Checking out with his assistant could have been a little more friendly. If you're sensitive to Square/credit card surcharges, they accept other options like Venmo, Zelle, etc. I got an iced oatmilk bon bon - it is a little unique tasting, but not as coffee-forward as I hoped. $12 a drink is understandable, still expensive. Stopped by for a treat after a long walk along the beachfront on Kaanapali Beach. I don't usually drink sweet coffees, but it's my birthday and I always like a caramel latte on my birthday. This is the best ever! They have lots of options and you can get anything with non-dairy milk. Plus the barista puts on a good show juggling and flipping the ingredients. I am fully aware that iced coffees are less concentrated than espresso based drinks. Was lucky to come across this stand and catch them right before closing while visiting Airport Beach. There are local vendor stands close to the hotel. The barista put so much detail and attention to my iced coffee, impressive considering I was there right when they were ready to close up shop! And it was delicious! We have been to several coffee shops in Lahaina and this is hands down our favorite. We always get one of the hand shaken iced lattes. I always customize my latte as well, wether it's by sweetness or swapping out for almond milk. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Try their famous Nutellaccino, you won't regret it! The 5 star reviews drew me into trying this place! And I'm so glad we did. They have house made everything here! The macadamia nut milk and all their syrups are all housemade! And all their drinks are "shaken". We loved it so much we came back the next day to order more. I wasn't a fan of their oatmilk. It overpowers the taste of the iced coffee. They ask what you like and don't like to help you choose the right drink. The sweeter drinks are VERY sweet. My friend enjoyed his...I think it was the cinnamon toast one, but it was too sweet for my taste. Coffee. I'm always on the hunt for a new spot to try out! I discovered VigiLatte a few months ago while browsing through Instagram and made a mental note to stop by sometime. This little hidden gem is located in the heart of Front St., downstairs from The Dirty Monkey. The coffee stand is cute, hip, and I just honestly love the whole vibe. They've got a range of coffee on the menu from lattes to cappuccinos and also have Italian sodas available. The first time around, I went for the dark chocolate mocha. They don't do blended drinks, so I got it on ice instead. It was a delish, perfect pick-me-up on my drive home. I've also tried an iced cafe bon bon which reminded me of a vietnamese coffee with the condensed milk in it. I would have liked it a bit stronger on the coffee taste, but it was good none-the-less. Espresso flavor was smooth and slightly nutty as is should be. I had the coconut flavor - not syrup-y sweet like some other chains, which was very good. I didnt order a milk preference so I'm not sure what they use as a default, but it was very good. Honestly, the consistency was like melted ice cream. Each time we stopped by, it was one worker serving up delicious drinks- hot and cold. There was always a steady flow of customers coming and going. We stuck to iced coffee and ordered the Cafe Bon Bon, a hand shaken latte. Yum!! That was our go-to. VigiLatte also serves Italian Sodas. There are a few tables and chairs in the courtyard to sit and chat. Great place to pick up a drink and stroll Lahaina Town. We like to sit at the seawall across Lahaina Outlets.
