I stopped by this Starbucks and wanted to use the restroom, but manager Joel informed me that I could not do so unless I made a purchase. After buying something, I was finally allowed to use the restroom, only to find that it was dirty and poorly maintained. What disappointed me even more was the overall attitude and customer service. The interaction felt unwelcoming, and the experience was unpleasant from start to finish. I understand that some locations may face challenges based on their area, but that should never be an excuse to treat customers disrespectfully. I visit Starbucks almost daily and work in customer service myself, so I understand the importance of making guests feel valued and respected. Unfortunately, this location did not reflect the level of service I have come to expect from Starbucks. I hope management addresses both the cleanliness issues and the customer service concerns at this store. read more

Today, a stupid old non-customer decided to yell at a Barista a foot shorter than him and decided to get me involve which is why I am finally writing a review for this location. This is one of my two regular starbucks that I go to a few times a week so I can confidently say that this staff is one of the best, friendliest, and most professional team that I have dealt with when visiting Starbucks around the world. The drinks are always dependable. If I order a hot drink its hot, if I order a cold drink its cold. They are quick to make their drinks and foods even though this store gets very busy being at a major intersection. I have yet to have a bad experience here after coming here for almost 3 years which is why it deserves 5 stores. They always remember my name and make sure to having short conversations, when able, to remind me why I like this location. read more

Used to come here for years before the pandemic. It was improving for the better before. The seating by the pick order was great. Seats were high, so we're the tables and had charging ports. Behind that was two big tables for groups had one couch on the left and one to the right rear exit. Three little tables for singles and two big ones up high near the entrance. Then there was the same thing that's there now the long sit down table. Now it's all changed, after the pandemic, those tables are gone. Replaced with higher chairs that look more like stools for children. Those chairs now the back rest now are below half of your back couple inches from your waist is and the tables are somewhat spacious but because your hunched down more because of the high chair and cramped table. It's even worse if you have a small laptop or Mac book. And if you want to write something down, it better be a small notebook. Now all the outlets are covered, so nowhere to charge your laptop. So these chairs and tables are just meant to be uncomfortable to sit for an hour max and get you out. To give you an example it's like if you went back and sat at a elementary school student desk. Cramped, short and uncomfortable. Noticed that this all started going downhill a little after Starbucks were not allowed to kick homeless people out if they sat around. But then the pandemic happened, and they shut their doors for a while, and then as time came by, this new design took over. It honestly just sucks now. I would just come here to pick up a drink and use the bathroom. Before, I would buy something before using the restroom, but now it's just not a fair deal with how it is inside. read more

I Go to the school across the parking lot earlier I ordered a venti matcha and asked for hot water, which they gave to me no problem (mind you I also tip all the time). I went back to refill my cup with hot water after a meal and they said NO! I asked if it's because I didn't purchase anything ....at that moment.....and the cashier said yes. I ALWAYS order from this Starbucks because it's conveniently located but for them to turn me away for some hot water mind you I BOUGHT A DRINK A FEW HRS AGO. Customer service is subpar. Mind you they've mixed up and gave me 2% milk instead of oat milk .... Which completely messed up my stomach and I still didn't make a big deal about it. This is MY Starbucks, just a couple blocks away from my house so I stop by pretty often before work and during the Happy Hour specials. The inside is usually pretty clean and the staff is always happy and helpful. I've had a couple occasions where a drink is made incorrectly but have never had an issue at this location with getting orders fixed. Like I said, everyone has always been especially friendly and helpful which has not always been the experience I've had at some other locations. The drive through has been hit or miss as far as speed goes, but it seems like they train new people pretty often which leads to the longer waits. Today I was stuck in the drive through for about 10 minutes without any movement. When I got to the window, the barista immediately gave me a gift card for a free drink for the long wait. NEWEST VEGAS STARBUCK'S OFF THE STRIP My brother knows that I am a Starbuck's fan. A couple days ago he texted me that they opened a new Starbuck's at Eastern and Tropicana. Fast forward a couple of days when pumpkin spice season is kicking in the cooler weather at Starbuck's, and I was up for checking out the newest Starbuck's off the Las Vegas Strip. The newest Starbuck's off the Vegas Strip is located in the Burlington Coat Factory Shopping center. It is so new that it has that new scent you associate with a new car. The asphalt overlays a sundry of parking spaces and drive thru lane. The lobby is commodious with the airport hangar layout. Tables and seats are plentiful and include three plush chairs. Because there are zero west facing windows the annoying sundown glare ought to be nonexistent here. I ordered my beloved drip with pumpkin spice syrup. In my opinion, Starbuck's shines with its pumpkin spice beverage line. I don't know why they pass over offering it all year long. Word of mouth hasn't spread on the newest Starbuck's off the Las Vegas Strip. The upshot is that it is sparsely populated. The barista was friendly as she answered my questions: Me: "How knew is this Starbuck's? " Barista: "We've only been open for a couple of weeks." Me: "Are they opening any other new Starbuck's? " Barista: "We are pretty saturated in this area. They just opened the Starbuck's in the Grand Bazaar Shops." Me: They just opened the new Starbuck's in the Grand Bazaar Shops (kind of excited)......" What better way to kick in a Holiday's season of drinks with a brand sparkling new Starbuck's. Busy location!!! Mobile Order at all cost! So from time to time I have to head over to the eastside of town and this location is right off Tropicana & Eastern. When I thought about visiting the other location not too far from here on Flamingo/ Sandhill I was a bit leery since they messed my order up before when I was running late. When I pulled up to the stoplight I could see the drive-thru was wrapped almost around the building. Completed my mobile order and was able to run (literally) right in and my coffee and sand-which were already ready! Yessss! So I ran through the drive-thru here just before closing tonight because I wanted to try the new triple mocha Frappuccino but as I drove away and took a sip I realized it was caramel. I circled back through the drive-through immediately, but they already had turned out the lights to close the store, wouldn't speak to me over the speaker, wouldn't even answer me even though they clearly saw me when I pulled up to the window. I held up the Frappuccino so that they would see I was the one they had just helped moments before, but they continued to ignore me. Went in 2 days later and discussed this issue with the manager who was very professional & apologetic, especially that I had to come back to the store to have this dealt with. She made me the drink I had ordered and said she would discuss this issue with her staff. The drink was great and I appreciated the way this was handled. read more

