Well, I am happy to say, that you have redeemed yourselves from 2 strikes to now only one strike. So I went to 7 Brew on Sunday, at around 10:13 am. I looked at the menu before coming and made up my mind. We will try an original, the Blondie. So I arrived at 7 Brew and got in line, in the right side. 10 cars total, 5 on each side. Saw one of the employees taking orders, and she was already on the 3rd car on the left side. So already, looking good. But then, after she took that order she left. So I waited, and waited, and waited, for 7 minutes, with no one taking my order. I made it all the way to the front again, with no one taking my order. At least it was only 7 minutes, and not 30. So I'm at the front and I see two employees inside asking and then pointing at my car, discussing if I had had my order taken. So she comes up to me, sorry didn't get her name, and she asks me very politely, did anyone take your order yet, and I replied no. And very politely she apologized and I acknowledge her apology as to be sincere. I then gave here my order and she said that will be right out. Order was a large Blondie, half sweet, breve. And I got my drink within a minute and left. And I have to say I was extremely happy that the employee acknowledged that no one took my order and apologized. I was extremely happy with the time it took to get my order and I'm extremely happy with how it tasted. Perfectly hit the spot, just the way I like. The only two reasons I'm giving this 4 stars and not five is the time it took to take my order, and the price. Overall $7 for my drink, then to ask for a tip on top of that, isn't right. If the drink was cheaper, then yes. And especially in the heat I'll give a tip. I gave a tip today because I appreciated the apology and understood it to be sincere, and the fact that these guys are out here working and dealing with the wildfire smoke. I will definitely be back to try the other drink selections, because I am very interested. Thank you.
