Starbucks sent the wrong drink with the dasher and it was something that she couldn't drink. DoorDash made it right and issued a refund only to have Starbucks then charge me in full. I've had to give up coffee for the most part. It seems that without a gall bladder, I am susceptible to raging bouts of heart burn and other digestive issues that you really don't want to know about. That being said, I still enjoy a good herbal tea and a pastry. I love the cranberry bliss bars and pumpkin scones from Starbucks. They are most definitely not good for me and I'm glad they are only available around the holidays. This location was crowded and bustling when we were here pilfering WiFi and sipping non-coffee beverages. The staff was courteous and quick. The seating area was fairly clean but the trash receptacle was overflowing which resulted in a small mountain of trash directly on the cream & sugar counter. Not exactly appealing. Maybe an actual trash can instead of those holes in the counter would be a better idea? read more

This is a great Starbucks! Lots of seating, they recently went from booth seating to open seating with chairs and tables. There is a lounge area with oversized comfy chairs, a meeting table for 6-8, a high top bar and outside seating. This is a busy Starbucks for mobile and drive thru. I use this location for meetings usually and always have available seating. Service is always prompt and the baristas are super friendly. Bathrooms are very clean too! The staff is downright personable with them singing to the radio out loud, having fun, and making you feel welcome. I have never had a bad experience with this Starbucks and on occasion was treated with free food as a gift to those in the shop. I'm very sad this will be the closest Starbucks to my home. The staff is friendly but slow as Christmas to a 4 year old child. Everything is more important than the customer at the counter waiting for service! Even to the point of joking with co-workers rather than processing orders from people trying to get to work or getting on with their day with a good cup-o-joe! Five people walking ten different directions and only one person can be bothered to take walk-in customers orders, and when they do, the attitude is often presented as an imposition. I've been reduced to placing my order using the phone app, which is wonky & difficult to navigate, but still faster than waiting on the snail paced baristas at this location. My specific experience at this Starbucks wasn't the greatest, unfortunately as orange flavoring was added to my iced coffee (eeww) and I didn't realize until I was 15 minutes down the road and took my first sip. This is the closest Starbucks, so it's usually the one visited most by default. If there were another one within the vicinity I would probably go there. Typically my drink is made well but if you go in after the morning rush it is 10x better. Some of the baristas are a bit inconsistent with one another but nothing to completely avoid. read more

Not the best Starbucks I have ever visited. We visited twice on a trip to New Albany. The first time I ordered a venti iced coffee and it was full of grounds! The second time I ordered an americano, which was delicious, and my girlfriend ordered an equally successful flat white. Had to post 2 star review or my honest review will not get posted! I've been going to this location 2-3x a week since it opened but not anymore. This has got to be the dirtiest location I've ever been to. The trash is constantly overflowing, trash is on the floor and their Frappuccino counter is a complete mess with syrup, milk and powder all over the place. Thank goodness I don't drink those things. They got rid of the cute booths they used to have. Now they have 2 person tables so close together that my 3 year old nephew can barely squeeze between them. This has made the place loud and just obnoxious. I know a lot of people go Starbucks to set up shop and use the free Wi-Fi. I get it, but there's this guy they allow to sit there ALL day and watch movies on his iPad (and I mean all day). He puts all his stuff on the chairs and tables (including his feet) and takes the space of 2 people which is annoying because the place is small. It came to the point to when I would see his "mode of transportation" outside, I just continued on to the Starbucks in Kroger. This Starbucks is still pretty new...about a year old. I have always been anti Starbucks, preferring local businesses if I'm paying for expensive coffee. BUT I will go out of my way to hit this Starbucks. It's location is convenient compared to the local owned shops that I love but that's not why I keep coming back. The service is amazing. They are very polite when. Taking orders. Some coffee baristas especially at Starbucks have been irritable when you don't know coffee lingo or the menu well. This location has very thoughtful, kind, and personable employees. One man in particular has been working everytime I've been and has been such a pleasure. He makes me leave in a great mood. He's never too pushy or happy....he just makes the customers have a great experience. I've watched him with others too and he treats everyone so well. This star bucks is the best one I've ever been in ! The most friendly staff you could ever encounter. Never had a bad experience in all the time my husband and I have been coming here. I have about 3 favorites....one being (Star Bucks Double Shot Over Ice), they always get it right. My next being a Hazelnut cappuccino. And a new favorite is the Flat White. So after pulling all the bargains and loading up the groceries hubby and I sought refuge at Starbuck with their pleasant seating we could enjoy our sushi with a cuppa. Barista Markie was very pleasant and enticed us to sample a couple of flaves we normally wouldn't try. A seasonal pumpkin thing and a white mocha raspberry-yum!.She was fun to get to know as well which added to our experience!