Best Starbucks Ive been to so far in Vegas. There is one closer to UNLV on Maryland Pkwy which is packed usually with students (naturally). And another farther down Eastern on Desert Inn, but the drive thru configuration is a little awkward and the baristas haven't always been that friendly or helpful. BUT, this Starbucks was perfect. The barista offered different options and actually told me he would make it any way I liked. I don't think I've ever heard that at a Starbucks. I always get that feeling I'm twisting their arms. Lol I still don't like paying $6 for a grande frap, but as an occasional treat it's ok... especially if they are willing to make it just the way I like it. The drive thru was super fast and an added plus is the spacious parking lot to maneuver in. One last thing... Sadly , another homeless shelter. Plenty of employees eager to stay behind the counter and man the drive through window while homeless people destroy the lobby and demand water and ice and napkins and bathrooms . Just watched the employees fill up a homeless persons cooler with ice . He gladly relayed them for their generosity by loudly disturbing everyone's peace by yelling to another homeless across the room , and leaving a trail of Dorito crumbs which he emptied on the floor . The tables here are filthy the floors are filthy and no attempts to come through and clean . read more

Drive thru was too long so i went inside with grouchy 4 year old. Ordered 5 items bit annoyed i paid for breakfast food items that were not put in the bag. Buying for people and then it isnt given is waste of money, i was only one there to be served. Too late to go back last week was given totally wrong items but next time i will check all bags before leaving drive thru all not! banana nut bread is bit stale/horrible when not heated which is why asked for heated. i reached destination it was to late to go back. This was a cool Starbucks in this old neighborhood in Las Vegas. It's a bigger establishment than your usual Starbucks and it's very nice ambience. Very eclectic people coming in and out and I feel like I'm in Los Angeles or Nee York. Love the place and the feel. Come out and check this out when you're in the area! Extremely Rude!!! My friends & I are on holiday in Vegas for a couple weeks. We are avid Starbucks customers no matter where we travel to. Went inside about 15mins before closing hour. First off 3 people were on the clock but they all ignored us for about a minute, probably to see if we would just leave so they can close shop. A gal took our order, we purchased 3 drinks. It took all 3 employees, 15mins to make these & they made 1 drink incorrectly. During the process the 2 female employees were talking trash over the headsets while making stink faces at us. I am so happy I found this place.... after multiple extremely negative experiences at the Clark street location I found this place. Not only is the staff knowledgeable they are kind and courteous. It is a total 180 from the other location. Whoever is the hiring manager here is doing a terrific job and the rest of the staff also. I will be recommending this location to everyone. As a recent Vegas I plant and a longtime Starbucks customer I am glad that I didn't need to find anew cafe. Keep up the good works guys and gals read more
