While this Starbucks isn't near home or work, I have found myself meeting friends or even my accountant here every now and then over the course of the last few years. I was even here bright and early this morning! It has a decent seating area and a small patio area, too. The patio is good when it's nice and warm out while the indoor seating area is perfect if it's a bit cooler out. There are individual seats, small tables, and large tables. I have always found the staff to be very pleasant and quick to prepare an order whether food or drinks. I have gotten into the habit of ordering using the Starbucks app so that I have a shorter wait after arriving (if any) but have found that ordering is quick regardless of ordering in person or via the app at this Starbucks. This most recent time I visited while I waited for my accountant to stop by and drop off documents for me was a good experience as I ordered a Strawberry Acai Lemonade for me in person. It came out rather quickly with only a short wait. While other locations have the challenge where they sometimes have a customer picking up the wrong order, I have never had an issue like that at this location. I also like how the baristas are treated at this location. They even have a fun sign to recognize them all and help customers "meet" their baristas. As most Starbucks frequenters know, you should have the app with some funds on it and ideally a Gold Card. There are often deals through the app whether a discount or buy one get one free or bonus stars, which can be used to redeem free drinks or food. I enjoy the games that come out about twice a year and can lead to bonus stars, sweepstakes, and more. I'm glad that there's a Starbucks in this part of town where I can visit with friends or colleagues as need be. I anticipate I'll be back again soon! read more

Worst Starbucks experience I've ever had -- and that's saying a lot. I ordered a very simple drink through the drive-thru. When I got it, I could immediately tell it was wrong, so I politely mentioned it. Instead of checking, the employee straight up lied and told me it was correct. I tried it anyway (spoiler: it was definitely wrong) and had to park and go inside. That's when the attitude really came out. No apology, no accountability -- just rude, dismissive behavior like I was the problem for asking them to fix their mistake. Starbucks prices with fast-food service and zero customer care. Finally tried one of those boxed sandwiches in that case. I'm not sure that was on my life checklist, but the turkey sandwiches usually looked fresh. This version I found was smoked turkey with lettuce and peppers and a unique dipping sauce for the carrots and apple slices. It was an upscale child's lunch basically, but was pretty good quality turkey. Just look at the date before you purchase. This particular location exceeds all of these expectations every single time I am there. I mean, it's Starbucks. At this location, it's extremely busy, but the drive-thru is helpful to lower the foot traffic in and out of the door. I've spent a few days here getting some work done as my kids were off at summer camp and while the seating is limited inside, they have misters outside! It's not the best combination with my computer, but it does take the edge off the 100+ degree temps. The people are really polite and I've always had a great experience. It's definitely a busier location with all the businesses nearby and inside the McCormick Ranch neighborhood, but a nice one for sure. And bonus. The wait for the drive through is never long, my tea is always made perfectly, and the employees are always so nice. One time, I thought I had forgotten my card, and I told the employee at the window, and he said it was ok and that he'd pay for it himself since he had already made my drink.
