rather talk to her coworkers about her party weekends than even greet customers even if she makes eye contact. I'll be contacting the general manager over a particular incident. If she really doesn't like her job she should try working somewhere else where she doesn't ruin other people's day. read more

Shaaddddy. This is the drive through experience and could possibly be just one isolated instance, however it's bad enough I'm compelled to write a review to warn the others. First, the drive through barista tried to charge me a dollar extra for the same drink I had always ordered from multiple other locations, when I tried to correct her, she wasn't happy and it shows. Second, after repeated what I wanted again, instead of Venti which I ordered she handed me a Grande so I had to correct her again, at this point she purposely tried to not acknowledge me and just turn her back on me. Then I saw her turn around and pour the same drink into a Venti cup and filled up the cup with milk. At this point I become bit suspicious of her actions so I asked her again if they added the extra shot which I ordered, her response was rather dismissive. No receipt. After shopping for back to school my husband and I wanted to get a quick bite and a drink and we usually dont come to this location but it was closest one we saw on our way home. I got my usual trenta Iced coffee and for my husband iced caramel.frap. I ordered the roasted tomato and mozarella but it was served to us with so much chocolate inside the bag and on our sandwich. it was too late when we realized it. But server should be more careful how they serve the food especially if u have to warm it up. read more

I came here on Tue night and has order ice tea with pineapple infusion TR size, young lady made my tea with a lot of ice that s why I asked her to get refill with pay , no problem I can pay , then another lady told me that 's we not allow to refill ! After coming back a few times, the customer service has improved! Since this Starbucks is closer to where I live, I go here since its more convenient. The baritas here are so nice and they always make my drinks perfectly. I went in around 2:50 on Saturday. Right away the cashier had told me there was going to be a 10min wait. I understood due to low staffing. Then about 15min later customers who ordered after me got there order. So I went and asked for my order the bartista told me they were backed up on orders haven't gotten to mine. I had let her know people after me already gotten there order. She kept telling me my order wasn't ready. At that point I was just ready to ask for my money back but just ended up waiting just a bit longer. One of the bartista then asked for my name and did my order. She gave my order and laughed and said sorry. Finally got my order and in my car around 3:35. Like I said I understand when there behind on orders and there busy but don't dismiss a customer. I'm not a fan of this Starbucks. The baristas are rude, and slow. They complain about making a new drink for me because the ice coffee was waaaaay to strong, and taste more like old stale coffee. I know Starbucks has strong coffee but this one just didn't taste very good. I've never experience their ice coffee ever tasting like that. I ordered a breakfest sandwhich today and they gave it to the customer at the drive thru, then asked for it back from the customer an handed it to me. I asked if I could get a new one because I don't know what that customer did. The barista rolled her eyes and told me nothing happened to it, but yea I'll just make a new one. The starbucks by my house closed their walk-in option and I had mobile ordered my order ahead of time. The drive-thru line was crazy long and could not offer me a refund so they suggested I call another store and see if they would make my drinks. I decided to call this store on Hacienda and Fairgrove since I was going toward La Puente anyways and let me tell you.. I was super impressed and pleased with how they handled my situation. Not sure if it was the manager or a shift lead but they sympathized with me over the phone and did not even think twice about making my drinks for me. When I got to the store, the drinks were already waiting for me. All I have to say is thank you Starbucks on Hacienda and Fairgrove!! You guys are awesome! read more

I live nearby so it only makes sense to stop by here before work and I always get the same thing - a quad caramel macchiato w/ soy milk. But it's never consistent. 3 out of 5 times I would leave with a drink that tastes like milk. That's unfortunate because I pay for 4 shots. It happened three times last week, I gave it another chance today and my quad tastes like 1 shot. Consistency is a hit or miss depending on who's working the morning shift. Maybe you're wondering well why don't you ask them to fix it? I love this location it small and cute. They have free WiFi and the inside is always clean. The employees are extremely nice and happy. The manager always ask me if I like a part time job there ha ha too cute. The coffee's are good but what I love are the ice teas especially the green tea soo good. This place is fast with knowledgeable employees, be careful when you come out of the drive thru (traffic to the right coming in from the street does not stop!)... just turn your head and look before pulling out of the driveway because many of those drivers do not slow to "parking lot" mode after exiting Hacienda. Cold Brew is the bomb though so they keep running out :( I appreciate all my fellow Bucky's in this area keeping their orders short so the line moves quickly, you are awesomeness! read more

This place has just become my favorite Starbucks in the area!. There is soo much seating in this location and the staff always keeps it clean. I've been studying for a test so I've been to a few starbucks locations over the last three weeks and this is by far the best because there is always an open table. Yesterday a barista made a mistake on my hot tea ( that I order every single day). When I informed her she was apologetic and fixed it immediately ( I was gonna be there all day so it wasn't that big of a deal but she still rushed it). Now I am here today and she remembered my order and made me feel extra special at a time when I am feeling soo stressed. You never see this type of customer service anymore. Today was the first and last time I go to the Starbucks. I walked in, and neither of the four employees greeted me or helped me. I had to ask them to help me and one employee looked at me like I was ruining their conversation. I got a Venti Iced Green Tea, and when I got it it wasn't filled up all the way. When I asked for a little more tea to fill it up, I got more blank stares. This Starbucks was not welcoming at all, and the service was really bad. Spacious, big patio, super clean, and fast service! Patio was bigger than I thought it would be and the drive-through area doesn't seem very tight. Friendly staff, I would say this location looks pretty good! Interior has tons of space, you don't feel constricted at all. Take into consideration that they just opened so we'll see in the long run how they do. read more
