All surface areas and floor were dirty. Was a late Sunday afternoon and not crowded.

Really annoying music selection. Great if you want to dance, but not so if you are looking to read or meet with friends.

I really like this place. Caramel Latte tastes good. It is in a shopping complex and has plenty of parking. Over all a good place.

Compared to other places in Nashville, the Matcha I had was was perfect with the taste and texture (it held up with it's savory umami flavor without being too watered down/ too much milk). On the other hand the Cortado was not overly extracted + not bitter, and had the perfect amount of milk to soften the espresso. The place is located in a strip mall and is small inside. Parking can also be found outside directly of the store. The service and staff was also friendly and nice. My personal rating: 4.5-5/5

I tried my first affagato at this cafe so it will remain special to me. The combination of espresso and frozen yogurt is fabulous. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by one of the sweetest hosts, who made us feel genuinely welcome. We had made a reservation, and our table was ready immediately, making for a smooth and stress-free start to our meal. I would highly recommend making a reservation at least a day in advance--two days if you're visiting on a weekend or during peak travel times. It was clear this place is popular, and for good reason. Our server, Cody, truly made the experience unforgettable. Hands down, he is the best server I've ever had anywhere. He took the time to thoroughly walk us through the menu, explain the daily specials, answer all of our questions, and offer recommendations based on what we were looking for. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality elevated our entire dining experience. We ordered the pancakes, omelets, and of course, the famous biscuits. The biscuits absolutely deserve the hype! They were warm, buttery, fluffy, and practically melted in your mouth. The pancakes were light, fluffy, and delicious, and the omelets were cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. One thing I really appreciated is that while Loveless Cafe offers a supper menu in the evenings, breakfast is served all day. That's perfect for anyone like me who believes breakfast tastes good no matter what time it is! It's easy to see why Loveless Cafe has become such a Nashville staple. Between the warm Southern hospitality, outstanding service, and incredible food, this was an experience we'll be talking about long after breakfast. If you're visiting Nashville, or even if you're a local who hasn't been yet, put Loveless Cafe at the top of your list. And if you're lucky enough to have Cody as your server, you're in for an exceptional experience!

The atmosphere is warm, relaxed, and full of personality--cozy without feeling cramped, even when it's busy. The coffee is consistently excellent, and you can tell it's made with care. Whether you're grabbing a quick cup or staying awhile, it hits the mark. The food honestly surprised me too--everything tastes fresh and homemade, not like typical coffee shop fare. What really sets this place apart, though, is the people. The staff is genuinely kind and welcoming, and there's just a sense that this place is about more than coffee--it's about connection. You see people meeting, working, laughing... it feels like a local hub in the best way. This is the kind of place you don't just visit once--you keep coming back. Highly recommend.
