I'm deeply disappointed in this starbucks. Not only did they get my drink wrong , but they also have a girl working there who is clearly sick. Throwing on a mask doesn't make it better. She was coughing and could hardly get sentences out to the customers. Customers backed away when she started coughing uncontrollably. This is health hazard to the store and the customers who come into the store. Next time Starbucks , please let your employees fully get to 100% before going back to work . Thanks . read more

This place just keeps going down hill. The little Asian shift keeps thinking she can get away with pouring hot decaf brewed coffee over ice looking like iced tea as an iced coffee. I work in the restaurant business. I understand it can get busy and orders and preferences can be misconstrued but their is no reason when my mothers says she wants a "DECAF" venti iced americano with 11 pumps of vanilla and almond milk that it comes out looking like garbage and not tasting decaf then when we go back up to have it fixed you give it back not even a minute later most likely just pouring it into another cup and keeping the same sticker on it and she drinks it causing her airway to close and making it hard for her to breathe because your callous and carelessness far exceeds your ability to give a damn. And when we go to another Starbucks to get it fixed and then come back to address it you claim she didn't say decaf and that you remade it correctly the second time. We wouldn't be here had it been made correct. The cashier is fine, the female barista was the problem and the cashier managing the shift was just caught in the middle both the one currently working the register and the individual who took our order. So I'm not upset with her or him, but that other woman needs to be made aware that her actions or the lack thereof can have dire consequences on the lives of others. Never going here again. Fix it before someone gets more hurt than my mother. Unacceptable. read more

Ollie and all the staff at this location are kind and friendly. Whenever I come in they always greet me and are quick to get the orders out. It's a busy location, but they always do their best to communicate when there's longer than expected wait times and work to get caught up fast. There's even been a couple times I picked the wrong milk choice on my mobile app and they corrected it because they remember what I like. I used mobile pickup order for the first time yesterday. Great experience, I hit order as I left my office a mile or two away, and as I walked in, my drink was placed in the pickup area. This is a bit of luck, and I've been a barista, so I was able to gauge very well how long my order of a tall shaken espresso and turkey bacon egg sando would take. The shaken oat-milk drinks are the best - it's just an oat milk iced latte at the end of the day - but the balance on that drink is perfect, it is the only one I've never had to modify. I was recommended to use the app by my Mom, a frequent Starbucks user who raves about using pre-order at the airport. 10/10, Mom! I'll never stand in line again I will say, it was clear my sandwich was done first, because it wasn't very warm when I grabbed it. No worries, I threw it in my work microwave, but another customer may have been sad about that. I have come here once before, in January, and I had a gift card from work. That time, I did stand in line, and hadn't been to a Starbucks in years. The barista was helpful and kind, helped me find what I wanted and how to order it. And I loved every drop of the toasty bean juice I got that day! This location is average size, I don't think it'd be comfy to sit and study in here with how busy it is. I keep coming here because it's close to my sons practice and it's close to my kids school but after today I won't be coming here no more. Every time I go to the drive-thru I order a cold brew with sweet cream and salted caramel on top and they keep giving me the same drink that's mixed. Today I went inside and order it and I still got the same drink mixed, I even explain to the girl what Iwanted at the cash register. I don't know what the problem is here but I've ordered this drink at other Starbucks. The drink is easy to make all the have to do is put the cold brew in there and then put the sweet cream on top and the salted caramel. I make it at point to give a cash tip every time I come here because I pay with Apple Pay. read more

I went in and ordered my normal cafe vanilla frapp. Today for some reason the Russian lady in here says she doesn't know what that is. She seemed to be the manager. I sure hope not. She may have been having a bad day hanging up the phone on someone right in front of me and not even trying to figure out what's cafe vanilla frap is. She ended up making me a vanilla frap. Wtf. So I went over to younger guy and asked if it had coffee in it because that's what a cafe vanilla is and he said "you mean a cafe vanilla frap"? They refused to honor my in app coupon, not friendly at all AND my drink was watery !

I was charged double when ordering through the mobile app at this location. I called the 800 number and they said it will take 4 to 5 business days to reverse and that this is to be expected. I asked him if this causes someone an overdraft fee does Starbucks take care of that? He said they do not. Use caution if you use the app. Be prepared to be charged double. read more

Anyone who knows me , knows I love Starbucks. I typically come to this location because it's down the street from my house. Overall I have no issues. But I would like to point out a couple things. The drive thru line is always extremely long. Like no matter what time of day it is.. it's always wrapped around the corner. Also, I don't get why i can request oat milk in the late afternoon-- and they are out. But I immediately go back the next morning early and they have some? I placed a mobile order for a breakfast sandwich and shaken espresso. When I arrived the drive through line was pretty empty so I picked up my mobile order. As I drove away, I parked to reply to emails while waiting for my sandwich to cool down. After about 5 minutes or so I went to eat my sandwich and it was the wrong one. The exterior label on the bag was correct. I went back in. The music was so loud in there. To went to the mobile pickup area and the girl ignored me. I finally said "excuse me" and let her know my order was incorrect. She told the person on the food station. She never apologized for the mistake. Overall, not the best Starbucks. read more

We were headed to the Silverton and I looked on Bucky's website to find a new stop. I'm glad I picked this one. It's right on the flight path for McCarran and my friends know I'm an airplane nut. Sitting on the patio sipping my quad iced espresso was heaven watching the planes coming in for a landing at the airport. Our drinks were made perfectly and there is a large patio area. I normally don't write reviews but I felt the need to write a review for this Starbucks. On June 13, 2020 around 7pm, I went to this Starbucks to purchase a pineapple matcha green tea. The barista, Mona F. (I think), took my order. I thought that was the end of my interaction with her. When I pulled up to the drive -thru window to pay, she asked me if I had tried the iced guava passionfruit. She suggested it because it was similar to the pineapple matcha green tea. I told her i hadn't and then continued to give me a sample, free of charge. I know it doesn't seem like a very significant interaction or transaction but it was to me. It was significant because not only did she notice my order but she offered a suggestion for further purchases. Then she continued to give me free sample. She was professional and thoughtful and it was truly appreciated. It is very rare nowadays to see people take the time to notice small details and then go above a beyond to do their jobs well.
