On the left I ordered a drink at this location and asked for it double blended, obviously it's not. I then came around a second time and asked for them to remake it and repeated it to them to make it double blended and smooth. Again to no avail. It was chunky and like a melted slushy. My regular order is a Christmas Morning Chai which is always served up to perfection! I do have to say that I feel like wait times at this location have recently gone up by a lot. I approached the walk up window and asked how her day was going and she rudely replied "what can I get you" I then said a "I'll have a small cookie please".
