Which is good because the menu is so extensive that I always get confused with the new drinks and endless variations, including over 75 combinations for their Blue Rebel energy drinks. I was so thirsty. I got their electric berry tea. The flavors in it included Blue Raspberry & Lime. You could do either black tea or green tea. I went with the black tea. I finished it so fast! It isn't a brown color, but a vivid blue color. There must not be a lot of black tea in order to achieve this coloring. The blue raspberry and lime flavors were very light. I think I like creamy drinks better. I will have to forgo this drink in the future. Service was fast despite the long long long line. Dutch Bro lines are crazy long. Drive thru and walk up windows are a Dutch bro staple with no indoor seating except at maybe one or two locations I have visited. Sometimes they have outdoor tables. read more

Visiting Scottsdale from NYC and so happy to see they've got three locations of Dutch Bros! I've gotta go here every time I can. Their hot Golden Eagle is so creamy and comforting and delicious. Tip: Get the hot version of your favorite drink if you want it less sweet/with less syrup. For some reason their iced drinks are laced with so much more syrup than the hot. The workers were very sweet and friendly! I didn't love it but I also didn't hate it! I had one of the "favorite"drinks and it was okay! The frozen drinks definitely needed to be blended a lot more! I'm trilingual but I'm pretty damn sure I speak English fairly well. Attached is a photo of the drinks I received from two separate Dutch bros. On the left I ordered a drink at this location and asked for it double blended, obviously it's not. I then came around a second time and asked for them to remake it and repeated it to them to make it double blended and smooth. Again to no avail. It was chunky and like a melted slushy. The one on the right is from the Dutch bros in Tempe, I ordered the same thing and they brought out this beautiful, delicious drink. I have been going to this stand for years on a daily basis. The coffee is decent but can be inconsistent. You used to be able to get through the line at a reasonable pace. They had two order takers and runners to keep the flow going. For the past two months, something changed that had made it not worth. It takes over a half hour with less than 8 cars. After visiting the Desert Botanical Gardens on a rare Arizona rainy day we went to visit Dutch Bros. Much to our surprise, a new Dutch Bros location seems to have opened up not too far from our usual go-to location next to the Gardens. Love their blended coffee drinks with lower sugar options. But all of their drinks are very delicious. If this is your first visit to a Dutch Bros I've found that walking up and chatting with the cashier is your best bet. My regular order is a Christmas Morning Chai which is always served up to perfection! I do have to say that I feel like wait times at this location have recently gone up by a lot. Both in the drive through and walk-up window I've waited upwards of 15-20 minutes to get my drink. The service and quality is still at 5 stars but the convenience factor has gone a little down for me, it just takes a little too long to stop sometimes when I'm on my way somewhere. I approached the walk up window and asked how her day was going and she rudely replied "what can I get you" I then said a "I'll have a small cookie please". I've been a customer at DB for more than a decade and I've always ordered this drink from the secret menu. And she rudely replied "a cookie what" with a lot of attitude. And I was confused at the response and I said "just the drink" and she replied "a cookie mocha, a cookie what?". Her countenance was not friendly but irritated and rude. Because of her response I said "never mind I don't want anything at all." And she said "okay fine." I then waited for my father to get his coffee. She was not rude or short with him at all. She didn't look me in the eye until I pulled out a $100 bill to pay for my dads coffee. I've never had a worse experience at DB. To the point where I did not want to order anything. And all this on New Years Day not to mention. I understand that working in service is hard and it was a busy morning but I approached her and was very kind and asked how she was doing and she responded very negatively. I order the same drink every time but recently it is literally a cup jammed full with ice with just a few ounces of drink in it. I know times are tough but this is a complete rip off for $8. I go here at least once a week. I always get a coffee drink. I decided to try a frosted lemonade. I did not relise this was like a milkshake. It was 15mins before they closed I could not go right back. Next time I was in I explained that I thought it was a frozen lemonade not a milkshake. The nice guy at the counter said he understood.
