I opted for that drink for the same reason and she was right. I also tried the Biscoff latte and I don't know if the syrup is house-made, but it was also good with the right amount of sweetness. It's very cool that they roast their beans in-house, and although I'm no coffee connoisseur, I thought the quality of the espresso was great. The only thing is that all the syrup sat at the bottom, so be sure to mix it in well. There's no indoor seating but plenty of outdoor seating on the turf to sit and relax.

Today, November 15, 2020 visit Starbucks at 1283 North Hacienda Blvd La Puente, 91744 at approximately 11:00 am. I would like to report to the people who work at that time. They have poor service.They do not follow the COVID-19 rules. They don't provide hand sanitizer OK above the manager is an idiot who does not respect customers is rude and stupid. I want to Starbucks see this, she doesn't know how to talk to people.I consider myself a passive person, she bothered me so much that I had to insult her for being rude. the problem was that a person behind us demanded his order before us and she did !! She did not respect that we were before that person. Just because he told her that if she didn't give her her order he was going to cancel it. And she did !! then I told her to cancel my order because I had 30 minutes waiting and that was not fair for me and the other clients. I love this location and would have given a 5 star... But their "barista" Naomi is a total witch (replace W with B). Everytime i come in- which is alllll the time-, she makes it seem as if i am bothering her. She acts as if she is annoyed by everything, and GOD forbid if she messes up a drink, she'll make you feel so stupid, as if it is your fault. Horrible customer service!! Employees were extremely rude. They need to familiarize themselves with their menu. My pastry was hard and tasted stale. My drink lacked flavor. I asked the barista to fix my drink and she rolled her eyes at me and gave me attitude; she still had the odacity to tell me she would have to charge me extra to remake my drink. Seriously employees like these give business a bad reputation. My suggestion clean house and hire friendly employees who can actually perform the job. read more
