It's mother's day today and there was a women in line that wanted to pay for as many people behind her in memory of her mother in law passing. She was one car ahead of me and gave them a $100 to pay for the cars behind her and when I got up to the window at first they said it was free but then they decided to take that $100 bill and put it in their tips instead. It was pretty disappointing because that lady now thinks she did something to make everyone's day and instead some greedy workers took the money. I was literally told my meal was free and then that was taken away because one of the other workers decided they wanted to keep it instead. Disappointed. I go to this location very often since I attend the high school right by 95th. The staff at this location are very friendly and are helpful to assisting you with any questions. I haven't had a single problem with any of my drinks for the past year I have been here. Staff are very considerate and will fix any flaws in your drink to your liking. I've been meaning to write a negative review for a while. There is one particular employee whose first name starts with "L" who is particularly unfriendly. So much that I cringe when I see this is the person working there drive-thru. Never wasted my time to follow-up about it, but worth mentioning since I am here. This particular review is about an experience this past weekend. My husband went out to get me a cup of coffee. I always get a grande dark roast, half decaf with a splash of cream. When my husband brought it home, I opened it to take a sip. To my surprise, there were tons of coffee grinds floating in the coffee. It was disgusting. Since it was Mother's Day, he drove all the way back to exchange it for a perfect cup of coffee. Instead, he was told they couldn't produce a coffee without the grinds, that it must be the decaf coffee. Since when? This was unacceptable, so he took his refund and went to Panera Bread. When it comes to coffee I generally like mine iced but I'm pretty indecisive when it comes to flavors to put in it. I've ran into one of the managers, Kyle, and he's always so quick to answer any questions I have and makes great recommendations. There have been times where I come in and need a coffee and he makes something something for me when I can't decide. So far I haven't ran into anyone at this location who isn't absolutely friendly and nice! They're also very patient. Everything is always fully stocked and the bathrooms and cafe area are very clean. Excellent customer service. This is by far my favorite location! read more

I used to have great experiences at this location however today was a mess. I walked in at 5:50 and ordered two drinks. My first drink was ready by 5:55. I patiently waited for my second drink and watched as people came in and out and I still hadn't gotten my second drink. I could tell some of the people working there were new so I wanted to cut them some slack and be a bit more patient. Before I knew it, it was 6:15 and I was still standing there.
