Decent Starbucks located on the Northwest corner of Dobson and Guadalupe. Not our main go-to location, but this one handles a high volume of customers very well on a daily basis. We've been customers since they opened this one, usually if we are heading west out of the area because it can be difficult to access otherwise. Mostly a walkup or drive-thru because, as it has been mentioned, except for some outdoor tables there is no lobby. We usually just place a mobile order and pick up our drink or food at the window. Never have had to wait long despite the winding drive-thru line that is pretty constant. They have it down to a science and the drinks come out quickly and correctly. Highly recommend. read more

This location is a walk up in drive-through only no indoor seating. They have a nice outdoor area with about 12 tables. I come here a few times a week in the drive-through always moves fast and they have never gotten my order wrong. Great place to meet up for a client meeting or a nice morning when the weather is nice but hard to come hang out here when it's over 100° 75% of the year. Neither of the two people working even sounded like they were going to complain about me being there so late and in fact, the girl at the window was not only very courteous but she even reassured me it was fine when I mentioned how I hate showing up so late. It's a Starbucks, however this review is truly for the location and setting of the space. It's in a quiet corner with lots of trees and shade. Not too quiet, however set off enough to be a delightful outdoor work space and my kids love to play here because of the landscape. It's walking distance to the library, a canal and 2 fun parks. The employees are nice enough. You cannot go inside so it's a little more difficult to get their attention if you're not in the drive thru. read more

Surprisingly good. I could taste the strawberry acai refresher flavor along with the spice. This was an incredibly spicy drink. I thought I like spicy. This was just at the top border. Overall pretty good. There was too much spice at the bottom of the cup though. I probably won't get it again since I can't drink that much spice at the bottom of the cup. So I want to start out by saying if it wasn't for the girl who took my order and fixed my drink this would be a 3 star review. I am not really a Starbucks person but I was given a gift card so I went. The girl who took my order was super nice. I do with that I and others had been given a warning that our drinks would take so long though. I waited for 32 minutes before I was given my drink. When it was originally handed to me it was 1/3 empty. I know it's so basic but I love me some Starbucks, especially when I'm running errands and need a pick me up and something to cure hunger pains. This particular location has been great every time I come. I love the laid back vibe here and it's right next to Touch Ups salon which I love. There's also an LA Fitness in the same plaza. My favorite drink is the Iced Cinnamon Almondmilk Macchiato which is made with espresso, Almond milk, and sweet cinnamon dolce syrup. If I'm really needing a boost I'll add another shot of espresso and BOOOOM, I'm Wonder Woman and Iron Man all in one! Getting shit done! Anyway, the bathroom is clean, service is friendly. One time I noticed at the window that my order was made incorrectly and tried to correct the order before she handed it to me, I mobile ordered a shaken espresso with cold foam and caramel drizzle, so when she brought a drink with no foam or caramel I knew the order was not correct (I also had my order pulled up on my phone screen so I could also see that I placed the right order). The girl at the window told me I ordered my drink incorrectly and that they already gave me what I ordered. I've been to this Starbucks numerous times over the years. However I have recently been using mobile order, so this review is based on that. The past 4! Times I have done a mobile order at the location, I ordered, waited the time it said it'd be ready by, got to the Starbucks, and low and behold they haven't even started the order. 4 times! This last time took the cake, I places my order, waited 12 minutes (when the app suggested it would be ready in 4-6 minutes) and when I got there NO DRINK! I asked the lady about it, she said well this order was placed only 2 minutes ago. I showed her my phone, but she was speaking of someone else's order who also hadn't been started. I had an appointment out this way and I was parched, so when I saw the drive thru Starbucks... I headed right in. I ordered a Venti green tea with a shot of peach syrup. To my disappointment, the peach syrup was only a Summer item, but the woman who took my order recommended the raspberry. I decided to throw caution to the wind and order it. I also ordered a chocolate milk for my daughter. Her drinks are normally about $1.50 and mine are under three bucks, so when they told me my total was almost $7, I thought something was off. When I finally got to the window, I presented my rarely used gold card (which I fully intend to lose this year) and paid for the drinks. I was then handed the most disgusting looking drink ever... a green latte. "That's not my drink." "Oh, you wanted raspberry in it, right?" "No, I wanted a green tea with a shot of raspberry." "Ohhhhh. Okay. It will just be a minute." My daughter's drink said it was a mocha and I was charged extra for it. Before handing the drink to my 5 year old, I tasted it to make sure there was no espresso in it. I mentioned it and the barista told me that they just have to charge extra to put chocolate in the drink. Umm, you have to charge extra to put chocolate in a chocolate milk? I finally get my drink, which was the color of Hawaiian Punch. Whoa, I was NOT expecting that. I try to avoid red dye, but at this point I just wanted to get out of there. I was refunded for MY drink, so I guess I should just be grateful and shut up now. Still, it has to be said that this ranks up there with some of the worst Starbucks experiences I have had.
