This location gets three stars for the staff. They are incredible!!!! Very accurate drinks and if they don't know they ask, which is a great barista attribute. Now the reasons for losing 2 stars is completely out of the control of the staff - the staff is AWESOME!!! Reason #1 - Parking is atrocious!!! Waaay to small. Now you can use the park parking which is fine, but the park makes you feel terrible by saying you are being uncourteous by parking there. Reason #2 - its a hen house!!! every time I come here it's packed full of a bunch of elderly ladies that are soooooooooo loud. I wished they would just turn their hearing aids up instead of yelling at each other. read more

4 star fastest drive through award! There should be such an award, to be sure. Anyway, I like this Starbucks. It's close to home and the staff are mostly friendly. Sometimes they look at me a little funny when I let the freak flag fly, but they can't really be expected to immediately recognize the amazing when they see it. That said, they've never gotten a drink wrong (knock on wood) and the one time I tried a smoothy (bad idea) they were very nice and made me a new drink because they were so grateful that I didn't get sick on their floor or something. They also have me a free sample of some instant coffee when I obnoxiously badgered them into it once...so basically, they play well with others here and that is an amazing quality. They deserve these shiny 4 stars of quality I have bestowed upon them. read more

What a great experience! I come here often and they're always prompt and full of positive smiles. Today I ordered a tea, but it got lost among several large orders. After realizing I had been waiting a while, they checked on me to see if they had missed my order and then upgraded it to a venti for the wait! Easily the best starbucks I've been to. Genuinely nice and energetic staff and right next to a lake and park that you can walk to after a cup of joe. I'll say that there isn't a great seating area and the parking is limited, but the people and coffee is what matters. Not worth taking a star away or getting upset about. They ask how your day is and what your up to. This should be a training store for all the Littleton stores because I've been to them all and their drinks are never consistent and the staff at other stores aren't nearly as friendly. This place has a Drive-Thru hosted by deaf, angry staff. Result? You get the wrong drink with a couple bucks extra charged to your account. Real story: [Driving up to the menuboard] Girl: Welcome to Starbucks my name is (insert name here), what can I get started for you to day? Me: I'd love a CAPPUCCINO with caramel sauce and whipped cream. [Nothing shows up on the screen, I give her the benefit of the doubt] Girl: Cappuccino with whipped cream and caramel sauce at the second window! Thanks! [I drive up, eyeing a disgusting frappuccino soaked in caramel sauce and topped with whipped cream. Stomach unsettled. Still give her benefit of the doubt] Girl: That'll be $4.30, would you like your receipt? [I had her my card, she rings it up and returns it, grabbing the disgusting frappuccino and handing it to me. I look at her with my heart dropping, just a little.] I didn't return it for two reasons: 1. She would've thrown it away, which is a horrible waste and I'm a hippie. 2. It's the f*cking Drive-Thru. I cried that morning. Coffee has to be right or my day's ruined. I decide to give them another chance, using the Drive-Thru. I get a cappuccino, except I got charged for whipped cream and caramel sauce I don't taste in it. Now I'm fed up, angry and PMSing. I park my car and go into the store with my drink. Almost suddenly, the lady looks at me and says "It's not right?" and I reply, "It'd be great if I could get caramel sauce and some whipped cream." Man making the drinks EXPLODES in front of everyone, proclaiming "I PUT WHIP AND CARAMEL IN THAT! FINE, I'LL REMAKE IT!" People watch as I stand there quietly. I'm not an aggressive person. I don't like complaining. I ask him nicely, "Don't throw it away, just add some sauce and whip and I'm great!" To which he replies: "They already threw it away, okay?" He makes the drink and shoves it at me from across the little circular counter. "Here, try it now." I just took my drink and left in a hurry. And I won't be coming back. So much for the friendly corporate sign claiming they'll remake your drink until it's right. The ugly side of blue collar America. read more

This one sucks. I tolerate it. I go to a different one as much as humanly possible. The employees are not only rude to customers but rude to each other! It makes every customer so uncomfortable! I went through the drive though and they 1 got my drink wrong. No caramel in it. 2 charged me for soy w an iced coffee. I drove to the next available Starbucks and told them what happened. They were great and said that they actually get a lot of people from that one w messed up drinks. I decided to give them two more chances. Result= failed Correct looking drink. Just made 100% incorrectly. Two more chances Fail. I finally went inside w my drink and told them it was wrong. They said they made it right the first time but they'll make it again. Then my boyfriend asked for a refill since we had been in line waiting and he drank his and we got complete attitude. We went from the drive through to inside. And they messed up #5 So now I taste and check my receipt before I drive away. I have not yet had a time when they did not mess up. Mind you I haven't been in about two weeks. It's Starbucks, either you hate it, tolerate it, or would die for it. Personally, I find it to be OK. I'm not a huge fan, but I will drink it. I am a fan of there Sirena Espresso Machines they sell.. A bit pricey, but damn worth your money. This particular location is always busy. I've had a few meetings here before, and even though, there are usually a bunch of others holding meetings here, I don't think it's the best place-very distracting. If you're in a hurry skip the drive-thru, I've sat in that line before for over 15 minutes... wow, cold drinks, and bad customer service, oh well.. I guess that's Starbucks! read more

