Solid location, it's a bit small, clean, and convenient for me especially if I'm getting a hair services next door. The customer service was always friendly and helpful. Reading some of these reviews is a bit shocking. I did order a drink thinking it was going to taste well " hazelnut lattee" and it was a fail. But that's my fault. the Barista offered to make something else, and I didn't want to make a fuss, so I asked for maybe adding something else to it, to make it taste a bit less bitter (like an Asian almond cookie- like the bitterness of almond skin) and a bit more consumable. She was kind enough to add some vanilla and honey. IT was better. Next time, I will stay with that I know. read more

This is the only Starbucks I've ever been to that refused to give water unless we made a purchase. Mind you--it was a hot summer day, and my daughter had just gotten a haircut next door. She walked in politely, as she always does, and said, "May I get an iced water, please?" The barista looked at her and replied, "Is that it?" My daughter looked at me, confused, so I stepped in and said, "Yes, that's it." The barista then responded, "You have to order something if you want free water. Starbucks policy." That's a lie. We've been to plenty of Starbucks locations and have never been told we had to make a purchase to get water--especially for a child. It's basic human decency, not to mention Starbucks' own typical practice. I would've gladly bought something if the barista hadn't been so dismissive and rude. We stopped by around 12 PM, and the store wasn't even busy--this location rarely is. Unfortunately, what is consistent here is the attitude from the staff. This wasn't the first time I've encountered unwelcoming service at this store, but today crossed the line. A little kindness goes a long way--especially when it's hot out, and a child is simply asking for water. This is another reason why we support mom and pop coffee shops. read more

They were kind enough to ask if it was a problem that they were out of a certain powder for the top of the drink and I didn't mind at all. Thank you Hailey for introducing me to the frozen Dragonfruit, Mango lemonade, blended giving me that cool creamy texture i was looking for to cool off. For those who know me, know i have vampire tendencies: no, i dont drink blood, but i avoid the sunlight and heat like the plague and if i do make an appearance the ice vest comes with me. Today was no exception and to cool off i found my way into starbucks to find something to cool off with. Not to mention its triple points day today. After ordering this, using a 50% off coupon I had, everything rang up at $2.95 and Hailey added a pup cup for my service animal. Which he loved. Been to this location a few times now and had bad experiences for a few different reasons. Ordered my normal coffee drink and each time it tastes wrong, not sure what the issue is but it's happened a couple times now. I normally don't like to be difficult/complain so I just drink it anyways. But this last visit was the last straw and I won't be coming back. I had already had my coffee this morning so I didn't want another but I had accidentally forgotten my water bottle at home, and I'm in this shopping center for an appointment and some errands. So I nicely asked if I could have an ice water, which I have never had an issue with at any other Starbucks location. They said they don't give water without a purchase... I honestly was so taken aback I just said "ok..." and left, while I could have bought something or bought a water bottle in the case it was the principal of the matter and I was so annoyed. The store was dead and all 3 baristas were chatting which is fine because there were no orders or work to be done, I just say this for context that they weren't busy with orders. Consistently has issues. I finally downloaded the mobile app to save time in the mornings but after using it twice I've already encountered problems. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant for mobile pickup and got to the store after it was ready for pickup but I didn't see my item on the counter. After a couple minutes I was able to speak to someone and they assumed someone else had taken my order. The baristas spoke to each other and one of them said you must've gave Brandon her croissant so they went back to remake mine. Two minutes later they hand me my food and I start to leave but thankfully I peaked inside the bag only to find egg bites. So I went back and said the label on the bag is correct (it said ham and cheese croissant) but there's egg bites inside instead. Another several minutes until I got my correct order and I was late to work. The whole point of mobile ordering is to SAVE time but instead this ordeal took me longer than it would've if I just ordered in store. Really disappointing. read more

This Starbucks location is a continuous disappointment! It takes 20 minutes to get your coffee. Then they give you the wrong size. After that they don't acknowledge you at the register. When they finally do acknowledge you ,and you tell them that they gave you a tall drink instead of a venti. The barista actually Asked if she could pour my small drink into a venti cup? No words! According to Hailey, the dark roast coffee is only for mobile orders. Never mind that I'm standing in front of her asking to pay too much for that increasingly mediocre (weak and often lukewarm) cup of coffee... among other things. No offer of a pour over, or any other contingency plan on her part. No apology when I mentioned I would cancel the rest of my order. I just need to take a moment to post a review. I don't usually do things like this but just felt compelled to after my experience there last week. Brandon helped me (I hope that is his name). I called because I needed enough hot chocolate for 30 first graders. I inquired about getting it in their cardboard to go carriers. I was told they couldn't do that because of how the hot chocolate is made ect... but we're happy to give me three of them for free including cups and lids. Love this Starbucks location. I have been coming her for 4 years straight since this is now my home location. All the employees here make you feel like family and known. They are extremely personable and make you feel like your welcome. You don't always get that experience at other locations. Kelly here is so amazing! I really enjoy this Starbucks. I have been coming here for more than 10 years. There have been many faces that have come and gone which make this Starbucks feel like home to me. Pollyanne is one of those people who has continuously made me want to come back. Working in previous positions in customer service & management, I know how customer service can be crucial at times, and heavy on the workers. I read a few views in regards to this Starbucks some being negative, people have and will be entitled to their own opinion. But when I come here I feel welcome everytime that is what keeps me coming back. There is such heavy foot traffic here so of course, they are going to get busy but that is what the service industry is and some comments make it seem like it is their fault. The mobile app now days will enable you to beat the traffic if you would like your drink "promptly" order your drink via the mobile app. Even at 8:59 PM I have seen them treat a customer who is rushing in with the same amount of respect even though they are a minute to close. The new staff is amazing: Nigel always remembers my drink orders and always makes me feel welcome. Is always happy and makes customers feel happy just like the rest of the staff. Zach is always nice and makes sure the location is clean and if he sees anything out of place he jumps to make sure it is cleaned: which is such a rarity compared to other Starbucks locations. Madi is always really sweet and makes sure I am always taken care of and gives the Starbucks a very good vibe. Codi as well. This will probably be the longest review I will ever write but it is much deserved. If anyone from Starbucks Corporate reads this please train all of your workers as you do this location. read more
