Iced coffee with oat milk and two Splenda. But the best part was the message!

Convenient location and friendly staff. Plenty of indoor seating and it is spacious inside. Restrooms require a code. I like that staff will write a message on the cup! Your usual, friendly, neighborhood Starbucks!

Starbucks Coffee in Lahaina. They have indoor, and covered outdoor seating here, plus a drive up.

I find Starbucks a great place to grab a hot cup of coffee, as well as doing some work on my laptop. When working in the field, I have to file some service reports and I find going to a Starbucks coffee shop to be very convenient for me as far as having a comfortable setting to do my work, as well as get a quick hot cup of coffee to sustain my long day. Today's adventure was in Lahaina, as I was doing some work at a local Federal Credit Union and upon completing my job there, I decided to drive a few blocks down the road to this Starbucks coffee shop. Parking here is plentiful, as it's shared with a Panda Express (don't worry, I didn't go there today, Lol!), & a Walgreens drugs store. I'm not sure if this complex is considered the Lahaina Gateway Shopping Center, but I can tell you just across the street where you can see Ross Dress for Less, the Ace Hardware store, or Foodland, this is where the Lahaina Gateway Shopping Center is. This particular Starbucks coffee shop in Lahaina is rather small in comparison to the other Starbucks I've been to on Maui, but on the bright side, this Starbucks store does have a lot of covered outdoor seating, as well as a automobile drive-thru. I basically just dropped by today to TCOB = "take care of business", as well as drink some hot coffee. Took care of what I needed to do, then I was off again in the field.

The good: I tried the chocolate sweet cream iced coffee drink and thought it was fun and well balanced. The bitter coffee with the sweet cream on top was a great pick-me-up and was especially refreshing in the Hawaiian heat. I loved how many Hawaiian inspired souvenirs and cups there were. There were pineapple shaped tumblers and Hawaiian mugs. It's a great spot to shop at for souvenirs for fellow Starbucks fans. The bad: The interior has a bit of a dark feel and isn't as inviting or cozy as some other Starbucks locations. The interesting: Starbucks does have a Hawaiian roasted bean on their reserves but I'm not sure if this location sells it or brews with it. It would be very neat if the beans were local

Went on Christmas day, waited in the drive thru line for about 10 minutes. Not bad they're really busy today. It was an overcast cast day so I guess everyone wanted something hot to drink. Took my order and went to the window. Friendly and kind service. That's always a plus. I feel for the employees that have to work on Christmas day. Reason for 4 stars the caramel macchiato wasn't that great today. The taste wasn't there and it wasn't that hot as usual. But great stsrbucks will come back again when im in lahaina.

Excited that we were able to find those infamous pineapple tumblers we heard so much about!

I stopped here twice in the last week. Both times I received excellent service that was quick and friendly. The drinks I ordered were delicious and I always like my chocolate croissant (not warmed up). My favorite drink is the iced peach green tea lemonade unsweetened. I could drink it all day!

I like coming here because it's the only one in Lahaina with a drive thru haha! They're pretty quick and everyone here is friendly. One time I put in an order and forgot to pick up on my to the otherside of the island. I called to let them know and they told me to come and get another drink later. When I came, the manager was so sweet and whipped up another drink for me that same day when I got back. I come here almost everyday haha! Per the difference drinks. See you all tomorrow ;)

Not sure why I came here with all the splendid cafes in the area that serve coffee using a variety of Kona coffee from Hawaii. I guess it was he convenience and they have a drive through. It's a new Starbucks that's relatively spacious and clean. They have a lot of tables including communal ones that are perfect for a group. On my first visit in the evening, the service was subpar where I didn't even get noticed while the staff was chattering amongst themselves. I also think that I didn't receive two shots in my Americano, as it was weaker than drip coffee. Unfortunately I didn't taste it until I was too far away. Today the service was top notch with smiles and the island Alaho charm. They got my Americano just right and I used my handy Apple Watch to pay for my beverage.

I love this location. It is spacious, nice furniture, lots of parking and right next to Wallgreens and Panda Express. Across the street is Safeway. They have a long window seating/bar like facing the paking lot. Three tall four tops. Long communal table and if you want to be left alone a few two tops are located in the perimeter. This branch actually reminds me of the Denver Starbucks sans the blasting heater and fire place. They have an outside seating area with the green huge umbrella that serves as a beacon to me sometimes:) Upbeat baristas with the constant Aloha/Mahalo thrown in every time a customer orders. Big reminder I am far away from home.

    Definitely nice space.

It's Starbucks, right? So what's to say? This is a relatively new, very nicely designed store with plenty of room to hangout. It also has a drive-thru. I don't use the drive-thru anywhere, but it's definitely a plus for those who do. As expected, the Baristas here are very friendly and efficient, but being greeted with, "Aloha" and thanked with, "Mahalo" differentiates this store from the Sehome Village location in Bellingham!

It can get busy, and the line was quite long on my last visit, but it moves steadily so the wait usually isn't too bad. It's a standard Starbucks setup with the usual drinks menu, pastries, and hot food, plus souvenir mugs and drink ware if you want something to take home. I gave up my coffee drinking ways, but decided to get a caramel ribbon crunch crème frappuccino. It was ok, but could have used more caramel flavor as it was watered down. Thankfully the wait wasn't too long. The best part here is the seating--there's plenty of space outside where you can sit and take in the ocean view and enjoy the tropical breeze. Overall, it's a quick and easy option when you need coffee or a light bite.

There's also lots of outdoor seating too. Fri, Sat & Sundays might be a different story. This restaurant is busy from the time it opens every day. So go get there early if you don't want to wait, especially on weekends. Atkins Omelet - 5/5 This protein filled omelet with variety of meats (Portuguese sausage, ham, bacon) was excellent. The eggs were fluffy and not over cooked. The omelet shape was stacked, not the usual crescent shaped omelet shape. The tomato slices were a perfect side. I would order this again. Banana Mac nut French Toast - 5/5 Another excellent selection. The flavors of this French Toast explodes with the combination of berries and fruit. Not too sweet, hit right. A very enjoyable breakfast to start your day. Loco Moco - 5/5 Kihei caffe makes one of the best Loco Moco. They don't fry the hamburger patty super well done where it's dry and hard. They cook the patty purely to medium. The patty is nice and tender, not hard and dry. The brown gravy is delicious. Not too salty or watery. The brown gravy was very flavorful, and weren't very well with everything. Another repeat order in the near future. Banana Mac nut pancakes - 5/5 The pancakes were not heavy and thick. They were light and easy to finish. The Mac nuts and bananas combined well for a flavorful breakfast. Corned beef hash and eggs - 5/5 The corned beef was perfect made. Real corned beef mixed with real shredded potatoes. The ratio of corned beef to potatoes was perfect. It looks like 80% corned beef to 20% potatoes. Combined with eggs and fried potatoes, it was a very delicious breakfast. I highly recommend giving Kihei Caffe Lahaina visit for breakfast or lunch. Again, the line starts early. It goes relatively quick, so don't be discouraged. Enjoy!
