Love this Starbucks. It's got more seating both indoors and out than a normal Starbucks. They also seem to carry a larger variety of take home coffees, teas and mugs. They offer free wifi, and lots of seating options close to outlets. I am giving this 4 stars only because the staff tend to be more on the rude side than the friendly side. read more

I always go through their drive-thru and i would normally get their venti green tea frap, or vanilla bean frap, then pumpkin spice frap in the fall.. theyre very fast and attentive, keep it up! Extremely crowded and they only have three people working. Not very smart!!! Even worse they have a brand new girl working the register that knows NOTHING about their menu and the drinks. I just bought a drink here through drive-thru & yes it is busy but that shouldn't mean a customer should receive a less than average drink. I ordered no whip. I see the drive thru personnel place whip cream then drizzled chocolate syrup on top. I corrected him and asked for the whip cream to be removed. He willingly did so which I appreciate but then he handed the drink to me just is and didn't even place the chocolate drizzle. umm my drink looks like crap. I spend a lot of time in coffee shops....and I mean A LOT OF TIME. This place is my trustworthy go-to coffee shop for those nights when I need to get away and do some homework/cram time. This place is always clean and always seems to be full stocked whenever I come in (sure there may be occasional times during rush hours where things get hectic, but they are always on their feet and get the store back in shape in short time). This location is close to my home, which is the only real reason I came here because honestly they have horrible customer service! I just left the location, they took forever in the drive thru with my order of two drinks, got them both wrong and a still had an attitude when I asked her (Norma) to fix it. Every time I've come here I've had a problem. Staff always has an attitude or rude remark. Don't come here, the service is extremely terrible! I decided to go inside because the drive through line was too long and the inside was empty. Not only did it take more than 25 minutes to get my drinks but they actually forgot about my order. The drive through had completely cleared up by the time I got my order. What a great location - easy to find, right off the freeway. It was convenient for a pitstop on a long drive home. I came this location since it was open until 12am on a Sunday night. They took our order & was rude when I asked if they had any cheese danish their response was we haven't had those in over 5 days. I'm out of town...how was I supposed to know that. From what I can see there was only 4 people working. One guy doing the drinks and two cleaning while it was about 40min before closing. He said his card machine wasn't working and asked if I had the sb app or cash. But I had neither, so he rolled his eyes and stomped his way to another register to run my card. This has got to be the worst Starbucks I've been too. I tried their iced latte macchiato and it was 1/8 espresso and the rest milk. Same thing with cold brews and regular lattes. They taste like chocolate milk. It's super inconvenient since I live next door. I think the baristas might need more training in making the drinks.