This is my go to Starbucks, like, I come here WAYYYYYYYYYY too much and 95% of the time it is awesome. Fast, friendly, and my drinks are made to perfection. My only issues have been weird times when the drive thru takes forever, but M-F at peak times they're lightening fast. In all honesty, out of my two neighborhood cafe Starbuck choices, this one is where I feel like I'm straight up living a coffeefied version of my old favorite TV show...that being CHEERS! Not everybody may remember my name...and I may not always remember everybodys name..but the way you are treated, remembered...is Wonderfully Special and Unique! There are some fellow creative and talented peeps that are amazing PEOPLE with great personalities! They make a great consistent fave drink of mine and the shared laughter, conversational moments, topics, patience, kindness are top notch indeed! There are some dope baristas at my fave SB location..where my sense of humor, passionate, expressive rambles are met with a welcomed warm acceptance. Okay, so..I'm not a daily SB drinker first off. Maybe once every other week or a few times a month. I've been there about 3 times in the past 2 weeks..as I'm trying to lay off the WCM yum some for the New Year reso plan..lol. I was fortunate enough to be personally greeted by August..the new Manager. He was swell with a REAL, approachable, cool personality and vibe when he approached me awaiting my drink and welcomed me to his SB spot..and we had a cool first conversation about the daily riddle that he figure out rather quickly. He and his CREW of fantastic Superista Baristas are friendly, professional, supportive and pretty amazing! Sure...go in to mostly any Starbucks during peak BUSY times..and you'll be faced with.."Wow..it's busy..time to get in and out..wait times happen...even if we were behind the counter trying to keep up with the massive lines people" It is easy to knock any establishment that serves the public with massive lines of people that crave a yummy drink or samwhich, donut, cake pop and etc...but heck..the best thing about my favorite Starbucks...is that the people helping move those lines..keeping people happy..and flowing..aren't just people taking our long to short orders...they are HUMAN beings! Please remember that when you are in a long line..or a short line, Thank, Appreciate, Try having a conversation, saying hi, bye, Thank YOU, asking how they are doing, ask about their interests outside of the SB work place..because..we like to be treated like we are more than just consumers on a consumption journey...cause we ..those in line..and those on the other side of the coffee counter...are all Humans...give or take a few rude, impatient customers that live life with blinders on mostly.....Eeek..sorry about that ramble...Back to my RATING REVIEW spewing of honest and expressive thoughts....My Favorite Starbucks on Kipling and Florida...is my favorite ..1st...because of the great people that keep that Starbuck Ship flying happily across the Universe...and 2ndly...they know how to make a darn grand grande drink that I dig..and those chorizo chicken egg bites are my favorite snackypoo..and my son digs a danish or a cake pop from time to time as well. Drive through is so slow!!! There's always a line that takes forever! They're always friendly, though.

I go to this location regularly, and typically the experience is fine. But I dunno about the team they have in here right now, and whether they've received any training respective to the current crisis. Decided I would be brave and go get coffee during a pandemic, maybe that was my first mistake. The team member at the drive-thru window donned the same gloves for several transactions. When serving my drink, this individual mashed the lid down so hard with same dirty gloves that the lid snapped and coffee spilled out right away. My straw was also handed to me with ripped paper, and handled on the exposed end with those gloves. That immediately went into the garbage. Look, I drank the coffee anyway and I get that suddenly everyday workers are being called upon to act in a healthcare capacity, but you gotta change those gloves, man. Gloves are not a magical barrier between you and the world. Dirty gloves don't protect anyone if they're used for multiple customers, so maybe just wash your hands. Or at least sanitize between customers. I won't be returning to this store or any others for quite a while. YMMV but you may wanna pause before deciding you need to go here. Public Health would have a field day with this place right now. read more

I usually go to this Starbucks at least a few times a week. The last few times I have waited in line a ridiculous amount of time (15-20 minutes each time), they were out of ALL hot food somehow, and they were also on "a venti cup shortage across all of Starbucks." Please change your commercial grade alternative milk product to an UNSWEETENED version...please..pretty please...I really like your dome plastic igloos filled with whip cream on the top just not the liquidized sugar added to the non-dairy alternative. For those of you who don't read past three lines: Pros: tasty and unique coffee drinks, fantastic staff (especially the night crew), nice location Cons: Hours - only open until 10pm When choosing how many stars to give this Starbucks, I did not choose lightly. 5 stars means "Woo Hoo! As good as it gets," and that is exactly how I feel about this Starbucks. I am a Starbucks gold card member. This essentially means that I drink enough Starbucks on a weekly basis to turn me into a roasted coffee bean. I've been to Starbucks coffee shops all the way from Wadsworth and Bowles to 136th and Colorado and I can honestly say this one is my favorite. I am a graduate student and usually come here to do homework after a full day of teaching at a high school. The night staff here are great. I know several of them by name, but one in particular has made this Starbucks my "go to" place. From when I first walked through the door until now, Grace has consistently put a smile on my face. Her attitude has always brightened my day even on the nights with the worst load of homework. Grace and the other employees greet many customers (including myself and my fiancee) by name and start making their regular drinks. Besides this, Grace and the other employees here know how to make quality drinks. I'm not saying they know how to pour a cup of black coffee. When I don't know what I want, they have said, "Ok. Hot or cold? Sweet or not sweet? Caffeinated or not caffeinated?" Then, five minutes later, I am floating in coffee colored clouds of deliciousness with a novel creation. Located next to a beautiful park and across the street from some restaurants, this is the ideal spot to catch up with a friend, grade piles of homework, work on essays, or simply enjoy the delectable taste of coffee. read more

Trying out the evening menu at Starbucks for the first time. We tried the spinach and artichoke dip and artichoke and goat cheese pizza. The servings were small but the food was good. Also tried a glass of white and was surprised that it came with a serving of tasty sunflower seeds. The things that stands out the most was the incredible service we received from Nikki.
